I have a leased 5-series so go here for my regular maintenance. Their facility is brand new and super spiffy-especially with the huge, automatic garage doors. However, while Im happy with the maintenance services provided in the cost of my new BMW, I do think they could tone down some of their up-sells. For example, theres no way in hell Im going to pay $400 for a tire rotation and balance, especially when I only drive 6k miles a year, and the lease is up in 8 months.
My service manager is so awesome!!! No matter how minor the request needed, Mr. Thomas always make needed service his primary focus to complete.
I didn’t like my experience the first couple of times I visited this place from a couple of years ago. But once I started to work with David Guerrero, I feel more at ease that I will be taken care of and I won’t have any unnecessary upsells. He always takes care of me and my car whenever I visit and so far have had no issues. If you need to bring your car in, ask for David Guerrero as your service advisor. He’s the best!
I dont understand why or how Advantage gets so many negative reviews. Ive always had excellent service and the advisors are pleasant, knowledgeable and bend over backwards to deliver a high quality product.
We purchased the factory recommended maintenance plan with the vehicle. When my wife brought it in for service, Kevin provided an estimate that included several operations that exceeded the factory recommended maintenance totaling to about $900. My wife didn’t realize it was in excess of the contract we prepaid. The only attempt at clarification of the bill was Kevin’s prompt: “Do you have any questions?” After sending me a list of additional tasks to double the bill, I spoke to Kevin who offered a 10% discount on his $900 exploitation. If you don’t understand anything about cars, I’d recommend taking your car elsewhere for service, or get an expert to consult... you could probably split the difference in savings.
I have used this location on two occasions both experiences associated with poor timing and lack of attention to detail. First time several repairs were requested on my end including hand gesture function malfunction which was overlooked when I was called to come pick the car up leading to a 2nd visit! 2nd time around asked for state inspection. The wrong paperwork was provided at pick up and after half a day waste of time and coming back to location, was told the paperwork is usually left in the car which was nowhere to be found! Hilariously I was offered for by the technician that she comes into my car and show it to me! 😂 Time is important if this is news to you! Do a better job..
I bought my car only 3 months, but suddenly there is a hole in my tire. I thought they should change it for free. Cuz I only purchased my car 3 months! And I didn’t hit my car or have accident. They said the tire not in the warranty. However, I asked my friend, he also bought a BMW X3 and he said they have responsibility to change my tire because it was bought only 3 months!
I always have the best experience here. I have worked with Robert and David recently and both have really gone above and beyond. They coordinated Ubers and drop offs at work and were very flexible with my schedule. I love this place!
Great service and staff. Went in for routine oil change on a Saturday morning. Was told the wait would be around 3 hours or so. About 1.5 hours later, my car was ready. They sent visual report with video while I waited, which was pretty cool. Basically a walk around of the car before and during service. Beautiful new service center also!
Ive always had a poor experience with this service department - this is my 5th time in. Why do I come back? Its close to work. I scheduled a routine oil change, nothing more. THREE HOURS and its almost ready. Are you kidding me? It takes THREE HOURS for an oil change???? I do not want all of the other services youre trying to sell me. This place is a JOKE.
There is room to improve in service. They need to welcome customers as soon as they see customer already came out of the vehicle. Also, they need to let customer know where to go when service representative walks away to do something.
I had a great experience with Cory, my Service Advisor. I went in for an oil change and they checked the car over for issues, especially since it was CPO. They also offered to do some maintenance work for parts only as they were doing some warranty work as well. I was able to get a same day loaner car as well even though I didn’t have an appointment.
Kiara was amazing! She was very friendly, informative and knowledgeable!! A few added perks were an on-site chef preparing omelettes, as well as the Kona Ice sno-cone truck outside. In the event you have to wait for your car to be serviced, please BRING A JACKET! It was very cold upstairs.I love the fact that they provide (text) you with a video of your multi-point inspection of your vehicle and you feel a tad more comfortable with spending the amount of money that you are, in addition to the consultation PRIOR to sliding your card and being blind sided.Kiara made my experience a good one,... and I look forward to having her as my permanent service advisor going forward!!
I had an issue happen to my car a couple days ago, and called the day of and made an appointment here, It was very simple and they got me in within a few hours. I worked with Robert Garcia, Service Advisor. I highly recommend using advantage BMW midtown services Robert Garcia. He is very professional, great customer service & overall has been making this process very easy for me to understand. If you want 5 star service, ask for Robert. Thank you BMW advantage midtown for caring about your customers & providing great service.
Always great even though the streets make hard to get to, Construction..
7 STAR ServiceThe people in BMW Advantage Service Department have perfected The Art of Excellent Customer Service. The people the team in the service department are like a well oiled state of the art machine with a huge heart for their clients!Whether you bought a car from them or not!!! I unfortunately did not buy my BMW from them! And my dealership should take their service department to see se these guys program and work as a team and attitude and culture as a company! These guys namely Stan and his people in the service department went up against one of the worst warranty companies in the car warranty business! The fight unfortunately is not over for me with them I am seeking counsel now! However Stan and Advantage said they will stand behind me and if they can help me they are ready to roll up their sleeves! That’s why my next car will be from them !Btw my mother loved the loaner car they provided me with Which was Not part of my Warranty they did that out if their Great Excellent Customer Care Heart Program!!!Anyway my mother is looking at buying the beautiful Pre Certified BMW 3 Series ❤️❤️❤️Thank you Advantage Team!!!You guys wrote the handbook on Excellent Customer Care Service and Attitude!
Great service from a knowledgeable staff of service techs and mechanics. Always grateful when these guys take care of my car. It always worthwhile to watch their emails for the good deals on service.
Great service! Everyone so willing to please. Brandon was a full service associate!!
Robert is my service advisor and Ive been extremely satisfied with his advice and handling of my needs. Kudos to Robert.I like the remodeled service center. Cheers.
One of the absolute best customer service experiences with my car Ive ever had! Booked the appointment online. Showed up and was completely cared for. I definitely recommend if you are needing work done or even an oil change. Check them out!
Took my e39 in for the Takata air bag recall and had a perfect experience with free transportation to and from home and a replacement side marker lens for the one blown off in the car wash. Yes, they even washed the exterior and cleaned the interior. Many thanks....
Great service from Barry.
Very good service. Cory was very helpful and kept me informed.
John Garza was my Service Representative. He is an amazing guy...he kept me informed the entire time my car was in the shop....very positive and friendly person
Great experience, walked me through service necessary updates they would be doing and recommendation for 10k service. Kevin was professional, friendly and communicated well throughout the day. Highly recommend location and the service center updates look great!
High quality service, but expect to pay a price. However, the staff were very helpful and the service was quick and professional.
Oil issue on long road trip. Very helpful and gave us a rental. Great customer sert.
It’s sad that some worker stole money out my vehicle and I told my advisor Eduardo. He didn’t seem to care too much, no longer going to this location. Take pictures of everything in your car before you leave.
Last night was Shelley and Ursula birthday party the place was packed it was a third party at that location so Ron and Shelly a doing a great job and continuing to produce a venue doing tough times and the climate of the world is doing a great job really enjoyed myself as usual
Service center is reliable and with the new tech I can see what’s really going on with my car instead of feeling ripped off.
First went to Advantage, but they did not resolve my problem. It is going to cost you. Drove directly to BMW West, who took the time to diagnosis the problem and resolve. T
Went in for regular 435i service expecting car to be returned same day. Three days later after multiple attempts to contact for status, care returned. Interior door handle got damaged and I was not told when I picked up my car. Noticed after the service and called the service center and was told that this damage is “very common” and that the part can be replaced, but didn’t offer to replace. Fairly certain that they knew damage was done and already had the common damage defense when I called and asked about it.
This is the absolute worst experience of a business I’ve yet to encounter. During hurricane season last year my car had a recall and was in the shop. The loaner vehicle I had was unfortunately flooded due to the hurricane. They refused to return my car to me unless I paid their $1,000 deductible. Though i had insurance, they exclaimed they needed to hold onto the funds until insurance cleared. My insurance covered the entire damage of the vehicle plus over $5,000 in loss of value. They still refuse to return the $1,000 while avoiding my texts, calls, and any form of communication.
Had to wait two hours for them to change the oil and top off the transmission fluid. They did a fairly extensive inspection and have gave my car a wash, which were both nice. But the result of the inspection was a sheet with repairs suggested that would cost me $6k! I can do almost everything myself for less than $1k fairly easily, so unless you have money to burn, Id suggest looking elsewhere for BMW servicing! I ended up paying about $100 with a $45 discount (😨). On the plus side, they did have coffee and hot chocolate, so that was at least a plus.
They are very nice l when I call and went there to get my plates put on...HOWEVER BMW Midtown is almost double the price of the BMW location in Clearlake for an oil change, which makes no sense. Planning on using the Clearlake location for most things now unless they price match.
If you need service on your BMW ask for advisor Omar Reyna. I cannot say enough about his honest and professional service. He has always gone above and beyond for me.
I bought a pre owned 2015 BMW 328i. The day I bought it, I was not able to take it home because it needed to go to service. I picked it up on Wednesday and Saturday the check engine light was on. Turns out my A/C needed to be replaced. I took it to the dealership and I was told well it is a pre owned car and it may be bad gas. I was told they were not expecting me, which I was not expecting to be there either for a check engine light. In conclusion, I was told they had no loaner car for me and that my car would not be serviced until Monday. After stating, that I no longer wanted the vehicle, they magically had a loaner car for me to use. I was met with condescending attitudes and I was dismissed. I sent a lengthy email stating how I felt, and I was responded with a “I’m sorry you feel that way” I would have gotten better service at a dealership in Pasadena. I would not recommend this dealership. ALSO, at the counter when finally being granted a loaner car, I was told a $50 hold would be placed on my card for any damages! Cool. When I return the car, with the manager Jesse Garcia, nobody assessed the loaner car or told me what I would owe. Over an hour later, I get a text message of a receipt saying I was charged $25 for GAS. I pulled back into service to discuss it. Asked for a manager, the guy told me, yes ima. Manager. When I stated my issue, of course he isn’t the “correct” manager to issue a refund. Classic. When I tell them, “ I’m definitely reporting y’all to the BBB” one minute later I was issued a refund. It seems like you have to threaten these people, in order to get the correct customer service. I will never in my life come back to this dealership. All I got from Steve Deleon was, im sorry you feel this way, your car is ready.” Not a solution, not anything. THEN, I received my spare key 6 days later, with it needing a new battery. I love it! Thanks guys!
Amazing service by Kiara and Jason, extraordinary. Took care of everything quickly and with quality. Here you get a private service member with white glove service from start to finish. I can’t stand waiting for an hour at a regular service center. I would highly recommend, everyone is super friendly and helpful.
Excellent service, nice people.
Changed my review here to one star.Brought our X5 in for a quick inspection but also had a few issues. They didn’t have time to repair so told me to bring it back another time. I brought back one month later with an appointment and found out my warranty had expired 3 weeks earlier. They would not repair my simple AC vent issue or look into other items without more cost. They had the car all day and again didn’t wash it. I’ve had enough and traded the BMW in two days later. After four BMWs and now a Ford owner.Nice and usually quick. Usually have loaner cars or shuttle. Get an early appointment to enjoy some breakfast snacks in the lobby while you wait. But down one star for their washing abilities and not being able to keep up with appointments. Why make me schedule an appointment if you are going to be 30 minutes behind every time I come.
I have truly enjoyed taking my vehicle into the service dept. at Advantage BMW Midtown. My service advisor, OMAR, is always professional and honest with me whether my car is there for routine maintenance or other repairs. Omar always goes above and beyond to make sure my service experience is not a hassle.
This place of business lost my car keys.
I wanted to thank Greg, Joey, and Carlos in the Parts dept for their phenomenal assistance with my battery during my conference in Houston. Thanks again guys!
Perfect customer service: polite, accommodating, reasonably fast whatever the visit has been for, provided good suggestions etc
Dropped car off with a broken window. Told them I was concerned glass had scratched inside car. New glass had defects and delays with delivery. Spoke with another advisor on the concern of the scratches. Now they tell me glass has been replaced, but there are scratches inside that they will need insurance adjuster approval on, and they need to schedule the paint repair. Which is what I told them initially. Twice. Two different advisors. Now into week two...
5 stars all the way around!!
This service department is deceptive in their prices and the up-charge is unbelievable. If your car is no longer in warranty don’t bother taking it here unless you want to spend 2-3x what any repair or service should cost. I’ve had multiple bad experiences with them and will no longer be bringing my X3 for any service or repairs.
Best BMW dealer in Houston. Al Lloyd has been my sales and service advisor for 20 + years. Met him at Barney Garver Land Rover and stuck with him over the years. He is honest & professional, which is rare for the automotive industry.
My experience with this service department has been a nightmare from day 1. I purchased my vehicle used and decided to bring it here for a full inspection to ensure there were no issues. The 1st visit I needed new tires and the front passenger control arm replaced. So I paid the ridiculous price for the 4 tires and scheduled my return visit for the second service. On the 2nd visit a different rep assisted me and wanted me to pay for an alignment. Of course Im agitated because that should have been included in the $1400 I had just paid for the tires. Upon my return to pick up my vehicle, there was a list of fluid changes recommended for my vehicle because it was not the BMW brand fluids. I declined and said maybe later.Fast forward two weeks later, the air conditioner goes out. I bring my vehicle back for service and was told a bug punctured a hole in the compressor and it needed to be replaced. Also added on is the motor mounts, transmission mounts and both thrust arms needed replacing. $8000. Needless to say Im furious because I know these didnt deteriorate overnight. The service manager took over after my husband and I expressed how disappointed we were with the service. $5500 for all repairs. Two weeks later, air conditioner goes out again. Anna the now service manager informs me that its not their fault that an internal leak was missed. We were offered 20% off $6500 in repairs that should have been caught the 1st time. We declined and will never return.Update: I brought my vehicle to this company to have a thorough inspection done correctly the 1st time so that the necessary repairs due to the mileage could be completed. Whats frustrating is that I brought my vehicle in 4 different times and received 4 different sets of information needed to repair my vehicle. To be honest this company is a rip off and should have been able to provide me with the correct information on the needed repairs the 1st time. So trying to offer me a 20% discount when your technicians did NOT do their job properly only reflects on the horrible service you provide to your customers as well as your only focus is screwing customers out of money and not providing quality work for the money paid.
The service department is second to none! My wife had some issues with a tire this morning and they took us in before business hours! We have been there 3 times for service and every time it has surpassed expectations! The service department fulfills promises and communicates well along the way. We were in a tough spot and they took care of us off the clock and I was able to get back to our busy day while they took care of our car. Buy with confidence! They will take care of you after the sale! BUY THE TIRE AND WHEEL PACKAGE! =) My poor beautiful wife cant dodge potholes to save her life, its the best thing I ever did!
Customer Service sucks at this. l been here the last couple of times and I refuse to come back
Adam in parts did a great job helping us find replacement parts for our BMW X5 (door handle knocked off and some sample paint).
Service here has always been on point and great. Seems like they’re renovating and moving stuff around, looking forward to checking out the results next time i go in for my service
If you would like to spend an entire day on a simple oil change this is the place for you. Impossible to get a hold of someone on the phone and incredibly slow.. .complete disregard for customer’s time. Definitely try somewhere else.
Great cars they have been sending me emails and updates with so much information as to the car and its working you need to study before you can drive it. Great going guys! Keep the roads safe
Had an unfortunate situation with a bent valve. The service department diagnosed it, and I declined to have them repair it - they wanted to put a new engine inside a 12 year old 330i to the tune of $18k. When I came to pick up the car, they didn’t button it up and left screws for the intake and cabin air filter housing cover on the front radiator sill. I only noticed it when I got home and began to take the car apart to repair it. It’s getting a new head and valves. The point is - take care of all cars in all conditions.I’ve since been there with my M3 and the response I get is drastically different than when I was there with my 330i. I realized that I’ll be servicing my cars myself to control quality.UPDATE: The 330i has been fixed and running well. I will eventually change the lifters to cure the dreaded “tick” sound. I took my car back to Advantage to give them another shot - and I’m glad I did. First I met Cory Smith the service advisor who help change my mind on Advantage BMW’s service department. Then I met Bryan the BMW tech and I was sold. These guys know what they are talking about - they are enthusiasts and I’m glad I came back to Advantage BMW. The review has been updated to reflect this change
I have no problems with the service itself nor the service advisors, I understand theyre there to sell (or upsell) services that the manufacturer does not recommend and branding them as dealer recommended services, its alright I get it, youre there to make money. But my problems are:1. I have a Q5 which I take to Sewell Audi Sugarland, and not ever have been tried to be sold a service or part my car didnt need... Audi Central is actually much closer to home and I stopped taking it there because they always tried the same tactics as Advantage BMW.2. The second you push back and say youre not doing the services they recommend and say youll go somewhere else, they suddenly are open to negotiate and work with you on the price, how about just being upfront from the start and give me your best price from the start and save us both the trouble? The biggest issue here is trust, so Id say work on that.
Im amazed that the service at a dealership so close to downtown could be so inconsistent. You would think theyd have a well run service department since they must have lots of executives and attorneys using it, but that has not been my experience. Also youll notice if they know they have stubbed their toe on the quality of the service, you wont get a survey.Im going back to the dealership in the suburbs..... its not as convenient but not nearly as frustrating either.
We purchased BMW from same dealer with CPO during the first oil change they recommended a alignment which I couldn’t do then when I was around +3000 miles from the time of purchase. And now at around +6000 miles from purchase when I took to service for alignment they recommend stearing Rack change and strut replacement and denied the CPO warranty mentioning it is impact damage . I’ m sure I didn’t had any accidents or ran over since the purchase .Never happy with the service here !! Both the times !!
I bought a vehicle there in January and it has been an unpleasant experience, which i would have never expected from a BMW dealership. My credit union has not recieved the title of the vehicle I purchased and they are threatening to close my loan. I have made multiple attempts to reach out to the salesman that sold me my car, Albi, and he has refused to respond to my emails, messages, and calls. I finally decided to try to get a hold of someone else at dealership a few days ago, and i was told I had to call the DMV myself and fix the problem, which is incorrect information. Then, I called again and asked to speak to the manager. He couldnt even confirm if the title was sent out. I have bought cars at other dealerships and have never came across an issue of any kind. I feel that BMW would set a higher expectation of their employees and customer service in general
Do yourself a favor and request Matthew Phillips as your service advisor! He will look out for and take care of you!
By far the best customer service ever! The staff is very friendly and Eric Sanchez is very attentive to customers needs! My vehicle was done in a timely manner and washed!
Professional, timely, great communicationThe service department is exceptional
Mr David goes above and beyond just regular basis customer service .He has been an excellent illustration of luxury cars equals luxury service. Mr. Randy should inservice all Houston area service mechanics. He is very knowledgeable, HE IS VERY GOOD at troubleshooting problems, and diligent in the pursuit of solving problems effectively- not halfway. Thanks I appreciate my local BMW midtown service center. You rock!!!!!
Had a broken clip on a courtesy light - minor repair (the light was located in the foot well of the back seat). I did not realize the resolve to fixing the issue was simply lifting the back seat cover and clipping the part in place. However because the light was not coming on and I could not find any faulty fuses I decided to take the vehicle in. The technician quickly spotted the problem there was a lose wiring. However, I was told I would have to purchase a new clip since the one I had was broken and I would have to schedule to have the car brought in and have the clip installed. - Break down new clip parts ($68.00 plus installation $175 = $243.00). This was confusing to me as I could not fathom why it would warrant a service schedule to simply clip a plastic piece in place. I also later found the part online from BMW for less than $14.00!!! - The parts came in, and I simply lifted the back seat and clipped it in place. The moral of the story is there was an assumption that I knew nothing about the repair or what needed to be done so I was charged based on an assumed ignorance of the situation. This dissolved my trust in Advantage BMW on delivering the most affordable and HONEST service to its clients. Always do your research - it saved me over $300.00 in unnecessary labor charges and unnecessary mark up.
Great people and quick services. They take care of you from the moment you walk in.
This is now my go to BMW dealership to go for my maintenance services. Precise, Punctual, and Genuine here! Thanks again Eduardo
As one of the busier BMW dealership service centers in Houston, they do a really nice job of taking care of their clients. With the number of cars that come through, mistakes and delays are expected, but in my 4+ years of coming here, Ive always felt like the service reps are doing their best to take care of me.
Lost another customer, but they dont seem to care anyways. I should have read the reviews before ever bringing my new car in. So many issues:1. Convenience is not a consideration. My first scheduled maintenance, I said had an issue (a loud, annoying whistle when I drive on the freeway) that needed to be looked at. They wouldnt schedule me a loaner, so I had to wait over 3 hours for maintenance, and then told that I had to bring my car back the next week to get a loaner while the problem was being looked at.2. Communication is horrible. After 2 days, I was told I needed to return the loaner because a part needed to be ordered, and then I would need to bring my car back (for a third time) when the part arrived, and then I could come back and get another loaner while that part was being replaced. I told them because I live almost an hour away, Id prefer to keep the loaner until everything was done. The part came in THAT AFTERNOON. Couldnt you check on that before telling to bring the loaner back?? Still my car was not ready on the day that they said it would be, and then nobody calls me on the day my car is ready because my rep was off that day!!3. Worst of all the problem didnt get fixed!!!! I even test drove my car with the floor manager ahead of time to reproduce the noise, and he promised me they would not give me my car back without making sure it was fixed. It wasnt. How they decided that a part needed to be replaced on my car and not the problem is beyond me.4. Oh wait, thats not the worst part. The managers are the worst part! As first I spoke to Wayne about the issues and he was very understanding and spoke they would send out a loaner to me and pick-up my car and return it to me fixed. Sounded great. Spent 3 weeks trying to arrange a the pick-up with Wayne only to find out that he no longer worked there, and so I was referred to Eric.Spent another 3 weeks trying to get a hold of Eric. Finally got him on the phone, at this point so frustrated by this drawn out process. He response, Im a very busy man. I have a hundred employees and meetings that I have to go to all day. I just wanted a manager who cared enough to hear out my frustrations with the customer service and listen to some feedback that I had. His response, Youve got 5 minutes, then I have another meeting. Not once did I hear Sorry, I heard more about his problems than he heard of mine.I had been dealing with this for 2 months (sparing a lot of other annoying issues), spent so much of my time and an energy try to get a hold of someone to give them feedback, and Im told I have 5 minutes of their time.DONE!!!! Not worth it. Taking my business and recommendations somewhere else :)
REEDEMED! After having one bad experience here I was reluctant to come for an issue I was having with my car and ultimately decided to go ahead and see the folks there. My service advisor was Floyd...if I could give him 10 stars I would!!!! His customer service is awesome. He didn’t rush me, made me aware of all of my options & answered all of my questions. I decided to wait for my car, he came and checked on me twice. It wasn’t just me, he handled all of his customers with respect and care. Just ask for Floyd & he’ll take care of you .
Staff were helpful.
I never had a problem with this service department until nearly 2 months ago. I waited an entire day because they refused to give me a loaner only to tell me I would need to bring my car back the following week when parts would be ordered so my car could be completely fixed. It has been two months and I still have not heard from them if my parts ever arrived. I have constantly been trying to get in contact with the service adviser that assisted me only to hear he will get back to you about when your parts are ready. This morning I called back for the 20th time and a lady who answers the phone told me the parts have been ready for a while yet no one reached out to me. I get it people get busy, but that was very unprofessional to not get back to a client when they constantly call NEEDING to get their car fixed while still under warranty.
I can see why this place has such low reviews. We purchased 2 BMWs with the Platinum and Extended warranty - with assurance that everything would be covered. Multiple times when we have an issue - its not covered - here is the estimate - several thousand. The first time we just passed - got the work done elsewhere. The second time - took days and multiple escalations - cant get a copy of the docs we purchased - they offered a discount - they then covered it. Happening again - makes for the worst car experience - leaves a bad taste about the purchase and how poorly we are treated in service. Buy your BMWs elsewhere - and service elsewhere.
It was wonderful great customer service. Every employee had a smile on their face and greeted me and my daughter. My car was finished in a timely manner as well.
Ive taken my car for service here various times since its a few blocks from my apt. I also purchased the extended warranties and maintenance programs here (about $8k). I dont trust their service department anymore. I had my car wheels aligned once and had to retake it and it was fixed. No problem. This last time I had my car aligned ($250), the steering was off to the right. I went back after a few weeks to get it fixed, now the steering is off to the left. Very noticeably both times. Theyre blaming houston streets and potholes but dont bother to assure if fully satisfied with alignment. (ridiculous) I wonder what other basic service items theyre cutting corners on or doing poorly. Its frustrating to spend a considerable amount of money for basic things that cant be done. I cannot enjoy my 65k car since the steering is noticeably off, now I have to find another place to get a basic wheels alignment. They dont seem to care. They just want you out the door as if theyre doing you a free favor. I will not be going back to this BMW for purchases or service ever.
Maria Franco in service is awesome... will always take my car to her for any maintenance needs!
They sell pretty hard; not as bad as Nissan and some other dealerships Ive been to, but best advice is to know what your car needs before going there. Unfortunately the person telling you what you need doesntusually have your best interest in mind
The customer service is absolutely amazing. My personal service advisor Morris Zelaya is awesome, funny and professional. I only take my X3 to the best and most trustworthy hands in Houston.
Awful service, unreliable, so bad I switched brand. The manager despite seeing me 3 times over 2 days, which in itself should be a red flag, did not even smile. I had reserved over the phone a loaner car, which was not there when I came to drop off my car. I came back the following morning with the assurance by the local rep that there would be a loaner for me, to find myself again without loaner...left the car for an hour test and got told they needed 6-8 hours so I left again with the assurance that the rep would call me at lunchtime when a loaner was available, come into downtown and switch my car with the loaner. I never received the call. This place is an embarrassment for BMW.
Very good service and friendly.
Service was fast but little care was given when we picked up the car. was told 4 times to go see our adviser but she wasn’t even in the office. Just be prepared to wait and wait to pick up your car.
They are very attentive and helpful. The location is very nice and clean. They have a drink bar and other amenities while you wait for your vehicle.
I loved the service in that place, at least the shopping experience.I am looking forward to have the same experience when the car is serviced.
Ive taken my car here a couple of times and have had a bad experience every time. The guy who directs you to your service manager is nice, but seems constantly busy. If I need something, everyone seems to avoid eye contact. Every service manager Ive talked to has had a blatantly rude attitude and been incredibly difficult to get ahold of. The few times Ive gone were because my car needed service immediately so I didnt have time to make scheduled appointments beforehand; my experiences may have been due to the fact that they were busy and my coming in unannounced put them behind. Plus side is a free car wash.
Enough said!! BMW?
The worst customer service! I have had our NEW car in 3 times for a brake issue. From management to service advisors, there are no answers, it is hard to get even a returned phone call. DO NOT BOTHER!UPDATE! When I took the car to MOMENTUM for continued brake issues, they told me that the WRONG parts had been installed. As a safety issue this is unacceptable in every way. I hope that their ineptitude does not cause any harm to others. BMW should be ashamed of this.
Great service and ❤ care glad I bought my car here. THANX BMW would buy again
Matt and Anthony are truly exceptional. Ever since I bought my 4 series in 2017, they have always made sure I was taken care of. The level of service I have received from these guys really gives Chikfila a run for the money. I wasn’t surprised when Anthony got promoted to manager and I’m sure Matt is next up. These guys are truly knowledgeable and walk you step by step through every hop performed on your vehicles and ensure you are given all the right alternatives to make an informed decision. The radiator hose on my 4 series was recently compromised by some unforeseen objects that I still have no clue about. Needless to say the front bumper was shooting out coolant like a fire hydrant. Within a few minutes all the coolant had leaked out making the car virtually un-drive-able. I was able to get it to the shop to have it looked at. My manufacturers warranty had expired literally a week ago and the fix was not going to be covered. They worked to get the vehicle fixed at NO cost to me. Yes, you read that right absolutely free. The next time your Bmw is in a bind and you’re told not to go to the dealership because they “charge insane prices”, go down to advantage and ask for Matt or Anthony. They’ll hook it up.
Service at this BMW location is a joke. The people working here have zero regard or value for their clients time.Came in here to refill nitrogen in my car tires and a carwash. Told valet what services were required who failed to convey this message to the service advisor. First time getting service done here, I was not aware that the service advisor manages these requests. There was nobody to educate me in this respect I did not even know where to take my car, valet did nothing but lazily gaze at me while I was figuring out where to pull up or was waiting for someone to approach me). There was no line of communication between the staff. 40 mins pass by before service advisor directs me to a guy called Mike who was supposed to take the car to a different location for filling up nitrogen. Im told the entire process will take 30 mins. Another 40 mins pass by but the car is still sitting there, this is after the service advisor has tried to follow up with Mike and tells me the car is apparently ready. What is really frustrating that if the place is busy then do not tell me it will take 30 mins. Be honest and say its going to take some time so I can plan to come back later to pick up my car and not waste a half day to simply inflate my car tires.Reflection of a very poor management who have not trained their staff well. People here are doing their job at the bare minimum and I can see why this place has such a high number of 1 star reviews. When I pay high dollars for a car I expect quality service and if thats not the case I will gladly take my business elsewhere next time.Staff interacted with were Enrique at Valet, Jessica as Service Advisor and Mike (someone who completes the nitrogen refill request). Jessica was still crisis managing and doing a decent job of following up but Mike and and all of Valet seriously seriously dropped the ball. Key issue is these different departments were not communicating with each other effectively which in turn led to poor communication with the client. Poor attentiveness.
Great services 👌
Kiara Powell was the best service advisor, friendly, efficient, informative.
I took my car to service yesterday and my advisor was Harry Fernandez, the customer service and attention to detail was incredible! Have been going there for a while and definitely recommend this place and my advisor.
Great service. Friendly reps. Enjoy their free car loans and car wash when my car is getting serviced. They do a great job maintaining my car.
Friendly staff and a high level of service here. Many thanks to Eric and Johnathan!
