I worked with sales rep Ryan Bernhard and it was truly an amazing experience. I was a newbie real estate investor when I started this venture and Ryan took the time to make sure that I understood everything that was going on. It did not end at the purchase (which would have been the case if it were a typical wholesaler) but he helped me find a good contractor, helped me monitor the progress of the job, and even gave me advise on leasing the property. I have done several deals with Ryan since and he always takes extreme care to make sure that each and every deal his customers take on are successful. Ryan has even been there to offer advice when I did not purchase the deal through New Western. Today I have a real estate investment company handling multiple projects at a time and ranging from rentals, flips, and new construction and I must give Ryan credit because I probably would not be in this position if it were not for him.

Perhaps i should deal with some other broker in your team that is more knowledgeable and helpful. I have become a member of several RE investing associations and they dont like working with you. Many say that you inflate the wholesell pricing too much and that your comps are not accurate.
