I came in with a not so easy request, and they did such a great job! Not only that, I wasn’t sure about the shape, so he showed me before he did it. I also claimed I wanted clear powder, and he helped me and told me what would look better. Needless to say, he knew what I wanted better than I did! Nice staff, helpful, and they do a great job!

10 stars! Arrived 20 minutes before closing and asked if they could do a full set-gel. They graciously said yes. Less than 5 minutes, Le started on my nails. And these nails were calling for an SOS! Le was meticulous on making my nails PERFECT! Very caring and nice person! Very price competitive and was expecting to pay more. Thank you Le and Perfect Nails!

They told me one price and then when it was time to pay they over charged me big time An then tried to lie an said they didn’t tell me the original price. They literally got over on me and then tried to argue with me. They were extremely rude about it. I will NEVER go back and neither will my other 4 sisters that go there. We will bring our business and money somewhere else.

Went in to get my shellac taken off and got a basic clear polish many. The girl who had me did such a good and quick job. I was on a lunch break and my hands just feel so refreshed!

Started coming to this nail salon and I loved it, until this past Friday. The lady who did them did not understand English and didnt even do the right pedicure. She did about 4 layers making them look messy. She painted on my toes more then once. After I explained to the man in the front he just said okay, didnt even apologize. I asked if I could come back and he said yes, but was upset. Didnt even make it cause I was going out of town. If you pay for something even if its 20$ you want it to get done the right way. Looks like I did them myself 😭 she didnt even file them the right shape. He said I shouldve asked for someone, but why would he put someone thats learning to do my nails?? I will be going back, just hope they dont disappointment me again.

LUVED MY EXPERIENCE! I went here for the first time because the place where I normally go was a tad overwhelming. I stopped by here out of the blue just to try them out. Everyone was so nice and the atmosphere was so serene. I must say Na worked a miracle on my feet because they were horrible since I hadn’t been since the covid started. She was very detailed and thorough. I will def be back on a regular. AWESOME JOB NA!!

Opened on time just was little muggy inside. This being Houston no one likes feel sticky and sweaty when getting a great peticure. One lady found a hang nail that I didnt even know I had, didnt hurt when she got it out.

Been to this place on three occasions never had an serious issue but my visit there today was horrible. I needed a pedicure and powder fill. The women who did the pedicure did an awful job. She seemed inexperienced and the other nail techs was her do an horrible job. They wasnt staffed enough for the people they had in there so they didnt care. She couldnt even apply polish on.kept wiping it off. Broke my toenail and try to glue it to fix it. I finally had enough. Told her to stop. They had the nerve to want full price and she barely did her job and I left without them polished. Go to this place at your own risk

I went to this nail shop after I got my nails done by Amy. She was an excellent tech. I did not like the work of anyone else in the shop. Once Amy left, I stopped going. The workers are friendly, however I think speed is valued over quality.

Today I went to perfect nails and spa to get a fill in. The manager was on the phone with a customer as I walked in. He never agreed it me or asked me what I needed. One of the ladies yelled from the back, what you need? I replied back a fill-in. She said nothing else and nobody else said anything. I sat there for seven minutes before I decided to walk out.

Seems they are under new management and the manager Lee is wonderful!! He is so attentive and im VERY PICKY with how I get my nails done. Customer service is usually great, Perfect Nails pretty much lives up to its name. Never been disappointed with how my nails were.They serve drinks as well!

I went to this place for the first time today and I am impressed. Na did my nails she is thorough does not rush and is very sweet. My nails arent too thick but not so thin that they will break either. I went to Leslie Nails on Gessner for the last 2 years and just got fed up with thier attitudes and sub par work. Diligence and polightness goes a long way. This will be my salon from now on!

Ive been going to perfect nails for more than three years now. Maybe five, my memory is shot. Ive had a nail break exactly 4 times...a car door accident, a brand-new nail tech, an incident with a spider that popped the nail ENTIRELY off, and a chip that is my own fault. The colored acrylic powder is da bomb, nails that dont chip the color off?? Im all over that!Im incredibly stupidly sensitive, allergic to latex, and catered to in all of my idiosyncrasies. Theyve got my business till Im not local any longer!

Came in 40 minutes before closing for a regular manicure that would take 20 minutes maximum, One of the girls screamed from inside and said we are not taking any more patients without explanation or even asking what I needed. It does not say that anywhere on their website so I made the drive for nothing.

Use to be my favorite spot. After my experience today I will never return again. My toes still hurt from my pedicure earlier this evening and they were not hurting when I sat in the chair, the guy was rude and rough I even told him that he wasn’t being gentle, he didn’t speak to me or ask how I was or anything. Nothing. Do to Poor customer service they lost a customer today

After learning about the new management, I decided to give this place another shot and absolutely loved it! The manager Le, is very welcoming as well as the other employees there. Getting a nice mani-pedi with free drinks offered by the salon is something that I look forward to. Cant wait!

The only reason Im giving 2 stars instead of one is because the first time I went I had a great experience but the next 2 times after that my nails broke after a week of me getting them done. Both times. And the 3rd time it hadnt even been 24 hours before 2 of my nails popped of. When I went in to get them fixed the owner (Im assuming ) lee, was handling me very roughly pulling and yanking on my arm when I couldnt get any closer to him. Then the nails still broke within a week. I wasnt lifting anything heavy so if youre going to use cheap glue dont have an attitude when I come in to get the nail(s) fixed. I will never spend my money here again.

DO NOT GO THERE! If i could give zero stars i would. Did my nails on monday (shellac) and they started chipping on wednesday. The whole experience was bad...the lady who did my nail (i beleive her name was Na) was unpleasant...i had a cut while she was working on my cuticles and she didn’t even apologise. And today when i went to had my nails fixed they refused to redo the job...saying they would charge me and to top it all off they were shockingly rude, both Na and the manager lee. Will never go back to this place!

I went in to get my eyelashes done today and was told the wait would be 30 minutes because they only have one person that does eyelashes and I was okay with waiting 30 minutes. Well 30 minutes came and went and then I was told I would have to wait an additional 45 minutes which kind of made me a bit concerned about the wait time but I decided to still wait and remain patient. After almost 2 hours of waiting one of the manicurist came up to me and said that I would need to come back tomorrow because the lady who does the eyelashes is leaving. Needless to say I was pissed because I waited over 2 hours and was told to come back tomorrow. I will not be going back to this place and I encourage anyone reading this review to not go to this place unless you want terrible service and unless you have time to waste.

Their customer service was ok, I hated that they didnt have a pricelist. That tells me you dont have set prices because some nails shops charge more for men than they do women when they should charge according to the work that they do even if itextra. Because its said me. Have rougher feet and they work more but there are some women who have ROUGHER feet than us MEN sometime. So shebtold me $22 for a pedicure but she charged me $25, ok no big deal but seeing as though they cut the mess out of my toe it should have been cheaper. I had a friend that had gone with me to get her nails done and they screwed up the French tip, another friend went two days after and had a pedi and got their toe cut. They then offered them a 15min massage upright in the chair and charged 20. We will never go here again its been decided.

I walked into this place at almost 7 pm, I knew it was close to closing. I just wanted to ask a question. I was looking for a nail salon that has the designer tips because the salon that I had been going to had done a crappy job. I asked the lady sitting in the front chair, who happened to be doing someone elses nails, if they did designer nails. She responded Were too busy cant do for you, sorry. So I said Ok.and walked out, but after I walked out, I was furious, she thought I was wanting something to be done right then. So I walked back in and went over to the lay that I had spoken to and held up one nail so she could see that it was a tip that had design on it and said I just came Im here to ask yall if yall had designed nails like these, but since you say yall are too busy, Ill make sure that I never come back in here again. If that would have been any other time they would have been begging someone to get a design on their nails. And after reading other reviews Im glad that they never did my nails!!

Had been going here just to get pedicures for the past year. Today the manager Lee or whomever he is was very rude and disrespectful. I hadnt even been in the facility 5 minutes yet. No longer will go here or refer anyone.

I will start by saying I never post but I think its time I did, I stop going to perfect nails awhile ago due to the rude treatment by Mr. Lee the manager for the nail shop but today I thought I would give it a try and go back to see if anything has changed with his behavior and the answer is NO, all I did was step in the door because I wanted Fiona to do my pedicure and Lee begins yelling hes booked up for the day, he never gave me a chance to say anything, when he was done, I told him, I didnt want him to do anything for me, I wanted Fiona & he yelled shes booked up too, I will never return to that shop as long as Lee is there, he has a serious attitude problem.
