Love this place!! Just moved in the area and Came here recently last week for the first time and staff were all very nice and inviting. They were attentive and understood what I needed. Also saw that you were able to request hands and feet at the same time. I was a walk in and they were able to take me! Definitely would recommend! I think my tech’s name was Bri and she did an amazing job!

Services felt rushed and not as detailed as they used to be. I am not sure if I’ll be back. Been going here for years but my last visit left a bad impression- nail shape and length was different on one hand versus the other. I didn’t even get to check them until I got home because I felt like they were rushing me out. Pedicure didn’t include the full massage I usually get with it. When I got home I realized gel polish on toes had not fully dried when I left because the top of my nail wasn’t shiny and had clearly been impacted by the shoe I put on to leave. Once again felt rushed, usually takes an hour for both services, both were completed within 45-50 min so the detailing and perfection I am used to was missing this time.

Honestly don’t think I would go again. I wanted french tips with regular nail polish and the lady kept refusing to do it because apparently there they “carve” the tip. I’ve never heard that in my life and even if they do, how hard is it to put a line on top of a regular colour. I’ve gotten french tip with regular colour so many times in my life and I was shock they refused to do something so simple.

Initially I was satisfied with my experience even though it was overpriced (they charged me so much for a refill and an additional 10 dollars just to shape a little bit!). Then, not even a week later, I noticed my top coat chipping off which has never happened to me before! I would have gone back to tell them to fix it but they’re too far from me. I wouldn’t come back here again simply because a gel top coat should not have chipped the way mine did.

I went for the first time with a girlfriend after brunch. I enjoyed the atmosphere and Jack did an awesome job with my pedicure! Will definitely be back!

The staff is really sweet but this is the SECOND time in less than 2 weeks that my nails have chipped and my white “organic” nexgen powder was promised to not turn yellow...and it sure did! I’m pissed! And I live in dallas so I won’t be back to Houston for a couple more weeks or I would go in to have them fixed!!

Cut the sides of my toenails pretty far in, but the pedicure was very nice! neat paint job, pretty ok massage, and cute atmosphere. I came with my boyfriend and they made us sit apart, so that was kinda weird because were in one party but good experience overall!

Pricing tends to fluctuate. Final pricing usually not as anticipated. Im all for paying for good work, just wish there werent surprises at the end. Pretty manicure.Update: pretty decor; shellac manicure didn’t last. I got them done Friday, it chipped by Wednesday.

I love coming to this location. Always a great experience and they have so many different colors and options for upgraded service. What I am most impressed with is the fact that everything is sterilized and opened right in front of you so you know everything is clean. I usually try whomever is available and so far I have not had a bad experience yet!

Had a manicure by Katy while my girlfriend had her nails done. Best experience I’ve had at a nail salon. The staff were friendly and nice. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

We were really happy with the quality of the services and attention to detail! Everyone is friendly and the decor is great. They were happy to let me sit with my partner, gave me a water, and let me use the massage chairs even though I wasnt getting any services. Thanks yall.

Highway robbery at its finest I was surprised and forced to pay an egregious bill at the end of my visit when I help the nail tech take off my own nails the manager the man was very pushy and rude I will not return please take your business somewhere else it would be appreciated somewhere else because they just want to take your money

I had classic pedicure and manicure a few times there, the simplest ones and it was really great and it perfectly lasts up to 3 weeks. Good service, good atmosphere, few perks like massage chair, massage on your legs and a drink makes the higher price more fair.. highly recommendable!

Pretty good customer service. The bubble thing for pedi was dirty. Asked her to clean and chance the water. She did. But shouldnt that be cleaned after every use? Nails came out basic for acrylic full set with gel. I noticed that a week later I have like give hangnails! The location is very convenient though so may try again.

Lost a bet to my girlfriend and the price was a pedicure!! First time but definitely not my last!! Very happy with the process and results. Staff was very friendly and the place is really nice and clean. Loved it!

Staff did a phenomenal job on my feet. Couldn’t have asked for a better service. My girlfriend was also very satisfied. From the hot stone to the shoulder rub i was very pleased with my service.

Made my fingers bleed from cuticle trim and sanding. The hispanic girl at the front is rude. The dip is good, but they cut my fingers when they were finishing my nails. The cuticles are also all red and hurt so I think theyre infected. I put neosporin on them and theyre better. I liked my dip, but wont be back for safety concerns.Update the cut on my cuticle from buffing was so bad it scabbed over.

HANDS DOWN BEST MANI / PEDI I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE! Best massage. Most friendly technicians. Cleanest and most beautiful full set I’ve ever record. I’ll never go anywhere else. Needless to say I left VERY HAPPY! LOL

Called ahead to make sure they had availability for a shellac mani and deluxe pedicure and they confirmed.I show up and have my services done separately- despite calling to make sure they could accommodate me. Management could care less about the clients they should already be servicing but busier trying to get walk-ins and accommodate them with the staff personnel.Nice space- awful service when calling ahead.Likely won’t be back.

The place is clean and in a convenient location. However, I was not informed of additional charges during my services which is unprofessional. If a service is offered as an option I expect to be informed its an additional x amount of dollars. I ended up spending more than I normally do at this place. I expressed my concern to the young lady at the desk and she didnt express much sympathy. She looked confused as if she didnt know what to tell me. While I appreciated the $5 discount on my next service as a gesture, she was not apologetic. The mani and pedi were not relaxing as I felt I was rushed the minute I walked into the salon. I came in at 6 pm and left the salon at 7:21, their hours show theyre open until 7:30 so I do not understand the rush through services. Since my chair was in an odd place next to a pillar I couldnt adjust it to sit back away from the edge of the tub so my feet were pressed against it. Nor could I recline back because there wasnt any leg room in the tub. The massage setting wouldnt stay on. I didnt want to complain because I love my nail color and thought its okay, of course before finding out my bill was over $100. At the end of my mani/pedi, there was residue from the dip on my hands I was told I could wash off. I expect to leave the salon with my hands in a condition to go to my next destination without worried about the extra product on my fingers. Please inform your customers of additional costs if theyre offering additional services during their mani/pedi!

I give 2 because the first time I came I had a great experience. I was glad because I normally drive 20 mins one way to go do my nails and I do it once a week. This salon was right by my home so it was convenient, clean, and nice! Well I went for 4 weeks straight each week after the first visit I started to get disappointed in the service and quality of work. The girls working in the there have low energy and can be very unfriendly. One is pregnant and you can tell her hormones are not so nice. Everything you ask of her she makes a rude gesture. Also I have so much experience with getting my nails done I know exactly what I like therefore if I’m spending $800 a month in your salon I should get what I want not what you are trying to convince me to get. In the end my last experience was so distasteful that I will never go back nor will I refer anyone to their salon. I guess I will have to just go back to taking my 20 min ride to do my nails with my regular nail salon!!!

My friend and I decided to get a shellac manicure at this place. We were promised that the manicure would last very long at least 2 weeks. Both of our manicures got chipped the day after. My friend had also gotten a painful nail infection because the nail techs probably used unclean tools. The nail technicians were very fast and rough with our cuticles. I called to complain about our experience and ask for a refund. They only offered to redo our manicure and would not give a refund. We are never coming back to this salon.

I got my nails done less than 4 days ago and they feel like theyre on the verge of breaking.. This is a full set! You definitely see the streaks of the nail polish. Plus, the proper way of doing a new full set wasnt executed. My cuticles were not cut either. Overall, it wasnt worth 75$ for me to receive mediocre results. Very disappointed!

Horrible experience!!! I made an appointment a week before my birthday to have french dip in and pedicure. When I arrived there with my friend they told me they had no one to perform french dip for me and when I got upset and frustrated, they were extremely rude. I have no idea why I was treated like that. God forbid I ever go to that place again.

I love how they do my mani/pedi here. What keeps me coming back though is that neck massage.

Venitian nail spa is always good! I aşways ask for Jake for pedicure and he works like a surgeon on in-grown nails. Ms. Lucia did my manicure today, she is such a nice lady doing a great job, too. Prices are very good and reasonable. Highly reccomended.

Ive been searching for a nice place for a while. The customer service is beyond excellent and best of all they serve wine! The atmosphere is so relaxing and everything is either disposable or sterile. The nail technician used a brand new packaged filer and buffer for each customer and I asked how they clean their tools and she told me they used an autoclave! never heard another nail salon do that. Tina and Amy did a great job on my shellac mani and pedi, lasted me for over 2 weeks. The owners were also very nice, they took time to get to know me and took care of my needs. Definitely my new spot and will recommend to my family and friends .

I do not recommended to anyone. Had a mani/pedi done and the very next day my shellac chipped. I had to guide the technician on how to properly do my manicure because she was too new. They did offer to redo my chipped polish, but the very next day more nails chipped.

Absolutley amazing experience, from the time I was greeted by the lovely Ann till the great talks with the nail technicians. Great decor and ambiance. ohhh. and of course my nails done goood... :)
