Shawn & his team did an awesome job selling my house in the heights. I was very uneasy about the transaction as I did not own the property long and wasnt sure if selling would be the right choice. But, his team got me an offer I was very happy with in two weeks of my house being on the market. He was great. I also like the fact that Shawn has a team. Nick was great with showings and very pleasant & professional to work with. I really connected with Jennifer Pampolina. She was very comforting and supportive. That meant a lot to because my emotions was high selling. I do plan on buying again and I feel like I have finally found a realtor who I can trust. Shawn and his team were very knowledgeable about the area and the market. I feel that they did a great job marketing my home and were able to get it sold fast and for over asking price. My criticism would be mostly on the communication front. There were multiple break downs and situations where I did not necessarily feel like the team was representing my interests. When their opinion and advice was specifically requested, they refuse to offer it. Although I understand the final decision would be mine, part of the reason I hired them was to offer insights based on their knowledge and experience.Overall, the experience was ok. If I move back to houston, however, I might seek out an alternative top producing realtor for the transaction.
