If there is anything that you need done mechanically, Sam is your man. He is good and fairly priced. I have worked with Sam for a few years now and he is a good guy and is always reasonable. I dont give very many 5 star reviews, but MK is more than deserving of one.

I went here referred by a friend who used them years ago only to get my timing belt changed because the service light came on for it. I have never had an issue with my car prior to coming here. After paying for the initial service of changing the timing belt which is as around 600+, I have had countless problem arising with my vehicle. I kept going back to the point I kept having to pay for additional services because new things kept being wrong with it. Finally after spending about 1200+ at this establishment and picking up my car for the fourth time in the last 2 months, my car did not start at all. I am sure the owner knew I was getting a bit aggravated towards the end they would not even call to update me about my vehicle even after keeping it overnight. I had to be the one calling to check on updates. I am a single mother who works full time and this caused a great inconvenience to me. One time the car even broke down when I had my baby with me. It saddens me how people can run establishments where they just see us a money signs and not humans. I have given up on this place and will not be returning.

Ive been here 3 times. Each time they have been respectful and very helpful. Their work is amazing.A WORD OF ADVICE: GET PAPERWORK AND EVERYTHING IN WRITING. They are not sharks by any means, but mistakes can happen and papers detailing estimates and warranties can get lost. It happened to me. Maintain your personal paperwork.

Prices are way too high the labor prices are unbelievable. I spent the amount of just buying a cash car fixing it because I had to keep taking it back. When I got it back now my alarm doesnt work.

Repaired my work van there, new front rotors and breaks, good prices, honest place, they quoted me a sensor and when the wrong one was delivered they tried finding the correct one, when one wasnt available it was taken off the bill, if this was a shady place I bet you that this wouldnt have been mentioned as I wouldnt know the sensor wasnt replaced due to its location on the vehicle. Definitely recommend this place.

My step son broke down and they towed the car to the shop. They said it was his belt that busted. They charged $222.29 (on 6-15-20) to fix it. He broke down again the same day after they fixed it, and they said it was the AC compressor now. They said they would fix it for an additional $2185.00 (on 6-16-20). and fix some oil leaks. Well the AC stop working the same day and still had oil leaks. We took it back 10 more time (Literally) and they now claimed it to be the sensor for $523.98 (on 6-29-20). Come to find out that it was a faulty AC compressor from the previous work they did. They exchanged the AC compressor on 8-26-20 and the AC worked for a day and has not worked since. So after $2,931.27 he is still back to square 1. We will be taking legal action but wanted to warn everyone about these guys not knowing what they are doing and taking a lot of guesses with Customers money.

I was impressed with the service. My car has never felt better. They were able to diagnose my SUV in as little as a half hour and gave me their Professional determination of what was going on with my vehicle. They fixed my rotors in record time (approx 2 hrs) and I didnt leave feeling like I was rapped on cost. Their prices was very reasonable.

I highly recommend this place. I had a freak accident in my car with No insurance. I took it to Mr. Gonzalez and his team and they were wonderful. Extremely honest, fair and patient. Hopefully I am done with car wrecks but just in case Im not, I will return to Muffler King for all my needs.

Stay away from this business. They charged me $1100 install a catalytic converter. Thats and overprice price. I wont go to that business ever.

Warning to everyone trying to go to this place they over charge for everything and they suggest some repairs that arent necessary. They also charged me $189 for alignment that was originally supposed to be $79.

Came in a few days ago to get a simple alignment the guy said I needed shocks and tire rods to get the alignment I said cool paid the 520.00 to get it and 24 hours later I noticed my car jerking brought it back up there the guy tried to feed me bull 💩 about I need a rack n pinion... Just dont!!! They seemed great at first but when I brought my vehicle back up there they made excuses instead of fixing the problem... He said he could fix my car for another 789.00!! Bihh DAT WAY⬅️⬅️

Very high prices. inaccurate diagnostics. Brought my car in because it wouldnt accelerate. They Told me I needed a new timing belt and water pump. They Wanted over $600 not including parts. found a mechanic at another shop to do the work for $400 parts included and my car still has the same issues.

To anyone who may be reading this. STAY AWAY!!! My dad took his car in because it wasnt running correctly. They told him it was his waterpump and charged him almost 500.00. Turns out that the waterpump did not fix anything. Now, the car overheats and it does not run. Its been sitting in my parents driveway for almost a month because these guys (Muffler King) refuse to take responsibility for their damages they done to my Dads car. Cmon guys, you shouldnt take advantage of older folks that do not have money flowing in like some people. Now my parents are without a car and WALK to wherever they need to go because Muffler King messed up their car. Not to mention thier 70+ years old and are sick!

Good Morning Ladies,Be careful using this shop for your car maintenance or repairs. I needed work done on my vehicle to pass my annual inspection (misfire & catalytic converter replacement) they replaced parts that didnt need replacing. $750 dollars later my vehicle was no where near passing inspection. Example: they charged me $99 to change a sensor.I talked to the owner Sam about the unnecessary repairs and he said;1. bring your car back and we can check it out.2. your car is too old (1999 mustang). The motor is going to give out soon.3. If you take it to the dealer they wont touch it because its too old.Well, I had the misfire fixed and my vehicle still was not passing inspection with the message catalytic not ready & 2 sensors not ready. So I took it to another muffler shop. He explained to me that the type of catalytic converter was a good brand, but he would need to re-install the catalytic converter and the sensor. Bang!! After the $40 job, my catalytic and sensors where ready. So I called Sam back to share with him about how disappointed I was about the service I received from his shop. He told me;1. I didnt drive the car enough through the cycle. Thats why the catalytic converter was reading not ready. Huh? Muffle King changed my catalytic converter in January. I drive my car 100 miles a day. Maybe Sam wanted me to drive to California and back for the cat to be ready.2. Doesnt matter which way the cat is positioned. They are a universal.3. I didnt want to pay for my car repairs. (What does that mean? $700 is not small change).4. Ive been in business 25 years. We know what were doing.5. Lastly, Sam hung up on me. :(The above sum up my experience with Muffle King. Poor service all the way around. Im posting this experience with hopes to save another woman some grief.

Ok they are apologizing for k supposedly he told me that some of the components were not well placed ok at first I told the manager that he would ask me if something was wrong to fix it before the alignment he never told me anything I would prefer pay them $ 35 for the check-up and not $ 160 for the bad work that I leave and the lost time should be onest and speak with the truth I know that abeses work does not come out as one wants and they that is understood but in this case it is they are washing their hands with lies

I DO NOT recommend them 100% The price they charge for each job is the least, the problem is that they are not professional and if something damages they do not repair it or they do not inform you before doing the job or what is really required, I do not think They care but now theyve already lost a customer.
