I just purchased a car from this dealer and I couldnt be happier. Everyone there was so nice and accomodating. I remember the last time I looked at a Maserati at a different deal years ago, the salespeople were so snobby, it made me uncomfortable. Thats not the case here at all. Although I am sure all of the sales associates are great, I have to give a special recommendation for my sales consultant, Goran Novitovic. He was such a joy to deal with. When I went home, I tried looking on Maserati website and found no official documentation that the Android Auto was wireless. I started to doubt him, so the next I came back and the car with my requirements came in, I asked to try the wireless Android Auto and surely enough he was right! i was so happy with my experience here at Helfman sugarland and Goran that i referred him to another friend who ended buying a car with them the same week!

I bought my car (Levante) here 3 years ago. Purchase went relatively smooth but again is a car dealership. On the 3rd year I took it there for the annual maintenance and I ask them to pass the estate inspection. They told me I would need to change the 2 front tires in order to pass at a cost of $756 + tax. I was surprised first because the tires looked good (they had less than 20k miles and are supposed to last 50k) and then upon closed inspection I confirmed that the thread depth was still good enough (way off before leveling with the ribs inside the grooves). Anyway, next day I went to the closest mechanic license to perform the estate inspection and it passed without a problem. Trying to make honest customers to pay for unnecessary repairs, parts, or services is the kind of behavior that makes people distrust mechanics in general and specifically dealerships. We all work hard for our money. Respect that.

Goran was a tremendous help in my purchase! I am from outside Houston and he provided plenty of additional pictures and video of the car that was posted. Paperwork process was quick as they are already a preferred dealer from my lender. We walked around the vehicle when I arrived and he made sure to point out the spots where a customer might have a potential issue with. Paperwork was expedient, but well explained. After the purchase, they even let me use an office space so that I could work for a bit before heading out. I would come back again for another purchase!

Service is fast. Normally 2 hours you could pick up your car. They will clean your after your maintenance, that’s very sweet! Waiting room is very small but cozy. A chase bank is nearby, so you can do other thing during the service.
