I was extremely impressed with our incredible realtor, Avi Shaleg- based out of Houston! He was super professional and really looked out for our well being! My husband and I have very difficult schedules and an 18 month old, and Avi always worked around our time! He was always honest and gave his professional opinion- we could not have become first time home owners without him!! Highly highly highly recommend!

Nothing extremely serious but integrity and principle are important.I reached out to Daniel (Danny) Guzman to assist with apartment locating. The link he sent had been disabled and I was unable to view the locations. I reached out to Danny to let him know and was ignored. I decided to give it some time and never heard back. No explanation whatsoever.I was aware he received my message because Instagram shows you when a message has been “seen”.It’s a free service but as I shared with him, communication is a part of customer service, paying or not.I do know when I start my search for a home I’ll avoid this realty group.

I went into the model house today with a friend because I liked the neighborhood and heard good things about the builder. As we entered the home, agent Stefan with Douglas Elliman, barely greeted or interacted with us at all. He stayed seated on his laptop without giving us any information, I came back downstairs to ask for a brochure and he stated that there weren’t any, just usb. He made it seem like we were bothering him and had no interest in helping us or offering to answer any questions. While looking around another couple came in. He got up and spoke to this couple and we could hear home giving them a lot of information about the house and pricing. Information that I would’ve loved to have. I and my friend are younger looking African American women and this couple was a more middle aged Asian couple and I couldn’t help but notice the stark difference in treatment. Once this happened I left because the experience was soured. I will not be considering purchasing a Pelican Home due to what I felt was discrimination from this agent.

ASK FOR RASHEEM!!!!! This guy is impressively relentless, efficient, professional, friendly...I could go in! like I couldnt really believe how nice and personable this guy was! I’ve never worked with a realtor and he came with an amazing selection of apartments within 30 mins of our conversation (mind you he was working well past work hours it was 7 PM California time). He listened to my needs, wasn’t pushy and exceeded my expectations. When you’re apartment hunting in Texas go to Douglas Elliman and ask for Rasheem. I reached out to Aliona Henry when I saw an apartment featured on her IG stories that looked like a perfect match for me. She was quick to make an appointment for me so I can go see it. It turned out not to be a perfect match, so I had requested a few more options. She made a list and made several more appointments for me to tour other properties meeting my preferred criteria. It took time, but I finally found the one I wanted and found out today that I was approved for my new home. Aliona was on the spot, with every request and question that I came up with.I’m so thankful for all of her help.

Small company with a superbly talented team. As a developer, I have never before worked with a more talented team of professionals. Sudhoff has quickly gained the dominant market share in Houston for new construction real estate inside the loop. The company does not only brokerage services, but also invests in many of the projects they sell. It is clearly a big advantage for the brokerage to also have an investment in the projects they represent. I dont think there is another company like this in Houston and they seem to represent most of the really great projects in the city.

Jacob Sudhoff is a scam artist, a con who made deals in real estate that ruined peoples lives through fraud and misrepresentation. I do not recommend him or his company to anyone. Just research his history and you will find all the claims and law suits filed against him. The truth will reveal itself.

Totally negative experience with Sudhoff and Renee Scott. When we got ready to make choices for backsplash and countertops, both of us took a day off work to meet and she doesnt even bring selections for us even though it was blatantly obvious that thats all we wanted to meet for. We wasted a day off work for that! Thats a vacation day used that well never get back. Then she acts clueless and says she doesnt exactly know how we make those selections! Renee said there may be a store around I-10 Beltway 8 that we can go to but shes really not sure. Dont waste your time. Move on to some company and realtor thats much better than these folks.
