Super Clean Store. Has refrigerated items too. Great Holiday Selections. Party Stuff stocked too

This location is always dirty, not just unorganized or under stocked. Ive literally stepped on something and slipped. It never seems to be fully stocked or organized. Ive been multiple days at different times.

I was looking forward the new Crafter’s Square clear stamp and die sets and they did not have any at all. The store was a complete train wreck of a mess. Boxes everywhere and all in the way. There was only one employee working also. I saw a second but she was inattentive on her phone and went in the lil balloon corner with the 2-way mirror. I won’t be back.

I normally come to this store often because it had great customer service. But not today there was only 1 person to check out customers merchandise on the floor in boxes but no other workers insight. So left my things. We get it that it is crazy times but we all still need one another.

I absolutely love this store obviously for the price & the big selection of items they have, however I wish the store took pride in keeping it clean & the cashiers had better customer service.

I can always find everything I need!

The store a little busy but everyone was social distancing, so we got in and out quickly, enjoyed going there, its been a long time since weve been there.

Place usually always has good stock on items and from my experience its very tidy on the times I visit (usually the afternoon) only mild problem is theres only maybe 1-2 checkstands open most days so you may have to wait in line if theres someone with a full cart in front of you.I do like this store and I usually come here after work for a snack or something to drink after work and Ive had no problems with any of the employees here.Would reccomend if you dont mind waiting a bit from time to time

Very short staffed and not alot of variety. Most shelves were empty and boxes all over the place.

Found almost everything on my list. All of the ladies working are very nice and the store is well organized. Also, go check out the seasonal, literature, and crafting sections you will not be disappointed.

I love coming to this dollar tree always come here for the MD Kickstart. Plus they also have a variety of name brand snacks.

Since all regular food stores have raised prices..you should economize and shop for school supplies, beauty supplies and household. Really appreciate savings at these Dollar stores.😉😊🤗

Today, stopped by Dollar Tree on Eldridge Pkwy. In Houston, and loved this store.Had lots of stock on hand, and a different variety of items that my Dollar Tree in Katy has to offer.

They have tidied up ALOT! Used to be so messy months ago. Love how organized it is now.

Definitely super neat and well stocked. I find weekday mornings are the best.

Who’s enforcing the mask mandate here? Many employees with masks not being worn properly (nose exposed, loose fitting, gater!?). Employees wouldn’t even tell people walking in to put on a mask. On my way out, there were two girls walking in. One of them asked if it was okay if she could go in without a mask to the other while trying to cover her mouth with her shirt. The other said it was okay and that she goes in here all the time without a mask.Aisles are too narrow to socially distance, checkout lines are usually long enough to go into an aisle, and the plexiglass covering at the register is a joke. Janky.

Very disappointed only 2 cashiers and a lot people waiting so frustrated if you are a little hurry

I love dollar tree, but this one doesnt feel safe. While I was there a man was attempting to steal something. Also the lady behind me in line was talking about how if someone messes up they wilp get iced.

Very bad service. The cashiers are extremely rude. Dont wait your time here.

I have been coming here over a year and I havent had any complaint the staff are friendly.

Dollar Tree has many items I enjoy. Their 50 cent greeting cards, 2.75 Litre Bottles of soda pop, some can goods, & a good selection of candy. Its a store full of house hold items. They have an aile for party decoration items. Too many knick knacks. I have to think twice not to put too much in the basket or cart.

They always have cute things like decorations for your home, however they seem to run out very fast. Not just this location.

This location is clean and well stocked this week, I had no problems finding the things I needed.

They don’t close until 9 but they locked the doors at 8:50 and stop letting people in so I came back again today at 11:52 am I tried to get cash back on the lady on register 4 was rude and was like we don’t do cashback but the screen literally said a dollar fee for cashback their customer service is terrible

This is a pretty good DT I can usually find what I need for my projects here and it is clean. They got one star off because some of the workers have bad attitudes and lines can get super long

I love the dollar store but my most recent experience turned me off from this store. I dropped a bottle of nail polish in this store with nail polish and glass going all over me. I ended up leaving with glass on my foot which made it bleed. The cashier at the front laughed and not once did anyone help. Her and the manager (didn’t know it was the manager) then proceeded to laugh about how the pink nail polish got all over my black pants. For some reason I was disturbed. I called the store back and asked for a manager. He said he didn’t hear the cashier say any of that and he was the one who cleaned it. I then proceeded to tell him that he was then right there as she talks and laughed about the situation and even then there was still no help and did he not stop the situation. The fact that the manager attempted to lie about the situation was what really threw me off. This issue will be escalated to corporate. I would have been fine if it was just on my clothes but the fact that I left with glass in my foot while they laughed is unacceptable.

Lovely store, so many useful little brick a brack.

Ive had some good and not so good experiences at this location. But today 11/08/19@5:38p I wanted to give two thumbs up to cashier Andrilaka(name on receipt):her lane was already closed but the one open line was getting long so she pulled customers in her lane to move things along. Also my six year old likes to have his stuff in his own bag, when I asked the cashier if she minded bagging his items separate she had no problem with it(Ive gotten attitudes from other cashiers at other stores for this) and she even bagged my other sons stuff separate as well as all the other items. When I got home to put my stuff up I couldnt help but smile, my bags have never been so organized(hygiene items in one bag, decorations and candy in another)! Once again thank you for the great customer service and wonderful friendly attitude with my child Andrilaka!!

Best kept secret... you can get herbal full size facial mask here for a dollar 1 mask...this month I am trying, Grape Seed, Aloe, Collagen...keep mask on for 15 minutes...follow directions on the package for best results. Can be used 2 - 3 times a week. Always consult with your professional dermatologist before using any discount facial store products to avoid possible serious damage to your skin.

The location of the store is very good. However, the store was very messy even for a dollar tree. I did not find everything that I was looking for aka especially my coconut water. There was only one shopping cart available when I got there I did not notice when I left. The cashier was very nice and like always there was only one lane open.

Avoid shopping at this dollar tree - one of the managers is very unprofessional. No customer service skills. Not worth the headache.

This is like my baby walmart. Even with my chronic illness which is visible the employees here treat me with so much respect.

Everything really is a dollar! Great party products ie gift bags, bows, balloons and little holiday products. Great cleaning products like rubber gloves, latex gloves and disposable dish/cleaning cloths. Reading glasses that arent distorted. Dare you to walk out for less than $20.00

So today, I had two basket full worth of stuff standing in line two steps behind the person before me, so I dont block the main passageway. All of a sudden, another customer cuts me off and tries to have her three items checked out. So I told the employee politely that I was next in line, hoping that shell investigate my claim, and probably let me in first. Instead, she shrugged and continued with the customer who cut me off. I told the customer as well that I thought her action was rude, and she responded well, if your a** was standing where you were supposed to be, we wouldnt have this problem now would we? Now, as a gentleman of the Navy- without my uniform on of course-, Ive been trained to keep my cool under escalating circumstances. So, I asked for the manager. Immediately, the manager tried to open a new check out line for me, but I insisted that the employee apologize instead, because of the principle. Please note, the customer who cut me off was already talking smack, but I ignored her. The employee refused to apologize, so I walked away completely. I doubt if Id ever step foot in any dollar tree anymore.

This site says they open at 8, sign on the door says 9. Might not seem like a bug deal to some but I left early this morning to come here before work now it is hurry up and wait! Please correct info on site!

Ppl are not social distancing, the isles are way too crowded

They area is nice but the store tends to be messy. The employees are pretty nice and try to help you when needed. Things run out quick though and the store is kind of unkept. Also not sure if its a permanent thing but the fridge hasnt been working since December (month ago) so that also sucks.

Alton is very rude. I will NOT be coming back due to the way I was treated by him. Everyone else was nice and helpful. Do better, Alton.

What has happened to this Dollar Tree??? I used to love to shop here. It is a total disaster now. Merchandise is all over the floor. Shelves everywhere are all messed up. Can barely walk down the isles do to items strewn everywhere. Also, carts stacked with merchandise are just left in the isles. This has been going on for a while now! Do they even have a manager??? Corporate managers need to make a surprise visit! Totally Disgusting!!!!!

Never ever shop from there! My sister bought 50 items and 12 hangers I need to exchange with receipt they didn’t let us do it! It better shop from 99 only store at least they let you exchange the item. I’ll never ever shop from there

I went to this store to shop . My first order did not go through that is what the sale lady said . So I did it again and this time they took the money of the card two time . The manager and sales lady took my money and did not want to refund it and did not refund it This store should be close for the way the manager and sales lady steals.They are on something to do this Please close this store or get a new manager

They ran out of some products

This store was very messy today. Bought 13 items for a total of $11.74. Alton was the cashier. Gave him $12.00 and he never gave me my 26 cents! At least he gave me a receipt. I prefer Erica xx shes a sweet lady and always smiles and is friendly.Will definitely wait in her lane next time.

Line of 8 people waiting to be checked out while one customer had three baskets full of items. That wasnt the issue...A manager came up and messed around at a register for a bit, and we thought he was opening up to handle the growing line.A customer asked him if he was opening the register. He said, No and walked off.I left with several other customers without buying anything.Guess who was smoking outside... The manager.

After the cashier scanned the Christmas items I bought on the 12/30/18 which is after Christmas,it came to her notice that She was selling it to me at cheaper rate then she stop scanning and said She wouldnt sell it to my at that price. Then I demanded to speak with the manger, they wouldnt provide him . So angrily I left. For information I am trying to say they have the worst customers service. Very very very poor service. I will never go back to that store

If I can give them no stars I would. I come to Eldridge Mall all the time but I hate when I have to come to THIS Dollar Tree because I desperatley need something. It ALWAYS a total mess. Commenters that give more than 1 star just discovered the actual store Dollar Tree well let me tell you that your experience will be much much much more better when you attend a fully stocked and cleaner Dollar Tree. It will be waaaay more worth your time. Its a very nice area. I just wish this Dollar Tree location was more pleasent to shop at in other words, cleaner, well stocked, more variety, more space like hard work is being put into it !!

Did not get a receipt because the receipt tape was put in wrong, once it was put in right I ask for a reprint and the manager said they do not have that. Then I asked what if I needed to do an exchange if I dont have a receipt well she ask you doing an exchange now? I was like in the future? I guess Im out of luck then right?

Store was a mess. If 8 people are in line dont open a new register and take the 7th and 8th person in line to the new register. You should take the people who have waited the longest !!!!

This has got to be the worst dollar tree that i have ever been in . The store looks like it has not be recovered since it opened . It so junky that you can not find anything you need . I walked out four times in the last month . The cashiers that work there are so nice and kind and great with coustmers . that is the only thing good about this store.

This is the better dollar tree in this area. Management is nice and employees tend to your needs.

This has got to be the worst dollar tree. I have ever been to. Trash and open items everywhere. Unattended child running wild opening packages and just pulling things off the shelves and throwing on the floor. Restrooms were filthy.

This was the nastiest dirtiest dollar tree I ever step foot in. Trash and merchandise on the floor of every aisle. Cashiers super slow and one register open with long lines. Some dollar tree corporate person should do a surprise visit.

It has a great, friendly, family environment. It somewhat lacks in customer service, but it more than makes up for it.
