I was nervous about buying a house from an Investor. I was worried that the only concern for them would be making money potentially at the expense of sacrificing quality. The house looked amazing, but I was still worried that the obvious updates might only be on the surface and masking underlying structural, electrical, or plumbing problems. My family loves our new home, and Texas Home Buyers allowed us to have a move-in-ready, remodeled home without the expense or hassles of remodeling it ourselves. The quality of the work is outstanding, and I am glad to say that I was wrong to doubt them. Thank you!

We met with Andre at our property and he made an offer of $90k and asked for a 15 option period so they could have an inspection done and get contractors in to bid.To ensure they were serious and we didn’t get taken we requi$500 earnest money and $200 option money.When the 15 days was approaching we were adviythat they were now looking for a partner to buy the property with. Andre was out of town on vacation so we started dealing with Jef the owner.That’s when we found out it wasn’t actually them that bought the houses. We agreed to extend the option period another week because he had a partner that was interested but wanted to look at it and he was out of town as well. That week goes by and they weren’t able to get a partner so they are no longer interested. (Yesterday)So today I get an email from the title company that they had the survey done as requested by the buyer but it hasn’t been paid for. It was agreed while under contract the buyer would pay for the survey and title policy.I asked them to just deduct it from the earnest money that was sent to them but here’s the kicker... they can’t because their check bounced!! They did not have the funds in their account to cover the earnest money. ($500)I just called them to advise they needed to make payment on it as agreed but of course no answer.I would avoid these guys, they are quick talking which fortunately for us I have a real estate background so I knew to get funds from them but never would have guessed they would bounce.

Warning Attention! These real state agency are full of bs. Especially the people running the business (Andre Huizar)/(Jef Giering the so called boss) Andre is a snake fake man with no heart or compassion full of lies, i did a job for andre and he refused to pay for the job i did for him on one of hes houses in katy texas rainlily street(sheet rock work and paint job). He would make lots of promises but when it was time to pay me my $2,600.00 he came up with the stupidest excuses for not wanting to pay me my money. He would try to wash hes hands of with hes supervisor Joe another snake thats full of lies as well both of them treated me with no respect and would ignore all my calls and text messeges. The guys are no real man, same with their boss Jeff Giering, i talked to him about the situation and didnt care at all! Worst people i ever met in my life they had made me go thru so much bs its not even funny. Till these day hes resusing to pay me my money. These guys never tried to solve the situation especially andre on a 3 way call with Jef hes boss he lied hes way out of the problem and hes boss believed every single word that he said and didnt even cared or believed anything i told him. These guys are demons dont believe me try them out!
