Ryan is Amazing!As a first time homebuyer - and relatively new to Houston - I didn’t know much about the home buying process or what to look out for in a home in the area. Ryan was very knowledgeable throughout the process and was able to answer every question I had (and I’m one to ask a lot of questions).He also has a great list of contacts to not only help through the mortgage process (Inspection/Insurance/etc.), but home improvement experts in case you’d like to make changes to your new home.

I wish I could give Katie 10 stars. She made a difficult, out-of-state sale possible and as painless as she could. She always made time to go check on stuff at the house, have someone there to meet vendors, and communicated consistently throughout the process. I was selling the house during/immediately following the historic freeze, and she made sure to go by and check on the house and keep me posted on its status. Prior to listing the house, she made recommendations on updates, provided a great referral, and was very involved in that part of the process as well. I just couldnt recommend Katie enough, and should I ever move back to Houston, shell absolutely be one of my first calls.

Fantastic experience with Katie Day and her team. As soon as I contacted them we had a meeting the following day to discuss their service and talk through the process. They come prepared with examples of their advertising materials and a hardcover brochure of their team that outlines the entire process, and you come away from that initial meeting with a feeling that you truly are in good hands with a team that really puts forth the effort to earn their commission. They were anxious to get started and schedule an open house but it took me several weeks longer than I expected to finish with the touch ups and minor repairs I wanted to do. They were very patient and understanding as they continued to check in with me, and kept reiterating that they were working for me and to not feel rushed on their account. I finally had everything to my liking and turned the keys over to them. Within a week they had their photos and mailers ready to go, and my townhome was listed on a Wednesday afternoon with an open house scheduled for that Friday. The next day Katie called me to advise she had received 3 offers, and on Sunday she began contracting the sale for my full asking price. I closed 3 weeks later, which would have been 2 if not for an HOA that responds when they choose to. During that time Katie was in constant contact letting me know what I needed to do, answering my questions on terms and processes I wasn’t familiar with, and keeping me informed of where we were in regards to the title company and HOA. I know most sellers won’t be as fortunate as I was in regards to having a contract in place just a few days after listing, but as far as having an agent that has your best interest and is really working for you, I don’t know that you could do any better than Katie Day and her team.
