At first they were really friendly. Then 3 years passed & one of them started being rude AF. Raising her voice at me. Then cutting me a lot and blaming me for her mistakes. Mind you I never complained once. I will NEVER come here again. To the ladies that were actually nice to me thank you.

My wife always comes here bc its a fair price and they always make her feel relaxed.

My friend and I went here for the deluxe spa pedicures. I noticed that the foot bath did not have a liner, which makes the cleanliness of the tub questionable. I should have walked away then. The service took about 40 minutes including gel polish application, which usually takes about 60 minutes everywhere else Ive been. These ladies applied the least amount of effort possible. The 2 minute leg massage was a joke, and they tacked on an extra $15 for the gel polish. This place was a disappointment.

A little pricey but worth it, when they are done correctly. A returning customer, I have had come here several times for manicures and pedicures. They employees do a good job with helping me relax and beautify my nails. Definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a good manicure and pedicure.

Ive been going here for a year. If you like painted nails, use Tracy or Brenda. They both do fabulous work. You can check them out of FB. Several of my friends and family have gone and loved them. I find that most people only leave reviews when they are unhappy about something, so take the negative feedback with a grain of salt... This place is clean, the ladies are very nice and they go great work!

Ive been here a few times for brows, shellac mani and pedies. They always do a good job. The staff is always nice, they try to let you relax during your services. And they are reasonably priced for the area. I will continue to go back as long as I live in the area.

Do you know how hard it is to take off these nails 4 weeks later? Coming from someone who could never keep them on longer than a week! I dont know what kind of powder they use but it is the strongest. They did amazing on my nails! The place was clean! The ladies were friendly. I told them I needed to be out by 5 and they had me out by 5. She practically kicked me out (in a good/funny way) lol. The best pedi! I see the reviews from a few years ago below about rude customer service but I can assure you, it is very customer oriented.

This is a nice place to get my nails done I always get powder dip and they usually last a good 2-3 weeks no chipping no breaking everyone is so friendly and efficient to getting you in and out u may have up to 4 ppl working on you they are amazing my only concern would be to stick to a pedi person and one mani person here lately I haven’t been consistent with who I let do my nails and I’ve had issues with nail shaping, and nail thickness usually they do a good job at making the nails look as natural as possible but I think I’ve gone to newer ppl recently next time I’ll go with who I’m use too(:

I love Spring Valley Nail Salon. If you are going to get a Shellac or Solar pink & white, They are the BEST. They has been the only one that has the skill and professional to do it right. Let try !

This place is very manipulative. They charged me $5 to remove my shellac from my nails. They didnt tell me until they started doing it.They change owners every couple years and refuse to honor gift certificates issued by previous owners or if they are more than 6 months old. Waste of money. Do not give this crooked business your money.

The nails looked really good; one problem is that two of them have already fallen off. Two nails in two days, after the first one fell off I started traveling with a bottle of super glue. There is no way these will last a week, much less two. I will never go back to this place, save your money...

So i went here to get my eyebrows done on 2/21/2014 mainly because i was refereed to by a good friend of mine. The ladies there are really nice, however, the particular one that i was appointed was either having a really bad day or something else. since i havent had my eyebrows waxed in a while i was expecting a little pain and obviously inflammation.. everything went smoothly right up until the end. The lady reached over to a shelf and grabbed something which at the time i wasnt too sure what it was. She then began applying it to my eyebrows and it burned sooo bad!!! I let her know, but either she didnt understand me or was pretending to not understand me. Once i stood up i noticed it was hand sanitizer that she had used. Its been well over 24hrs and im feeling pain.

This place is my favorite. I always get their shellac mani and pedi and I love it. The thing I like about the most is that this place is really clean, especially good prices.

I never normally write reviews but I had such a horrible experience here that I felt obliged. I cant imagine why some people have given them five stars. It only makes me speculate that the employees themselves have gotten friends and family to rate it.Spring Valley nail salon is right by my house so I came here. Everything seemed fine until my manicure started. My manicurist used an old towel with the nail clipping and other bodily belongings of the customer before me. i had to ask her to change the towel. She skipped over doing my cuticles and filed my nails in all different directions and shapes. After I asked her if she was going to do my cuticles properly and fix the shape of my nails, she said she would do it at the end. Im not sure HOW it makes sense to file and get the cuticles off at the end when your polish is already on. Besides this she also pulled that my skin (with a nail cutter) and left several of my nail beds bleeding. She quickly tried to cover up the bleeding before I noticed by putting some acetone on it, which i noticed which was painful and stinging. Ouch! We finally get to the end and she gets up to leave, and I ask wait, you said youd fix the shape and the cuticles. At this point, shes pretending like she doesnt understand what Im saying. She starts yelling in another language and calls over two of her colleagues who are now yelling at me in unison IN A DIFFERENT LANGUAGE. I said I wasnt going to pay full price for a service that didnt include anything a normal manicure would. At this, they all started making personal attacks on who I was and how I was a little girl (Im 24) and didnt know anything. I felt so hurt and walked out of their never wanting to go back there again.Keep in mind, during the duration of my manicure another customer who was dissatisfied walked out of there with her daughter - Im not sure of the reason, but she kept saying this is not how you treat customers who come regularly and how they should at least apologize for their mistakes.The worst part, instead of an apology, the employees here yell at you to the point that I thought she might strike me. Thats when I left the place, paying full price for a service that was horrible.The owner was gone (shes in china and very sweet) but this is how the employees are behind her back. I will contact the owner when she returns. The emotional atmosphere of this place, coupled with the sub-civilized attacks and below par service, is ridiculous.Save your money and go to VV Nails, Valentines Nails, or Bora Bora nails, all within one mile of this wretched place.

First time here. Rushed pedicure. I am not sure if my shellac will last. She didn’t allow them to dry as long as other salons I’ve visited.
