Dropped off lawnmower to be repaired and the process seems to be fairly easy. Will update soon. It is disappointing to edit a review. Did not get a call back and had to go there multiple times to check on progress which was slow. The office doesnt answer calls and the voice mail is full hence cant leave message. Even the cell phone doesnt get answered. The cost of service seems outrageous relative to the service provided and estimates are not given.

I do not recommend this place for repair lawn mower. I let him fixed my machine at $60 cost but it broke again after one time use. He asked me he would sell it for me. I got $20 from him. I paid $40 for throwing out garbage!!!

Dishonest shop, go elsewhere.I asked for a tune, was sold on a clean/rebuild for $60, fine. On pickup, notice a different head on my trimmer, mine was aftermarket and the line was gray, this head was stock and orange. Start it up to test and my 1 year old trimmer’s clutch is now slipping and it wasn’t before the service. Ask the owner about the head and why my clutch is now slipping. He says they didn’t change the head and the clutch must have been bad when I dropped it off, though they never offered to replace my supposed bad clutch. I ask why the trimmer line is orange and owner says he had to put line on to test, but the line he supposedly put on was used line and there was plenty of line on my head when I dropped it off. I called him out that I caught him in a lie and he’s running a shady shop. Told him I wanted my clutch back and he just said no charge just to get me out of his shop. Very disappointed, would have written a glowing review for a business in the neighborhood, unfortunately can’t do so here.

They lost my mower for 1 year and finally found it and still had to wait for the tune-up on my push mower. Bad business and rude, stay away theyre a rip off

Excellent service paid $50 to sharpen lawn mower blade and tune up. Rios is the owner and he was very pleasant and professional to work with. He mentioned his business has been doing well and plans to open a store front next door. While I was there I did see two other customers drive up in their landscaping trucks and trailers so I think he has loyal customers.

I dont mind filling out my own paperwork. They have repaired a weedeater, a mower, a generator and a small engine.Ive never had a problem with their service.
