My brother is a tenant his refrigerator is broken he just spent $270 on food. This guy told my brother hell be there in a week to fix the refrigerator. Hes not making any deductions from his rent now my brother has to buy a mini fridge. So my brother is out $400. This guy is the most unprofessional person Ive ever spoken to. Ill get in contact with the right people. You threaten someone with eviction because they ask you about a refrigerator that was obviously broken when he moved in less than a month ago. 2 weeks with no refrigerator this guys a joke

Nema is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Quick at responding and put in a huge amount of effort just to help me find a house to rent (which realtors don’t make much commission on). He even negotiated the lease to fit my liking and got the contract completed within a couple days. Excited to use him when I’m ready to purchase a home.
