Nancy is amazing! I’ve had her twice and my nails are so well done and I’m always 100% satisfied with her work. The business itself is also amazing. Great customer service, prices are worth the outcome. Will definitely be a regular customer here.

Today was my 3rd time coming to this nail salon. And I will say each time has been great! Today Kimberly did my refill and I also ended up trying them today for eyebrow wax. Both services received today were great and my nails look fantastic! Will definitely be returning.

On Sunday I needed a pedicure badly and my normal place was closed. Well, Im happy it was becuase I have found my new home for pedis. Lee gave the best massage and was super nice and helped me feel comfortable and at home. I have driven by it it 100000 times going to HEB and I wish I would have stopped in sooner. They are clean, friendly, and reasonably priced.

I usually view getting my nails done as such a chore, as I can never really relax and it’s usually chaotic at most places. This was my first time at this location and I have to say it was by far the very best and relaxing experience I have ever had. We were greeted with such kindness and warmth. We were spoken too with such care and professionalism. Once we were seated to receive our pedicure, it was quiet and private. Every little detail was to ensure you were comfortable. I truly felt I was at a spa. I had the technician Mary, who did a fabulous job from my pedicure to my manicure, as both turned out beautiful. I have never enjoyed myself more at a location. Upon leaving we were just in awe of our experience. This will definitely be my new spot. Such a gem!

Posting this for my wife, but Nancy did the best job for her nails that she has recieved in Houston yet. My wife has been in Houston for only a few years, and thought everything was perfect.

First my daughter and I came as walk ins waited for 1 hr and 30 minutes. Today I come with a appointment scheduled for 9 am and no one can get in because the people with the keys are no where to be found . I call this BAD BUSINESS AND I WONT BE BACK

Absolute waste of my time! I have been to this nail salon a number of times and prior to today things were great! I went into the salon yesterday and made an appointment for today at 4:00 for a refill and shellac color change, I told the lady at the reception desk yesterday that I had to be at work by 5 and asked how long it would take for my desired services, she told me 30 minutes, so I figured an hour prior to the time I needed to be at work would be enough time since I work in the same shopping center, I arrived at 3:50 and said that I had an appointment, the lady that was at the desk today looked at the computer and asked my name, I told her and she asked if I was sure my appointment was for 4 today and I said yes that I had to be at work by 5 so I made the appointment yesterday to come in today at 4 so I could get to work on time. She looked at her watch and said ok, yes, no problem, have a seat and well be right with you now normally they would give me a book with all the Shellac colors to choose from but this time they did not give me the Shellac colors book. Several minutes later I was still waiting, no book and no one was even acknowledging my existence. Now I know because I get my nails done regularly that can take at least 15-20 minutes longer than the estimated time given to do the service (eg if Im told it will only take 30 minutes it will probably be more like 45 minutes) so by the time it was 4:15 and I didnt even see another nail tech setting up a station to get me in that I wasnt going to have enough time so I had no choice but to leave. I have been driving for over 30 minutes on my days off to come to this salon to get my nails done because consider myself to be a loyal client and I have been generally happy with my previous services however after today and how I was treated I wont be back to this location. I felt like I just left home way too early to get to work on time and now I have to find a new nail salon that values not only their clients money but time as well because this place doesnt care at all about your timeEdit to add:Im normally a very laid back patient person & I dont like making negative reviews. I try to be understanding of all situations especially since I work in the same industry, but this was blatant unprofessional and rude. While 15 minutes might seem trivial when out of context, it was the difference between me being able to get my nails done or having to wait until next week. I understand that the world is short-staffed right now and we all need to be patient with the people who do show up to work however I was sorely disappointed with the staff at NOA today.

For the most part I loved this place. I’d been going here for a couple of years until they started hustling me for more tips after I tipped them and I always tip generously. Other than that it’s an ok place as far as cleanliness goes and customer service. I won’t be going back though 😒

Caia did such an amazing job! I had brought in these nail stickers that shortly peeled off my nails after I left and caia redid every single finger and hand painted the design!!! Best nail salon in clear lake hand down!

I hate leaving bad reviews, but this place has gone downhill. Went a couple weeks ago and mani/pedi wasn’t great. Went again today and my mani/pedi is actually quite horrible. Polish is not smooth, they never cleaned under my nails, the ends of my nails are mostly jagged and not straight, not just one, MOST. I pointed out to the girl that the polish was uneven, she blamed the polish and kept on proceeding. The ‘flat’ color also has lines from not being shaken up. Unfortunately, finding a new place from now on

I’ve been going to Nails of America Clear Lake City since this location opened and I haven’t been disappointed at all. The service is great, and the Manager is awesome.

Nancy did an awesome job on my brows. I went in with platinum blond cant see brows came out with these beautys. . Lashes done by her as well. Nails of America is the best.

I am a regular at this location for many different reasons.1. The facilities are clean and very accommodating.2. They have a VAST array of color to choose from including nail polish, shellac, and dipping powder (even chrome).3. The staff is hospitable. Every time I go they remember my name and even talk to me about my boys.4. Anything Ive ever asked for theyve given.5. The prices are reasonable.6. They keep up with the latest trends.If you want a pleasant experience that is relaxing, come here. Ive always enjoyed my times here and wont go anywhere else.

Very clean and organized nail salon. The people are very friendly! They did a great job on my solar nails and my pedicure. However, both my manicure and pedicure felt a bit rushed.

I get excellent service here. Everyone is professional, kind, and courteous. Caia always paints my nails with unique designs. I receive many compliments! With the shellac polish application, my nails last without chipping for 2-3 weeks.

This is my favorite nail salon in Clearlake! Very clean and well organized. They have taken excellent COVID-19 precautions and do a great job of making you feel safe and comfortable. Awesome options and good deals. Beautiful work and relaxing experience! Highly recommend!

I love this place. They always take such good care of me and during this pandemic they have made getting out to pamper yourself even easier with their distancing and Covid practices. Today Nancy was my go to girl and she was absolutely amazing. She gave me the best pedicure since I have been going here and when I decided to change the style of my nails it was no big deal. She did an amazing job from start to finish on all of my services.

They are by far the best nail shop Ive ever been to. Katlyn, Angela, or Wendy are the best to ask for doing hands. Pedicures are great by Wendy, Henry, or Kevin. This is a picture from Halloween.

I don’t recommend getting a wax done here. I got my whole face waxed and there was still sooooo much hair left behind. And on top of it she messed up my eyebrows BAD. It’ll take months to get them back to normal at this point.

I requested a mani-pedi that unfortunately kept the tech Mary a little past 7pm. Nonetheless, she did a wonderful job and didnt rush. Will come again soon.

Very disappointed heard alot of hype then when I left I was in tears, my nails were not smoothe, the edges were not clean and the shellac is terrible out if lines and on my cuticles. Disappointed

I love this place. They used this volcano spa and it was amazing. Connie did my pedicure and she was fantastic. So classy, elegant, and peaceful coming here.

I got a full set just yesterday and when i got home my thumb cracked on its own. I complained the nails were too thick and the lady said it was so they would last and not break🤥.I told her i didnt like them and he said next time. There will not be a next time, because i will never return. I got glue all in my nails, was told by the new salon who fixed it that it was poor quality and that the wrong powder was used. They lie and over charge. I am not one to get my nails done regularly so i had a lot of questions and she lied about about alot of them just to take my money when clearly she didnt know what was doing.

I used to like this place. Close by and open later than other places around. Very accommodating in terms of appointments. But quality isn’t consistent anymore. Nails not always cut straight, bleeding cuticles from time to time. I feel like not all of their people have the same level of training and experience. Just not as dependent as they used to be.

The lady who greets you (I assume shes the owner) is very sweet and helpful. The salon is gorgeous and well ventilated. I was not impressed with my manicure or the polish on my toes but the foot massage was great. I plan to go back to see if another tech can do a better job on my toes.

I can’t say enough great things about this salon. The owner, staff and scenery are all just wonderful. I don’t come in as often as I’d like to being a stay at home mama now but when I do, they are professional, friendly and clean. It’s very lovely and peaceful once you come in. Almost feels more like a spa scenery than your average nail salon. And I’ve been to a lot of salons in the past. They serve refreshments and also are so sweet to your little ones if they ever come along. Very attentive to your needs and it does feel like your comfort is their number one priority. They have a menu style book of all different types of services and tons of options for pedicures. I usually go for the nu-skin pedi but this time I wanted to try the “Milk & Honey” pedicure and it was just as wonderful! Nancy was doing my pedi while Mary was working on dip for my hands. I walked in so embarrassed of my hands and toes probably apologizing 100x but left feeling confident and refreshed. And I’ll say that every time since I’ve been here. I really do recommend this nail salon!

I finally found a great nail salon! I love that they have hundreds of dip colors that have matching toe polishes. The staff is amazing and sweet. They have a lot of different mani and pedi spa selections as well. My favorite is detox. You have to try this place.

My boyfriend and I stopped to get a pedicure here on a weekday, and I absolutely loved this place! I got the charcoal detox pedicure, and he got the citrus pedicure. The girls who did our feet took their time and did a great job. Not to mention they serve you margaritas while you are getting your feet done :) I will be back here again!

Im only giving it 2 Stars because the lady who did the pedicure was awesome! However, I hate when you want to get your nails and toes done they want to do your nails while you are sitting on the chair getting your pedicure. I couldnt even relax how I wanted to. The lady who did my nails was horrible she was an older lady. She didnt even cleaned up my nails or cut them at all. She just did a horrible job. Dont evu let older people do your nails because they never get them done right. The color that I wanted was not the color that she used ugh Im so angry. I wanted a very light almost faint pink but no I have almost like a bubble gum pink. The owner is a nice lady but because of this bad experience I wont be going back.

I highly recommend this place, first experience was great! My technician was Hannah, she did both my manicure and pedicure. She took her time, very gentle with tender spots, and did an amazing job. All the staff were really nice and friendly, and shop was very clean. I will defenetly go back.

Been there twice, first time was okay. No on knew how to do Gel Nails. So they talked me into the dip. Which was fine but more expensive. Nails were fine and pedicure was very good by Tammy. I got every thing done wax,pedicure, dip.Next time was Christmas Eve, I went to relax and pamper myself. The lady that did my pedicure act like she didnt want to do it or didnt know how. There was NO Hot towel wrapped around my legs. So I told her about it and she wrapped the towel around my feet. The I wanted Shellac for my nails not the dip which was more expensive. The guy says are these your real Nails,I said yes. He went on to do the nails but didnt put any powder on ny real nails. The real nail is soft, so it needs a thin coat of powder solution on them. They looked Beautiful but 3 of them cracked within a week. Went back yesterday tgey were closed. Went back today and they were not busy. I had to wait and was on my lunch break. My conclusion is they dont know what they are doing over there. Employees are not experienced.I must add I did get the pedicure Free the second time.

My first time here and as soon as I walked in I had the best service and the Sassoon is gorgeous. Gina did an amazing job on my pedicure and kaitlynn did great with my full set nails. They call you by name and treat you as if youve been coming forever. I will be making this my go to place!

Ive had my nails done for several years now at all kinds of places, but this place is the best of the best. Caia always welcomes you with a smile and treats you like family. I do have my favorite people there like James, Kaytlin, & Angelia, but when they are not there it doesnt matter because Ive never had a bad nail job done there by anyone. They also offer mood changing, cats eye, and even mood changing cats eye polishes.

First off, everyone here is so nice! The atmosphere is very relaxing and they offer all the latest nail trends. What keeps me coming back is the quality of my mani/pedis... I only have to come once a month because my shellac stays on with no chipping. I’ve noticed if I got to other places it will peel off or chip within a week or two, so it goes without saying they are using the best quality products. I love the front desk manager, she is so kind. Glad this place is here!

Sad to say but this was a terrible first time at this location. I experienced burns to my natural nailbed and cut up cuticles from the pressure my nail tech continuously applied while disregarding my complaints.My advice if you try them out:Be specific with the front desk with the nail look you are trying to achieve so they assign you to a tech that is capable.I went in asking for a natural light pink dip and came out with chunky, top-heavy, sloppy waste of money.

I came to do a pedi and a full set. The guy who did my pedicure was very friendly but when it came to get my full set the lady was really rude and was judging that I wanted my nails long, anyways when she was clipping them I told her how long I wanted them after that she was just clipping them really uneven and one hand is longer than the other. I’m pretty upset she didn’t care how it looked.

This place was great. I had Windy doing my toes and Cathy doing my nails. The environment was very nice and clean, lovely spa music. The manager was approachable and spoke very good English. My only complaint was a raw spot on my pinky that was caused from over filing, it wasn’t terrible but definitely stung a bit. I ended up getting ombré dip, almond shaped nails that turned out fantastic and regular polish on my toes. No other issues. I recommend this place :)

They removed my acrylic nails without any soaking. Just pried them off of my natural nail by wedging a fake nail between my nail and the acrylic to the point that it ripped layers of nail off. I only got acrylic nails done for a wedding so I didnt realize this was not okay. I asked her if she was going to soak them first and she said it wasnt necessary. Afterwards, I saw chunks of my nail ripped off and how uneven my nails were. I just figured I could trust a professional so I didnt push the subject. The tech also added acetone to my nail polish that I brought in without asking. Acetone should not be added to polish. Nail polish thinner yes. But not acetone. It will eventually ruin the polish. The color I brought is discontinued so I cant replace it. It was brand new so it wasnt super thick or unusable. If it was, I would have switched colors. The tech also seemed very distracted by the TV while filing and filed my skin around the toe instead of the nail while watching TV. I was wanting to go to a place closer to home but I will travel out of my way to go to my normal place from now on.
