Party rentals Disappointed. I do events all over the country. We decided to use Acme based on their professional affiliations. While the quality of the items delivered was acceptable, we were charged for a damaged linen. The linen was not damaged by us and despite the fact we had a damage waiver and several email conversations, they still charged us a replacement fee. I now have had to dispute the charge through my credit card company. I deal with rental companies all over and never have I encountered such an issue. Acme has lost a repeat customer for a number of events in the area.
