Highly recommend! Booking online was simple, easy, with everything laid out. Drop off was a little earlier than expected (which was fine but maybe for some people it could have caused an issue), the bouncy house was in great condition, and pick up was on time. Drop off and pick up were extremely quick and flawless. Will definitely use Sky High again!

I am very pleased with our dinosaur combo waterslide! We reserved it for Saturday and they delivered it Friday afternoon. Omar and his coworker were VERY nice, funny, and helpful! They were very knowledgeable about the best placement and how to put it up. I politely asked them to teach me how to do the water hose myself since the party wouldn’t be til tomorrow and they were more than happy to help! I really hate leaving bad reviews but I had a TERRIBLE experience with this company today. I had a moon bounce scheduled to be delivered today for my son’s birthday party and they never showed up. Nor did they bother to call and let me know they couldn’t make it. I had to call several times to try to figure out what was going on. After numerous phone calls and text messages, I was finally told they couldn’t get in touch with their delivery guy and that they were sorry. Try explaining that to your 5 year old at his party! I’m currently awaiting my refund. I would not recommend doing business with Sky High Party Rentals.

This business has a low rating due to the poor communication and being late to my party. What angered and stressed me out the most was not the fact that they arrived late, which I understand sometimes happens, but in their poor communication about it. I had to call numerous times the day of, inquiring about the driver. I started making phone calls about 2 hours out from the start of the party, wondering why no one had shown up yet to setup. I was assured by someone over the phone that the driver was on their way. An hour later, still no one; thus, I called again. The same person assured me the driver was on their way! 30 minutes out, I called again, and the person told me Im going to be honest with you, they may be late..., as if before they were not being honest with me. She said someone would call me back within 15 minutes with an ETA or if the backup driver could come. No one called me back! At this point, I was wondering if anyone would ever show up. I called again when the party started and all of the kids arrived, and again, she told me the same thing...driver is on the way. I asked to speak to a manager, since I wasnt sure this person was being honest or was competent, and she said no one was available. The driver ended up coming and setting up 30 minutes later. Ultimately, the party was a hit once the slide was setup, as the kids had a lot of fun on it. Also, they let us keep the slide for an hour longer. However, I will never go with this company again due to the stress and lack of communication the day of the party. I will choose another rental place that knows how to run a business and communicate properly with its customers!

When I rescheduled, they delivered the Dino-Playland early and set everything up quickly. The kids (and a couple of adults) thoroughly enjoyed playing in it. The bubble machine was quite an attraction as well. The employees who delivered the equipment where very knowledgeable as to the moonwalk features and demonstrated how to use the bubble machine. The office staff was exceptional at hearing our needs and providing a great recommendation, and the delivery staff were some of the best Ive ever encountered. The unit looked BRAND new, was extremely clean and didnt smell like the typical wet dog smell that other inflatables have. LOVED working with you guys.

I had booked a water slide for my daughters 2 year old birthday party, for 2pm that Saturday. Everything was set for the party except the water slide and tables I had rented they arrived until 5:30pm. I was informed there was a glitch in their system due to an old address and they were very kind to still work with me in hopefully get it delivered the same day. I appreciate the customer service we got to enjoy 3 hours of the water slide due to it arriving late. They offered it to be left over night without charge due to the misunderstanding. Even though we used it for only 3 hours. I loved how they communicated and gave great customer service. Due to the lateness they did refund and offered credit. Thank you Jenny for understanding loved your GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!Even though there was a slight hiccup, I wouldnt mind booking again.Thank you appreciate it!!!

Where do I start, Well I get a call the day before saying the slide I rented was damaged and could not get repaired in time. We settled on a replacement for the same price. Ok all is good I thought. The day of the party which started at 3pm, Approximately 2pm I start calling because I have not seen or herd anything. After making several phone calls and text, I get someone on the line, they called the driver and asked him to call me. He does and informs me he will be about 2 hours late. No one called be to inform me, I had to call and find out. More like 2 1/2 hours late it shows up. they start to unload, See following list.-Half the slide was dirty, they had to clean it (took longer)-They set the fan up on the side where the kids enter and exit the slide, I had to ask them to move it to the other side.-Slide required a splitter for the sprinklers which they didnt have (I had to provide it0-Sprinklers where not spraying in the right direction, spray out of the slide-One half of the sprinklers were not working Had to reconnect a third sprinkler that was like an extra on the slide.It took about 1 1/2 hours to set up finally kids could enjoy.They gave me a good discount which was I was happy about. Looked like they overloaded the delivery crew with to many for the day. They also did not pick up the slide the next day, they picked up the slide the day after. By that time it had had rained and yard was soaked. they three guys that picked it up were having a hard time getting it loaded. they had to drive the truck back there to get it, didnt mess up the yard too had. I also helped them load it up on the trailer.All in all, I am sure they have many successful rentals and I will rent from them again. They have some cool stuff. Although I will call early the day of event and make sure route is on time, I think there was a communication issue between delivery crew and office.

We had so much fun with the rentals, everyone was so impressed! The sponge bob combo inflatable was huge, much more to do than the standard bouncy house we almost went with. The cotton candy machine really was a hit with everyone, kids and adults. Next time I’ll get the additional flavor to have options. It was great! One chair was accidentally left behind and my husband dropped it off. We will definitely be looking to rent again for our next event, thank you!

We had a school choir event and they charged us for getting here early and they showed up late. Renting from them was a horrible experience. They were 30 minutes late to our event and took a while setting up. They were also late almost 45 minutes to pick up their equipment. I would not recommend because they are not efficient and quick. They also wanted to extend our event until 11 to charge us. We had set times and they ignored them completely.

Great experience! Reserving was super easy over the phone, the clerk sent me several options to help me choose while we were on the call. They set it up super early in the day and picked it up that same night. Everything was super quick and painless. They have so many options that we still want to try out!

Will never use again. I rented from Sky high thinking I could not go wrong with all the great reviews I read. I received a call Friday night before the party from them asking if they could deliver early. Of course they could but then it changed to they had the slide booked for that Friday. Okay no problem as we were not suppose to receive the slide till 8 am on Saturday. Saturday at 9am I decide to call because they were late and I wanted to make sure everything was good and was told my slide had been cancelled ( 2 hours before 55 friends and family members who were driving 1-2 hours way were coming for my 8 yr olds party) because a truck broke down and no one bothered to inform me. I sat on the phone with a lady and then was told she would call me back. Ten minutes later I received a call saying they would be there at 11:30-12pm and I said thats perfectly fine since the party started at noon. I sit around waiting for the slide not finding anything else because she assured me it would be there at 11:30-12pm. I then receive a text message saying the slide is cancelled at 10.45am. Leaving me no time to get anything else. They did refund me but as I am told it could be up to 15 days!

Very professional. I couldn’t get the bouncy house into my backyard because of my small gate door😔 but they were patient and provided a solution for it to be in my front yard. It looked very good! I highly recommend them for your party service ! Make sure your gate door is wide enough if you want it in your backyard. Lol.

Skyhigh Rentals does a great job. The staff is professional and friendly. We have used them for years and will continue to use them. The equipment is in good working conditions and clean. I highly recommend them.

Great waterslide. Clean and good quality. Very easy to administer the orders and also great crew for pickup and delivery. We sadly got a blower which wasn’t working very well and we ended up having some hours downtime due to that problem. The sms service worked pretty fine and they manage to come and replace it within some hours of it happening. The pickup was also later than the range they anticipated which was a bit frustrating in order for other plans during that day since I have to be home for them to allow them entrance.

The only reason I give 4 stars the delivery driver broke my mom gate. Then complained “he doesn’t know why people want to have the moonwalk in a back yard knowing it’s too small.” He should have said sorry and kept that to himself. Overall great!

We rented a bouncy house with a dry slide, the delivery was made on time as agreed during the initial contract and confirmed by phone two days prior, the guys were all wearing masks, installation was fast and efficient, the slide was of good quality, clean and well taken care of, I requested sand bags and they delivered accordingly. Both delivery guys were wearing face masks at all times. Good job. I recommend this company and will use them again.Pick up was done later in the day as agreed. Smooth transition.

Never AGAIN! I schedule a drop off at 11:00 AM for some reason I’m still trying to understand how they ended up arriving at 3:00! After so many attempts of calling. All I ever got was “they are 30 mins away” then I called and called and they keept avoiding me we were only able to enjoy 1 hour! Omg! $300 for just one hour we were able to enjoy it for never again! Waste of money!UPDATE: EVEN this is happen they have offer my money back and a store credit so I will go ahead and give me another shot thank you! For the refund and store credit for next time! I’ll try them out again
