My experience with this company was beyond terrible! I had rented a bouncy house, 2 tables and 16 chairs. I specifically told them which bouncy house that I had wanted, and that I needed the items before 2pm on Monday for a Labor Day celebration. Well when they delivered the bouncy house, it was not the one that I had chosen. The delivery guy stated that he would go back and just get a banner for it, and that he would return within 30-40 minutes. Right after he left, I received a text message from the lady at Paulina’s Party Rentals stating that I never mentioned which bouncy house theme I wanted. This upset me because I definitely mentioned that I had wanted the (Frozen themed bouncy house). The lady was rude and continued to go back and forth regarding the matter. After about an hour and a half had passed, my guest began arriving and the bouncy house was still laying flat in my yard. I was constantly calling to see when they would return in order to set up the bouncy house as my guest had started arriving, and the situation was quite embarrassing. A few of my guest started attempting to set up the bouncy house themselves due to the fact that I was so very overwhelmed with the situation. When the delivery guy finally arrived, he just threw the ( Frozen themed banner) over the toy story bouncy house! It looked ridiculous and nothing like the picture that was sent to me. When I text the lady to let her know that I was not pleased, she never even responded back. I will definitely not be returning to this place for any of my party needs in the future!!

Service is inconsistent, the first time I dealt with them it was easy to pay for a tent, chairs, table, and a 3 and 1 bounce house. This time around I asked for just the bounce house and the man who answered quoted me for $230 for both days I needed it for. The next day I call the number to deposit and pay for the 3 and 1 but they want to quote me $230 per day. I say thats not what I was quoted for the days I told him. The woman continues to say no its per day via call first, then texts me saying if I rent the tent I can get it for 2 days like last time. I said No, if you cant honor his quote then Ill go elsewhere, this is bad business. I text this, and then Im receiving a call so they can explain. Its the same redundant conversation then she says well call him then. I have no reason to lie, and they can just ask him. I say no Ill just go elsewhere like I said. Mind you this was a midweek rental from Wed-Thurs. No worries I just wont use them again if this is how they treat returning customers.To the managers response: its not my fault that this is what your employee quoted me. Please get everyone on the same page. I wasnt looking for a deal I was looking for integrity. I dont want to do anything but warn people about your practices and bad service

This place has horrible customer service! The female I spoke to hung up on me and seemed to not want my business. You would think being in a field were there are many other competitors, they would want my money. I do recommend going anywhere else to get party rentals.

They have the worst customer ever. I was setting up a reservation for a birthday party right before payment the just informed me they were closed. That’s just horrible when I’m waiting for you to provide the information to be paid!!! N

So I’m not from this area and I found this place on google so I wind up renting chairs and tables from this place. Great customer severance from Mario he’s very nice and explained everything to me about the whole renting system. I will be coming back to rent from him when I’m on this side of town with family.

We always get our water slides from them and tables. They have very good customer service and are prompt with there deliveries.

If it was possible to give twenty-five per cent of one star, I would. Their customer service skills are truly lacking. We rented chairs and tables from this establishment, picked them up. We were advised at that time that if we wanted them to pickup all we had to do is call. That was truly an innovated untruth. Trying to have a conversation with them is extremely difficult, as once they realize theres an issue, they refuse to pick up the phone or place you on hold for several and I do mean several minutes until you attempt to call back. The cycle repeated itself several times. When we arrived to return the chairs, the individual requested that we assist him with removal. Two women and one mature enough to be his grandmother. Thats not our job to do. Disrespectful, extremely poor customer service. Would never use again or refer to anyone. Customer service is what makes your business thrive, not threats or disrespect. Use at the risk of being disappointed and aggravated. This is additional information that I failed to place in my review. The owner will respond negatively and accuse one of being angry in the review. This is an honest review, expressing my experience with this particular company. Honesty doesnt equate anger. Customer service is key in any business. Party Rentals, take this review as way to improve the business not attack the reviewer. I wish you well in your quest to improve.

Absolutely love Paulinas!!! We have been using Paulinas for 7 years now and each an every year the services is amazing. Equipment & supplies are always clean and in good shape. Definitely will continue to use them!!!

Rented chairs and tables for my event, all were very clean. The linens were clean and fresh. Great service, personnel was helpful and friendly. I will come back for future rentals, they had everything I needed and more. Thanks Paulinas Party Rentals for making my party a success! I would definitely recommend them.

Horrible experience waited all morning for delivery guy calls me 5 times asking for correct address and what my order and was 15 minutes away each time he called. Also called and stated we didnt return 2 tables. Really after you delivered and wait 6 hours later to make that statement. Never will do business with this place ever again and DoNot recommend this place even as a last resort.

These people are horrible! We called to reserve a rental and every time I talked to someone different. When we asked if they could deliver they said our house was to close (but its over 15 miles away) :/ When we went to go pick up the items the facility was closed, We called several times and no one picked up the phone. They couldve completely ruined my event!.....I dont recommend using them at all!

This place is recommended. We rented chairs tables and tents, all well cleaned and l attencion friendly, we were asked to inspect all the equipment and it was in perfect condition.

They were rude to me supposedly because I spoke no Spanish and actually hung up immediately after saying theyd get an English speaker to the line! I called back immediately hoping it was an accident, but they didnt pick back up! Terrible service! Will never recommend them to anyone and I do A LOT of events in the Greater Houston Area!!!! I even tried to give them a 2nd chance AND THEY DID THE EXACT SAME THING!!! HUNG UP ON ME AND REFUSED TO ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN I ATTEMPTED TO CALL BACK!!! PISS POOR BUSINESS!!!!

Very bad service rented tables and they were full of roaches I ask for a refound and got nothing back.they said that was my problem. Never ever again coming back to this place. Oh by the way they said I had to take them over there.

They were very kind and patient showing us all the options in colors and shapes of tables.Punctual and complied with both delivery and withdrawal. Everything we rented was in excellent condition and very clean. Honestly, if you live near Humble and want an option for your party, it is highly recommended and they also speak Spanish :) Many blessings and it was a pleasure to have worked with Paulina Party Rental.
