I walked in for a full set and take down. I asked the young lady for the wait time she quoted me 5 minutes . After 15 minutes I was still waiting on a nail tech. So, she asked me to sit in the first seat. The seat was dirty I had to sterilize it myself. Then she spent 3 minutes shaving off the polish and started on some one else. She later informed me that if the wait is to long I could leave. So, I politely wished her a blessed day and left. LADIES PLEASE SPEND YOUR MONEY WHERE YOUR TIME IS VALUED AND RESPECTED.

Place is close to home and affordable. Sally is the best tech there but you are unable to make an appointment with her which is understandable as they stay busy. HOWEVER, I decided yesterday that I will NOT be returning to this location. The two women managing the front always look like they have an attitude and they can be very rude, like if they are doing you the favor and dont need your business. For the price and the quality of the work I would much rather go to a place where they are more welcoming and have better customer service! So I left and went down the street!

This was a amazing establishment. They kept safe with the pandemic. They are nice employees and its very tidy in here. Depending on what you get you get a complimentary beverage. To add there prices are very cheap. Lastly they have a wide arrangement of colors to choose from so you can stay looking chic. Love this place will come again.

Love the atmosphere and how they are taking extra measures during the pandemic. Having clients wash hands and temp checks. The manager is very stern but means well I think. I love her. I recently went to get my nails and pedi. 2 days later I went back and have my nails re done because my shellac chipped. Days later it kept chipping. I called and the manager said she would take care of me. And she did. 3 days later no chips. Nails are still fresh looking. I will be back.

I’ve always had great service here. I never have to request specific technician because they all deliver the best service! I just show them a photo or explain the style I want and they deliver! Great customer service and hospitality.

Both my manicurist Ann, and the other lady who did my pedicure. Wonderful experience and it was quiet and tranquil. Those are my real nails with just polish. No shellac.

I’ve been coming here for about 3 years now today I was completely disappointed and shocked I’ll let the picture speak I went in today and this how I walked out after communicating to the lady who was doing my nails on how and what questions about how my nails looked and etc this was my first time seeing her at the establishment (may not be new) but my first encounter with her since I’ve been coming to get my nails and toes done. I absolutely never had a issue with them before but this is unacceptable! My nails always come out wonderful! The foot massages are so good I could come everyday!! They serve white and red wine that set a super spa feel!!

Nail tech was very pleasant but should have applied additional coat of paint of polish on my toes.

We spent quite a sum of money here and twice I arrived at 6:00 to have them tell me theyre closed which they close at 7:00.The manager was non chalant and didnt careNever again will I recommend them.Also they accused a young girl of not paying which she was in tears. Only to find out one of the workers had the 50.00 in her pocketDid they look confused 😕. Barely an apology 😳

My first experience here was 5/10, I went in for the weekday special and it took too long for my liking. Granted it was busy, which is great for them! But the organization from the manager was lacking. They had appointments that walked out on them because they didnt have anyone available to take them and made them wait like walkins! Over all the pedicure was okay nothing special, although the lady did hurt my toe when trying to cut an ingrown. Other salons Ive been to take it out and I dont even feel anything. But for the price I guess I couldnt ask for more.

DO NOT GO HERE !!!! I read all the reviews before coming to this place and literally told myself “they have terrible reviews but ima give it a try anyway” .... I got a pedi and the women burnt my toe with one of the chemicals for a callus.... when I told the manager she told me to put olive oil on it and it would get better... I asked her to give me a discount she tried to give me 2-3 dollars off a $15 pedicure .. I was like no because I didn’t come in with my toe like this ... she got mad and basically told me to leave... this was months ago but my toe is still scared !!!

My first time going was 8-11-2020. I will probably not go back. The shop is very clean and organized but my nail tech was on her headset talking on the phone most of the time. She spoke very very soft, couldn’t understand her. My polish on my solar nails very thick and my nail shapes are very inconsistent. And then I made the worst mistake I asked to get my brows waxed. I do t know the lady’s name but she screwed my eyebrows up. I left with two different shapes eyebrows. She had the audacity to ask if I like? Hell no I didn’t like but what can she do, put the brows back? And the price was a little steep compared to what I’m used to. Would I go back? Hell no. I should have gone to Walmart.

The techs do not speak English and it is very difficult to communicate with them. I was not satisfied with either the nails, pedi, or brows. The shape of my brows was ok but my eyes are all broken out under and over the brow. This happens every time I have allowed them to do my brows. After covid-19 I thought they would be more cautious. They dip a different stick in the same wax for everybody. Not sanitary. Not going back.

I had a pedicure done 3 days ago and it looks like I need a new pedicure, plus I paid extra for a design and the lady smudged the design at the end with the finishing coat and didnt bother to say anything or try to fix it. On top of that I had a full set done and same thing I look like im ready for a new set...wasted my money and time...I dnt recommend this place at all

My mother and I are regulars here. We go to sally! She is amazing, she does FLAWLESS pedicures and actually massages you and gets in there. Ask for Sally if you want a quality pedicure/manicure. Ive been many places and she is the absolute best.

I LOVE my nail tech Julie! Shes the best! She gives the best pedicures. She listens to what I want and does it. I get a complete spa experience here. Its really clean, has lots of polishes to choose from and they offer lots of services. When I walk in Im offered a beverage of my choice and immediate attention.

Had some free time with my daughter so we stopped by this morning for pedicures, it was a great experience we had the best customer service, it was quiet and relaxing the staff was very friendly and they did an excellent job on our pedicures and my daughters manicure. We will definitely be returning. I would also like to add that the tools they used all came from packages, the entire place actually was very clean but the pedi stations were also very clean and well taken care of.

Just recently visited this nail salon on 7/28/2020. I got a full set and pedicure. I am not satisfied. My nails look like I had them for weeks already. I paid $75 to be unpleased.

I come here regularly now after they have done a beautiful job on my nails several times I decided to bring my mom with me and she said she had a lovely experience the prices are normal and they have very broad amount of colors to choose from and everything is nice and neat very clean stations thank you everyone for your hard work I appreciate it very much

They only want help and be polite to whom they choose to. My nails were not shaped the same and they were too bulky. I paid for a deluxe spa pedicure and it was far from it. Then she didnt want to finish rubbing in the lotion. When I asked her to do so she huffed. I will not be giving them my services anymore. I dont recommend this place and this wasnt my first time going there but it will be my last.

Called earlier today, shop said they closed at 7:00. Arrived at 6:30. Door was locked and customers inside. Lady sitting at the front station motioned that they were closed. Wouldnt even answer the phone when I tried to call. Bad business. Ive seen this happen many times, but never thought I would experience it. I WAS a loyal customer.

For at least 2 months I have returned to Adagios requesting the same nail tech. Her name is Jennifer. Shes prompt. She makes sure that you are satisfied with your nails before you leave. The prices are very reasonable when you go Mon-Wed. Its clean and has an abundant amount of room to maneuver.

Prices depend on who in charge. If you want to pay money for horrible quality this is the place to go. Please do not let the decor fool you. They double dip their wax and that’s unsafe waxing eyebrows all day. They should just take the sign down because they do NOT honor it.

I really liked this place. The one that did my Deluxe Pedi was just wonderful. Her name was Mary. She was so nice and patient. They give you complimentary drinks. Yes, even wine. And the one that did my mani was really good. I didnt ask for her name. I will be coming back soon.

This is my go-to nail salon because its near my residence. However, I very firmly request only 2 techs at this location because of their technique, consistency, and attention-to-detail when it comes to the expertise of design on my nails and toes; I request for SALLY always for pedicures and MIKE for manicures.

If you want generic nails this is the place to come.. I specifically ask the lady at the desk if anyone knew how to do a breast cancer ribbon and she said - quite a few times. Well, needless to say the lady did about 17 different ribbons and None Of them were sufficient. . Not even to wear in the dark. I was soooo disappointed. I would have gone elsewhere. But, Ive noticed they are all about money and definitely not about the service!!The Cuban lady that does pedicures .. now shes amazing! I really like her..

This is my 2nd time coming here. 1st time was great.. Nails were good also.. But 6 days ago i gotten my nails done again.. N today july 28th marked the 6th day and my nails are lifting already.. Not cool at all. Will be calling or going up there tomorrow morning when they open..

DO NOT get the guy that sits near the wall next to the pedicure chairs to do your nails. Hes the one with glasses and kinda stocky build; he cannot do nails!!!!! He will file your cuticles to DEATH, mine were bleeding and he used the drill too much on my nail beds. Hes faking that he knows nails but he does not. Bad experience with him.Pedicures are GREAT, ask for Hannah.

This is the worst nail shop I have EVER been to hands down. Me and two of my best friends went here for their pedicure special that is being advertised infront of the shop in big bold bright letters. None of us had ever been here before so as soon as we entered I asked if they were still running the $15 special. We were told yes. Another tech came from the back of the shop and asked what we needed. I told her 3 pedicures. Fast forward past the other minor bs, its now time to pay and Im told the bill is $53. Im confused because I was told the pedicures were $15 NOT $25. Once I questioned the price and informed the cashier what I was told all of the employees erupted into a loud, unprofessional, and probably disrespectful banter in their language. I didnt argue the lady down, my card had already been swiped. From the looks of the other multiple negative reviews this is what they are actually good at instead of nails. None of us will ever go back. I WISH I would have read the reviews before hand. The job that was done wasnt even worth the trouble or even $5 let alone $53. Never been to a more deceitful nickel and dime shop.

I really like this salon very clean and they do a quality job. The ladies are very nice and they have drinks if youre thirsty. They are kind of pricey but you pay for what you get. They do a very nice job.

I walked into Adagios nail today, and received horrible service. My nail tech was very unprofessional at the time of service. I was not greeted, asked if I wanted something to drink, and nor was I treated with respect. I feel like if Im spending my money at your establishment your customer service should be great!! I intended on getting full set with Shellac, pedicure, and eyebrows done, but missed out due to the lack of customer service.

Usually pretty busy and not a lot of space for customers to sit who are waiting. But theyre kind, offer you wine or water no matter what kind of pedicure you get.

If I could give no stars, I would. My sister asked the price for a pedicure for children prior to us being waited on and she was told $15. After being seen we were told the price is $20 for 11 yrs and over so I had to pay the $20. Didnt know a 13 year old is an adult!! However, my daughters feet looked great but polish was left on my toes. My finger nails could have been shaped better but Ill fix them myself since they are my natural nails but that doesnt excuse the sloppy work. They are now transparent for some reason and look creepy. I could have done the same mani/pedi on myself and kept my $52. The ladies doing my daughter and my toes were whispering, laughing and saying shh to each other the entire time, very unprofessional. What a waste of time and money, such a shame. We have been here before and had better service and I paid $15 for my daughter at that time. Dont go here, there are better places out there that actually care about their customers and their own reputation. I should not have ignored the previous customer reviews, good luck, still smdh....

Dont waste your time! I went here today and showed the nail tech the EXACT picture of the nails I wanted. Not only did she have to take them off and do them over, she STILL did them wrong! Another lady came over to help her and did a rush job that still was unsatisfactory. The pedicure was the bare minimum although I paid extra, and I had to tell the lady who did it to clean the polish off of the sides of my toes! After all this the lady taking payments witnessed all issues and was the one who fixed my nail issue...do you think their was any kind words for my inconveniences? NOPE! Only good thing about this place was the free glass of wine, I will definitely not be returning and probably shake my head any time I drive by!

The staff was very disrespectful, they lead me around the shop by the arm. The nail tech that did my nails got upset because I asked her not to make my nails so thick. The nail tech was pinching my hand while she was doing my nails, then she started yelling at me when I asked her to round my nails. When I went to wash my hands, I picked up a brush that had something like green mold on it. So needless to say, I didnt use the brushes to clean my nails and I will never go there again because the service was so horrible.

THIS PLACE SUCKS! No one knows what they are doing. I went in for (2) nail art design changes, the woman changed the shaped entirely on one nail another had to create a mold acrylic new nail, and they still couldnt give me a design. Terrible!

This place is the WORST! All my mother and I wanted was a pedicure with french tip nails. 1st off the worker next to me was rudely laughing at the lady she was servicing making fun of her with another worker, 2nd off my nail tech could not do french tip to save her life! So i had another worker fix it for me and she was just as terrible!!! I finally got another worker to fix them and at that it was still a very very bad job, the white tip was WAY TOO THICK and she didnt even add pink polish to the nail bed and only put one clear coat on top... By this point I was just over it and wanted to leave, NOT TO MENTION IT TOOK THEM WELL OVER AN HOUR & A HALF TO PAINT MY NAILS AFTER ALL THE MISTAKES. My mothers nail tech didnt remove any of her dead skin around her nails and didnt even massage her. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER COME HERE, YOU MIGHT AS WELL JUST DO IT YOURSELF!!!!

They sit there and talk about you in their language and laugh in your face like you dont realize theyre talking about you.My daughters and I went here for the first time and everyone was pleasant and seemingly nice. I went back a few weeks later by myself and had a totally different experience. This time I got a full set and a polish change on my toes. The young woman that did my nails said maybe three things to me which were basically pick a color, do you want squared tips or round and wash your hands. That was pretty much it. She hummed to herself the rest of the time. I could tell a few minutes into it that she was inexperienced because she was struggling to put the powder on at first, then when she finished she left clumps of dried acrylic under my nails. She made my nails way thicker than I like them, but I still gave her the benefit-of-doubt and just made myself a mental note to pick a different tech next time. So next I go sit in the chair to get my toenails polished and she starts talking to some other tech that was just sitting around waiting on a client. Now I remind you that she still hasnt said more than a couple of things to me, but she finds aaaaall this conversation for her coworker. The last time I checked her coworker isnt the one giving her a tip. So anywho, they both start laughing and cutting up so much that the other clients were starting to stare and look over at us. Another tech stopped and looked at me with such a shocked look on her face which confirmed my suspicions that these bats were talking about me. If I had ugly feet or corns and bunions then at least I could say I knew what they were laughing about, but I had just had a pedicure a few weeks ago. I just wanted a color change. So I go to the counter to pay and I report the incident to the owners behind the desk. The lady just says Oooh oookay...yes...thank you for letting me know. in a dismissive manner which only angered me to the point to where instead of coming back and getting a different tech I decide I wont be coming back AT ALL. If youre going to treat me like you dont need my money then guess what...you wont get it!

WORST EXPIRIENCE EVER ! If I could rate lower than 1 star I would totally do that. I asked her a price of a design that I want it, the lady that did my nails couldnt do it right . Then I told her how short well she kept filing them making them super short !! The stones I ask for felt as soon as I left the salon I came back and ask them to another design She said she couldnt change the color !! Then I told her if she could please take them off because they hurt it she said she couldnt .. HORRIBLE just horrible ! Good customer service is extremely important to me and I did not feel like I received it here at all. The complimentary drink was not offered to me at all. I went for a refill/pedi/and brow. They were rushing so she totally ignored my request for my brows being done. I chose the higher end pedicure. The lady was rushing so much she forgot my stone massage etc, and I had to remind her. My refill was so rushed it looks horrible. The lady was more concerned about me signing my receipt and adding a tip than she was allowing me to put my shoes on before she painted my nails. She said when your nails dry you can do whatever you want so I said ok. But then she told me please sign the reciept. I thought I could do whatever I want once my nails were dry? Ugh. Im never ever coming back here. Save your time and money.

These reviews don’t surprise me at all!!! My friends and I wanted to try a new local place. They got there before me and right upon entering they asked about the $15 deal they saw on the banner while driving by, the lady told them yes it’s 15, so they walked towards the back. they texted me to confirm to meet them there. When I walked in, I wasn’t really greeted. After a while a lady asked me what would I like. I told her a pedicure and nail polish change on my hands, she directs me towards the back, I go pick a color and went to sit down where the lady directed me. My tech didn’t speak much to me at all. I was offered water, wine or beverage and got a water bottle. I did ask for paraffin but only because I thought it’d only be like $5 over the $15 deal. The lady was kinda rough. When she was pushing the cuticles back it hurt a little. She dropped and broke the nail polish bottle (which I understand, accidents happen) but there was lil to no polish in there already so she decided to go choose another color to do my nail polish change on my hands in & they are NOT the same color. When she was taking my nail polish on my hands off I asked her how much the nail polish change was going to be and she said $7. I told her THREE TIMES I didn’t want it anymore and SHE COMPLETELY IGNORES ME AND CONTINUES. Who else could I possibly be talking to? Casper ?!? Pedi looks ok but my hands could have been done by my 10 year old cousin. Nail polish is everywhere on the edges and she didn’t clean it up and there’s a glob on two of my nails. When we went to pay and told our prices we were confused because it was way more. They decided now was the time to tell us it was only for certain days & the banner says that as well. True, we didn’t read the banner right but when my friends specially asked about it when they came in why did the lady so confidently say yes??!? They should honor it then. I was calm until it became an issue and they started laughing and talking in their language. Well never come back and make sure no one we know ever goes there as well! I literally just threw money away.Btw if you’re looking for a place where you can get good customer service and good work try artisan nail salon. It’s my go too. Prices are lower there too.

Visiting from New York and came in for Mani and Pedi on a friday. Ask about price. They couldnt come to a price, then said $32. Time to pay the price was $44 for pedi and $15 for mani. They total lost out on a big tip.

I REALLY like this place when it first open. .. now the service is horrible!!! Never was posted the normal amenities (winw, soda, or water) then the cc machine wasnt working and they did not mention it until after she started working on my nails. They have no Atm so my husband had to go find a bank. Ive had my nails for three days and the powder was not done correctly. When I went to tell Alex she came up with an excuse and said thats normal. I will not be back here every again. Also they never answer the phone Im not sure why they have one.

Stopped by 3/21/19 for brow wax. 30 minutes after I’d left, noticed my eyelids under brow area were still red and stinging a bit. Later that evening my brow area was burning with noticeable burn marks below each brow. AVOID WAX SERVICES AT THIS SHOP! I don’t know what the hell was in their wax, but it caused nasty burns.

I would go regularly BUT stopped because my shellac was only lasting a week!! The lady that did my nails filed my naiis too much making then super weak and didnt paint my nails correctly she did a horrible job. Of course there are no refunds because they dont belive on customer service. NOT GOING BACK
