Great customer service and also very fast service will be back for all my oil change

Have used them 3-4 times, and today was the last day Im going there.The last time, the mechanic didnt put the cap back on the engine when he changed the oil, so the oil started leaking out. I went back and showed him, and he apologized, cleaned the engine, refilled the oil, and offered me half off my next oil change. Handled it like a man, and a professional.Today, I go back, and provide the written discount on my receipt, and the manager flips! Dogs out the mechanic, called his boss, and they agree they will not honor the discount. Instead of getting into a confrontation, defending their employee, who seems to be the only professional in the place, I just said Ill get it done somewhere else, and they were totally fine with that. Maybe the mechanic should be in management and these managers should do the oil changes?They dont know how to treat their employees, or their customers. Took my business to Oil Can on Wayside and got much better service. So their choice was either lose $15 or lose a customer. They chose to lose a customer.

Use the same oil for all the different cars, and charge customer different prices and its only has cheap oil the manger/owner purchased.If they dont feel like working they would pretend that the customer had a oil changed with the same oil they drove to the oil company. Now whats right about that

When I moved to the north side I needed an oil change pronto and attempted to do some research looking for a new mechanic. I’m fully aware that not everyone can be pleased so I read the comments of the places close by and decided to go with this place.I’m currently typing this review from my mechanic shop. After coming to this place I now have an oil leak on a 4 year old car. I’ve never had an oil leak or any problems bc I try to take care of my car as much as possible. I’ve had the same mechanic for 5 years and they took care of all my cars but I moved to the north side and I felt left without a close by mechanic. Now I’m back with my mechanic on the southwest and no one will ever touch my car again. Take this as you like but you have been warned. Read the comments. All of them. Some people aren’t exaggerating. They’re nice guys but no thanks

Just left there, no one asked me what I was needing, some guy walked up and started changing my oil. I had told them to stop and I only came for a state inspection.... omg I told them to give me fresh oil. And come to find out they dont even have a machine to do the inspection. And the worst part of it all my airbag light is on now, and I dont trust them to get fixed.

Referred a friend here for simple oil change and they didnt replace her filter she ended up having even more car trouble later down the line! And her card info was compromised and charged an additional $200

I won’t recommend this place to do tune up here I when last time I got a mopar oil filter and they didn’t replace the filter
