Dont come to this place. They dont know what theyre doing. All I went in was for a clean up and ended up leaving with 1 eyebrow and a half. They only have 1 room for waxing now where they used to have 3. There was even another customer laying on the table and they made me sit on a chair. Imagine 4 people in a restroom sized room. Lets be real here they dont adhere to COVID guidelines either. No social distancing whats so ever. Dont even bother coming to this place. I know I sure as hell wont after that.

DONT USE THIS SHOP, the longer you come the worse the service. First time Van #15 was supposed to do my after the pedicure. I went to her station only to be told someone else would be doing. The nails broke in a week first station in the door.I gave it a try time using another tecg since Van #15 had a client. #16, she was supposed to do a full set chrome, well she tried to act like she forgot I wanted chrome and to someone else would have to do it fir me. I refused and paid for what little service I received. I referred people and sent my mom and aunt, Not Ever Again!! I went and bought the product to do my Own nails. I will Not refer anyone else and tell those I referred to look for better nail care and customers service. Both she and Van giggled like it was a joke. My money and time are a joke andVERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Ms. Jennifer is hands down the best! I will continue to go to her and only her here. She does an excellent job and can replicate any picture you show her. She is so sweet and gives reasonable pricing. I definitely recommend coming here and asking for Jennifer!

My experience was pretty good. For a Saturday, the wait times are decent. I showed Gina what I wanted and she definitely delivered. She even matched the color I chose for my toes. Prices are good. Ill be back.

I have been coming to this salon for a little over two years and it seems as though the longer you come (at least for me) the lower the customer service standards become. I first began requesting Van because I appreciated her attention to detail, over time I noticed her hostility towards me (maybe because I was quite?) so I stopped requesting her and would just go to anyone that was available. (Theres a system in place where they rotate the customers amongst the employees to be fair). I tried to give the other girls a chance but honestly nobody did my nails the way I liked like Van did and so I stopped going and only went when I needed my nails done for special occasions. I havent had a pedicure in a long time and really wanted to give this place another shot. So I took the chance & was not to my surprise disappointed. The women gossip about you right in front of your face. Theres no respect. And if you dare request for anything in a particular way they make you feel uncomfortable. This place is overpriced with mediocre quality. If youre going to charge people extra for a service, at least make sure its done to the customers liking

The building was beautiful & clean. They were quick to get me started, so my nails didn’t take long AT ALL. The lady (Jennifer) that did my nails was fast & did a very great job! If you go there I recommend her.

My nails came out fine but my moms nails were uneven and my cousins nails were too thick. Right from the start my mom said that the lady was being extremely rude like hurried her up and wasn’t clear on what was polish and what was the acrylic colors and she rolled her eyes when my mom asked a question as simple as what the deluxe included. She even hurried me up when I was looking for the colors I couldn’t even enjoy my pedicure the they kept on pushing for shilack even when we said no thank you then my cousin just wanted gel but the lady kept on pushing for her to get acrylic to the point she gave in and the lady mad them Extremely short and thick and then in the end the lady pretty much kicked us out since we did go in the evening and they were closed but my mom was just putting her card away we weren’t like hanging around or anything so that really was irritating I would definitely not recommend going an I will certainly not go

The lady who was sitting in booth 10 on 5/8/21 was so unprofessional I sat here as she told 2 people that she couldnt do something they asked for. One that she should come back when the original lady was here and the second that she couldnt to just do what she is saying. I understand that it was extremely busy especially the day before mothers day but she was out of line. People return because of good work and great customer service and she was neither. Ill never return to this establishment and Ill let everyone know about not coming here.

Looks can be deceiving!!!!These nails looked so good I paid $65 3D/Powder/Long/Diamonds...then got my feet done which equaled $100 now!FAST FORWARD...mind you I was just there less then a week ago...I got my nails redone yesterday at my old shop...why you say? 5-6 nails broke 🤦🏽‍♀️ First hour leaving shop diamonds fell off I called yes you come back tomorrow obviously I didn’t make it back entirely to busy.By time I went to go back in on Fri 5-6 nails had broken starting from day 2.Smh 🤦🏽‍♀️ Then at that pointIt was like they will not help me cuz I didn’t go that day and I just want the nails to stay on not break everything thing you touch one breaks that was a big waste of money I didn’t have to waste at this time and it was my first set since this pandemic like I’m so disappointed.

Rose is the best

It has been a min that Ive been here since the pandemic. I needed a manicure, pedicure & my eyebrows wax for a special event. Long did my pedicure & eyebrows. Rose did my manicure. They did a good job....ThankU!!

The nails sucked and were very lumpy and clunky and had lint? the lady rocked my cuticles and my toes were raw and bleeding and scabbed over. they were also out of the lots of colors 😒

******WARNING****** NEED TO CLEAN MATERIALSIf I could it will be a no star rating I went here sense this place first opened and my last and will be my final ever visit to this nail salon gave me a staphylococcus infection on my toes and i never in my life ever had this I have proof of receipt and pictures i warn if you get a pedicure to bring either your own instruments or make sure they disinfect everything they use . On my initial visit I was sold this was my new nail place! However, on my return visit for my refill, this will be my last visit. My nails look horrible not even shaped correctly; and the prices listed are not the true prices. Per the person sitting behind the desk all prices have be raised by $5.00 (but not listed). My issue is if you have listed prices that should be the price until you able to change YOUR POSTED PRICES! Then the nail tech had the audacity to get upset because I’m inquiring about the prices. On the search for a new nail salons! Oh and hell no I’m not tipping I’m only paying for my services!

Fast service for good price

I recently had a pedicure. I liked it so once I finished walked up to the front to pay with my card. There was two ladies at the front desk looked over at an atm machine. I said Im not using no atm and being charged! First of all you would think when you walked in they would say only cash . Luckily I had cash on me that day but never again!

I went in for a mani-pedi and they sat me down immediately, I was happy with this. It didn’t turn bad until the lady started cutting my cuticles and cut me (she did apologize) but continued to irritate it afterwards by digging her nail to clean the edges of the nail polish.She sprayed alcohol and the nail polish remover on it. Afterwards I got an acrylic nail manicure, I was not pleased. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, she looked very confused about what I was asking for, so I settled for a single color and a short length. It came out VERY uneven, the color was splotchy, she did not clean them up, and burned me with one of her tools, and rushed the very end. I am not happy, I will not be returning.

Love Hannah. Best nail technician. She’s takes her time and does a great job with nails and pedicures. Very attentive and that’s what I love most! Staff is professional and friendly.

It was my first time here after recently moving They do not know how to do dip powder or French tip.my nails are wide and not drilled even, and on my toes she made the lines un even. Both bad experience on the hands and on the feet. Never coming again.

If you calla and ask they give you a price once you there they charge more and say you called the wrong place. When the phone number its from there place.

I spoke with yall last week about my issues. I was there 3 times in one week and when I said I wasnt coming back after over 10 yrs of service....I was told ok no problem. Been going there for years and while it’s very hit and miss depending on who you get. I keep going there because for the most part, a lot of the ladies there do very good jobs and the prices are fairly reasonable (if a bit inconsistent, again depending on who you get).For their service i would give them more stars.However during my last visit, there was very little attention paid to COVID-19 precautions. They have a sign in the door that masks are required. However when customers took off masks and walked around the place w/ no masks there was nothing done about it. There was zero social distancing, and areas of the salon were packed with technicians and customers on every single seat/station ( some of them with their masks off). What I assume was management walked around and ignored them without enforcing the mask policy or asking the customers to put their masks on.So service wise I would give them 4 stars.Safety wise, maybe half of one at the moment.

They don’t let your feet soak long enough so when it’s time to take the dead skin off nothing barely comes off which leaves you with the same feet you went in with then only a week after getting my feet done my polish is peeling and coming up I’ll NEVER make this a last minute choice again I’ll make time and go to Fashio in Pearland where I’m NEVER disappointed

Overall it was a good experience. Kim was nice and didnt really chit chat, which is fine with me. My nails were formed and shaped beautifully, and they arent too thick either. And, I think I paid an average amount for a full set - $43. My only qualm is the separation between the acrylic and my cuticle. Ive only had them for three days and it looks like Ive had them on for ages, which is grating because Ill have to get them filled this weekend.

I love love love this place! The only thing was the one who did my nails was to pushy! She was trying tell me how to do my nails and when I was like no she smack her lips!

The pedicure was amazing Long took care of my ingrown nails and she didn’t even make me bleed.. it was such a relief she also gave me a foot and leg massage it was great btw.

I had the worst experience at this place. A young man did my toes asked for shellac. Not only did he do the most terrible job. When I told him that I didn’t like it he just kind of shrugged and called the manager over. Of course I paid, and I still tipped 5 dollars because I understand that maybe he was having a bad day or something. However I was completely unprofessional and I do not suggest anyone getting services here. They are unaccommodating. I will never attend here again.

This place is horrible i would prefer julian nails is way more affordable and they do a better job, a lady there wanted to charge me $70 just for one color with a medium length. I would always come here but it looks like they have stop caring about customers and decided to pay more attention to the money.

The lady that did my nails was very sweet and friendly, but I asked her for a certain nails and she ended up doing something else that glow in the dark and it was my first time getting nails so I didnt know what to say nor if she was doing a good job. But I have mix feelings about this place and the total came out to be $42. Also my nails glow in the dark but it has been like 3-4 hours and theres barely any glowing anymore.

I absolutely love this place. Their customer service is unbeatable. The staff is always friendly and go above and beyond to serve you while you are there. I am always satisfied with the services provided. Definitely recommend this place. My family comes here regularly and will continue to come here.

I’ve never had a problem with them about my nails. They do some amazing pedicures! Their shellac on my feet lasts about two months.

Do not go here! My feet were so tender after I got a pedicure and a day later the skin on my feet started to look dry. I knew something wasnt right. I went to the doctor and they told me I had athletes foot. Ive never had it a day in my life and didnt have it until I went here. I read another comment from someone else who said they got a foot infection after coming here too.

The customer service here is GREAT ! Go here & ask for Mona. She does my nails exactly how I like them and I am very particular. She listens to her customers and pays attention to every detail. She is very neat and she takes her time. She makes sure that you are extremely satisfied with your nails before leaving. She is GREAT :)

In and out quickly! Came for a pedicure and the nail tech took great care of me as my toes tend to get ingrown toenails. Made sure to ask if I was ok the whole time he was cutting my nails to see if I was in pain. Very impressed. Definitely coming back to see him!

I WAS a Loyal customer with GINA. She did decent work and at first when meeting her she was nice. Over time she begin to have a Ugly attitude with me and treated me poorly. But I always made a excuse for her thinking she probably had a hard day. Until I noticed she would be extremely nice to other customers that were waiting their turn after me. You can call that Fake! When I began going there my nails would always Lift and break off within a Week. Never had that happen before. I started complaing to the manager an it got Ginas attention for her to make sure they didnt lift anymore after that.One Friday My husband dropped me off so he could run errands while I got my nails done. I tried to call to make a appointment, but the lady said they stopped taking appointments due to it being busy but for me to still come. The Manager Henry seated me with Different lady since Gina was booked Three people back to back. Trusting the Manager and the Nail tech I tried another Nail Tech. She sat on the right against the wall by the Sinks. People say never switch nail techs, BUT you would think if they are sitting behind a Desk there they should at least know how to glue on Tips Straight. This Nail tech From the start made three of my tips Crockett. So she had to take off and re due. After finishing my nails I realized my ring finger and pinky finger nail was CROCKETT. Henry told me to come back the next day due to closing time. I come back, Mind that I live 25min away. But since I only go twice a month its okay. In one week I ended up coming back FOUR TIMES! Because my nails kept falling off. Gina gave me attitude and tried to blame me for going to another lady there. Yet I Had NO choice but too. And it wasnt my fault the lady didnt know how to do her job right. I told Gina Not to give me attitude because while I was talking to her she kept looking away and rolling her eyes at me. So I told her to cut her sh** because I was a loyal customer. Henry ended up giving me a Refund after my Fourth Visit in one week. But he Told me I couldnt Go there anymore because no one will want to work on my nails. Im glad he as a manager Turned away a Loyal Customer, because now I found a Amazing nail spot in Pearland. Ginas work is Crap compared too this New Nail Spa I go too. Ugly attitude that Lady had the nerve to give me. It was all a blessing in the making to lead me to a better place. Gina only worked on nails for Two years. Now Im in the hands of a Real Pro, someone whos been doing this for 15Years. You can Definitely tell the difference in the work and the Attitude environment. Everyone including the manger at my New nail spa treats me like Family! I can now see the difference on how my nails last longer and stronger with no lifting or breaking with my new nail place. Always saw this place when I used to live in Southeast area but never came until two weeks ago.(Acrylic) Nails lasted me almost two weeks.The shine wore off almost a week later. Customer service was outstanding! Was seated immediately. It was slow that day.Got my nails and eyebrows done.Drove an hour from Cleveland Tx to Gulfgate mall to get my nails done.***Update: my acrylic nails came off but so did my natural nails. It has never happened where my natural nail comes off with the acrylic nail.***

He takes care of my real nail bed ensuring that they remain strong. He takes his time and uses creative styles adapted to my personality! I am never disappointed! The customer service is good! I have been coming to this place for 5 years and have always enjoyed it but today I got a pedicure and the lady who did my pedicure would not stop chit chatting and laughing with the other employee next to her. This should be a place where people come to relax and instead I just felt uncomfortable. Management really needs to talk to their employees, the lady barely massaged my legs and feet and I paid $50 for a mediocre pedicure 🙁

Nice people, it was my first time trying this place and not bad. They explained the pricing to me and the nail lady( cant remember her name) did a good job. Even though I paid $65 for pedicure and full set, kinda pricey and didnt expect to come out that much but nails looks good. They offer a lot of services like eyebrows and spa.

The shine on my nails came off in 4 days. I went back and they added another coat of clear and charge me 10 dollars OK fine right! But then the clear coat started peeling off. So for my experience HELL NAH!!!

My nail tech Lucy did a very bad job my nail fell 1 days after having them done and another one 1 week after getting them done. They still charged me to get my nail fixed :( maybe it was just her, i wish i would of gotten one from the many good reviews that are on here. Ill go back again and see if it was just the tech and maybe update my review. Time is pretty fast tho and friendly but wish my nails lasted a lot more like they always do at other places.

The owner of this business Henry, has an amazing staff. They are well staff so there is really no wait if any at all. They are very genuine friendly people who treat there customers with respect and make each feel comfortable. I was so amaze with the service they provided. Linda, is the young lady who did my service today and our was marvelous from entry to exit. I have had service done by her sister Jennifer, also. They both are very respectful and listen to what you say to have a great understanding of what it is you ate wanting. The whole staff are compassionate.
