Ive had the pleasure of having Mr.Mitch Hawk service my home. He always explains what he will be doing. Always asked if Im having any other problems I forgot to mention...usually do. No problem for Mr.Mitch. He explains to me why Im having the problems I and how it can be fixed/better. I have chickens and dogs. He is so respectful and careful around my animals making sure what he uses to treat my yard is safe. He is amazing. This company is quick and responsive when we call them to get them come treat our yard. We get regular treatment around the house. Mitch, who was our pest controller today and he was the best! He was very thorough and very friendly. Hope we can have Mitch come do the treatment every time!

I just had my service and the gentleman that came to my house was very efficient and nice. Great service. Very professional. I have been using this service over 2 years and I’m happy. Any time I call they send someone out to help. I had carpenter bees a month ago and they took care of it. I hate bugs and they take care of the inside and outside of my house. I strongly recommend them.

I always have a wonderful experience when it’s time for my pest control treatment. Customer service is always so friendly and quick to help - they’ve helped get me scheduled in quickly when I was having issues a few months back with millipedes after heavy rain which was a huge sigh of relief, and helped today when there was an error in the schedule. Also, the gentleman who provides treatment on my home is just wonderful! He is so professional, kind, speedy, thorough, and goes above and beyond to make sure he helps with everything needed. Will always recommend this company and service to my friends and family.

Mitch serviced our home today and did a very thorough job. Very professional and friendly. Explained the services he performed-we were very pleased.

Their customer service is great and everyone is very respectful and friendly but they failed completely at getting rid of my ants. I mean it was like they were feeding them because the problem just got worse and worse. Even though I had them come 2 or 3 times in a month not once did they ever get rid of the ants. Whatever granular chemicals they use are completely worthless. Again they were great about coming back out and were always very respectful but I didnt hire them to be my friend, I hired them to kill ants. They always had some excuse about either me not watering enough after they came or I watered to much or it rained to soon or some other reason so that wasnt appreciated. The worse part was that I had hired them because my son is EXTREMELY allergic to the ants and I made that very clear every time I called them and it was also wire I fired them, because I wasnt going to play Russian Roulette with my son. After firing them I killed more ants in 30 minutes than they did in 5 months.

Mitch asked questions to see if there were any special concerns. He checked back before leaving to report what had been done. We have used Romney for a couple of years now and are pleased with the effectiveness of treatment. When we first moved in, we had the inside and outside treated. We rarely saw bugs inside the house so we started treating just the outside. Still, we rarely see bugs inside. Those we do are belly up. In addition, if there is a special need between treatments (I discovered a hornets nest that couldnt wait till the next treatment), they came back and treated with no additional fee. Very nice and responsive!

Emailed them and the next day they showed up. Mitch is the man that comes and he is really great. Super personable and thorough. Ive never met the other people but Im always glad to see Mitch

Today I had Mitch come out and spray! He was absolutely amazing! His kindness and professionalism was exceptional along with the tedious inspection he did inside and outside my home. I voiced the issues I had going on and he immediately took action to rectify such issues. He took his time performing a thorough inspection of my home. I wrote the review below without contacting Romney Pest Control first. They called first thing in the morning to see what happened and came out in the afternoon and did a fantastic job. I have never had a pest control service be that thorough. They now have a happy and permanent customer.1st review: Our lot is pretty big, he walked around with a hand spreader that he only refilled once. We actually hired them because they said they would get rid of the mud daubers. Didn’t do anything about that. Would not recommend

The service representative, Mitch, did a very thorough and great job today. This is only our second service application but so far they have been great. I used to service myself every three months but very content with Romney.

Timothy was on time & very polite. He wore shoe booties to keep my carpet clean which I truly appreciated. He did an excellent job servicing our home. My dog escaped when Timothy went out to the backyard to spray and he was able to return our dog back to us. All in all he simply did a great job making sure our home is taken care of!

He did such a great job that now ill stay as long as he is the one who services our home. I think maybe they are back on the right track with service. Romney has been our pest control service for many years now - they come quarterly. They get rid of bug nests and spray inside as well as out. We have very few bugs in the house, and when they do get in, they are moving slow enough to be caught. We love Romney!

The gentleman politely introduced himself. He started with indoor pest control. Then clean around the eaves and removed spiderwebs. Then began extermination outside in the yard. Then I mentioned about the area of seeing Carpenter ants. He made sure to treat that area, too. Very pleased today.

Applicators are always quick and efficient, and are willing to tweak what is needed based on my input - including sequence to accommodate our baby going to sleep. Have used them for a couple of years, and won’t be stopping anytime soon.
