Very Unprofessional when it comes to their clients. They will have you waiting for hours to get any type of service done. On top of that they’re service has gone down hill. I would always go in to see Mai she does great Acrylic nails but to see her can take up to 2+ hours. The owner there is very rude and will skip you even if you’ve been there first before other people waiting. They’re so understaffed there’s always a LONG wait. I wouldn’t recommend it’s a waist of time. Look somewhere else.

I have only gotten one pedicure at another place and I wasn’t really expecting much because of the other place in rice village that I went to. Let me tell you, I honestly don’t know what the reviews giving them one star are about. I came in and they sat me down in the chair right away and had a very nice lady work on my pedicure. She didn’t speak much but she did an awesome job. I got the $35 pedicure and it was GREAT. I loved the wax that they put on you. My feet are super soft, look good, and are ready for my beach vacation in Mexico!!

The first time I went the service was okay, the second time I went was when I finally realized this is not the right place. I went to go get my nails taken off and I figured they would use acetone like other nails salon would do but I thought wrong. She used another plastic nail to rip my acrylic nails off, cutting deep into my skin making me bleed. After cutting me she continued to rip the rest of my nails off not caring that she drew blood. This was the worst pain I have experience, I would never recommend or go to that place EVER AGAIN!!

Horrible service! Yeah, just go ahead and skip me and attend everyone else (walk ins) even though I got there first several minutes before. Ridiculous. Staff is not friendly with the exception of one person. Nails don’t last long. They charge extra for every little thing. Would not recommend.

Went to get my nails done and in one week they were lifting already and two fell off, went back to get nails replaced the lady seemed like she didn’t even want to do them mind you it was the same lady that did them in the first place she did an absolute horrible job replacing them. I will never come here again and I told them that I will not be coming back it’s poor quality and they should take pride in what they do if not get another job..

Friendly staff.. Just not what I expected! I got a full set and asked before she even started how much it was she said $35. She started doing my nails and asked what shape I wanted then and told her coffin she said it was fine but when she was done she said it would be $45! She added $10 more just for the shape! 😒It was my first time here. And my last! I’ve paid way less for the results I got with this place! No to mention that she hurt me more than 2 times and made me bleed! 😡

New place. A little high for my taste. They kinda dont have solidity. Its new. Theyre obviously still being established. You cant get a leg massage unless you at least spend 30. And then its not even long enough. I went there for convenience but would rather go somewhere else

Please do not! Go to this place. Im visiting Houston for business and Im telling you not to go here. This is a warning. The person assisting me was rude. And on top of that she does not know how to do acrylics good. At all!. I would take alm the bad things about this place of she did nails well. When I say this person was rude...she was rolling her eyes and looking me up and down..rude. leaving flashes of acrylic on my skin!

Horrible place I had an appointment and they didn’t help me till 30 minutes after my appointment then the girl that did My pedicure did a horrible job On my nail polish. After that they were trying to let someone that got there after me skip me to do my nails after I finished doing my toes and till I complained they had me sit a few minutes and then they finally took care of me but the lady was rushing the whole time and look like she was upset that I had complained and after all that she charge me $80 for my nails and toes which seems really overpriced for the poor work they did. All my nails were all lumpy and uneven. I also had a few cuts on the side of my fingers and she didn’t even go around the top edges of my nails . I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE

I went there yesterday with my daughter n granddaughter n they took almost 2 hours to do their nails. I told 2 guys there that I wanted my eyebrows done n not 1 single person did it for me. And my daughter wanted a blue color for her nails n received a pink color instead SMH. They dont even deserve a star.

I really love the inside of this place very nice and new. Manicure and pedicures very affordable and last a long time. The only one thing that bothered me one of the ladies that was giving me a pedicure was rushing and handling the pedicure very rough and hurting me . Never had that happen before but just gonna choose a different person next time. Other than that this place is great!

I went in yesterday for a manicure and refill. The tech was about 80 years old and could barely even see what she was doing! Am I the only one who didnt know that a manicure consists of trimming the cuticles? I left with bloody cuticles and theyre still sore this morning! I will not be returning here for sure

They are friendly staff but..... they dont really do a good job... I came for a regular pedicure nothing special and received a real bad job. And they take forever. Ive been sitting on this chair for the past 2 hours and this man is still trying to polish my nails.... I gave this place a second chance since I live minutes away and was disappointed again...

A lady who works there did my sister’s eyebrows and completely messed them up. When my sister pointed it out, this lady caught an attitude. Worst customer service.

Got my third nail dip today... the lady totally ruined it....and I ASKED IF SHE KBEW WHAT SHE WAS DOUNG!!!!! CLEARLY NOT!!! Manager offered no compensation just a weak apology. My pedicure was fine but my nails are screwed up for the next month.

Recently went to get a pedicure and full set . I guess hes the owner that sits at the desk . I came in from a softball tournament and only had $60 on me . When I arrived I asked the price for my full set ($35) and since I choose coffin shaped he added $5 more ($40) and pedi was $20 so I was like ok cool I have enough for both services. When Im leaving getting ready to pay up front he tells me its gonna be $65 because we had to remove the polish off your fingernails (he charged me $5 more just to remove my polish yall ) I had a fit with him because he never mentioned anything about charging me extra for removing my polish ... this place is ridiculous charging extra for something they are suppose to do in the first place .

Never again am I coming here, a week later my feet are peeling and I have an infection on my toe from where that lady cut me . They asked me if I wanted water but I never got it . I got the $35 pedicure and it was not worth it at all I should have got the cheapest plan they have for the job they give !

They did the worse job ever on my toes and nails!!!!! Charged me soo much to do my feet and didnt even do what there supposed to do, she cut my toe nails uneven, my finger nails were too thin & she rushed me. The one lady even put a white lady first, I didnt feel she wanted to pay attention to me because I was Mexican. All and all dont GO HERE THEY ARE NOT WORTH IT !

I went with my daughter to get a pedicure. They started on my daughter about 15 mins before they started on me. My daughter is 8 years old.All they do is soak her feet takeThe polish off and paint her nails. Which is fine since she is 8. I in the other hand got the $35 one and they finished with me first before her. I also got a manicure she painted my nails I told her I didn’t like the color and she still continue. I wanted the same color as my toes but she either didn’t care what I was saying or completely ignored me. Keep in mind I got a mani and pedi and my daughter is still getting worked on. To top it off they did a horrible job on her toes. It was the man who answers phones who painted her toes. Smh... I don’t recommend this place at all. Either I went at the wrong time or maybe it’s always like that. But I came home unsatisfied. Never again.

Was looking for somewhere cheap w/ okay reviews. I got an acrylic full set, plain n simple nothing extra. I thought Id b paying around 25$ -35$ max but when I asked the tech she said 40$. Oof.(doesnt seem like much, but Im already a baller on a budget) I pay, bcuz were all trying to make this bread out here, I was a bit unsatisfied w/ the final look then, week later my left thumb nail yeeted right off. Lol Ill just go back to my usual salon. 😅💦

My 18 year old daughter got her refill Saturday and by Monday three nails have broken. I went in today and they refused to fix them. I was appalled. She got a full set two weeks prior at this shop so after the refill she should not have three broken. They lost a loyal customer over three nails.

I came in to get my eyebrows waxed it was horrible the lady pushed me back onto the chair she applied the glue very hot mind you I gotten my eyebrows waxed before I know the glue goes on hot but this was too much, and she got glue on my hair and then she did the finishing touches she kept poking me with the tweezers, it was just over all horrible the lady was not friendly at all, I will not be going back I rather go to my regular place which is father but definitely worth the drive.
