We LOVED working with David! We are first time home buyers and worked with David from the beginning. He made the process of home buying smooth and seamless. His knowledge of different Houston areas and neighborhoods is remarkable and so helpful if youre not from the area. He knows what to look for with everything from building materials to appreciation/property value. He spent so much time with us, we must have looked at 20 different houses before we found the one. When we did make an offer and were going up against another buyer he was able to help us get the house. He worked late into the night to get our offer in promptly. His attentiveness didnt stop once we were under contract. He helped us get set up with a mortgage broker who got us an awesome interest rate (without any pressure to use someone he recommended), set up all of our inspections, explained what all of our inspections meant, negotiated exceptional seller concessions, went over all of the details from the mortgage company with us, and was able to be there on the day we signed. He still checks in with us to make sure things are going well and has been able to give us so many exceptional recommendation. The best part is that he is lovely to spend time with. I accepted a new position in November 2019. I was moving from San Diego and needed lots of help. David was and is my go-to.I told him my requirements and he delivered...great schools, etc...As my house was being built, he took it upon himself to be my surrogate when it came to dealing with the builder, who wasn’t very communicative, which bugged the $&@! out of me.David made it less painful.
