Loved this place! For starters my nails look amazing and he took the time to level my nails and fill in my ridges so everything looked nice and even! The place was clean the tools looked nice and clean too! The atmosphere was really cute and inviting. Pro tip try their massages they’re super cheap and completely life changing!!!

I like what they do, I used to go every 3 weeks and I like that they different variety of colors that can’t be found in other spas, specially the one that change with temperature.But last week they didn’t do good job!! My nails already start broken and I the gelish color, which suppose to keep them safe!! The color already started falling out.I’m surprised bcoz that should be a better job after all 2 months of closing due COVID-19!!

I went to this shop recently. I loved it. The woman who did my nails took her time with me. She even clipped my cuticle. When my nails were done she asked if I wanted a massage but I declined because I didnt have time. I will definitely get it next time.

Traveling and decided to let my granddaughter get gel on her nails. The shop is clean and the people were very nice. My only complaint was the price. I live in Arkansas and what usually cost $10 was $20. But I guess you pay for big city price

The people here are super sweet, and they speak English very well. They did a pretty job on my nails and the prices are great. The only downside is how much time it takes. It took me over two hours to just get a set of acrylics with regular polish. Definitely dont plan on rushing through, but if you have time to waste this is a great place.

A great job every time. This is now my regular go to spot. Other places seem to only care about getting clients in and out quickly. Here they take their time and make sure you leave happy. I even had a lady tell me the color I chose wouldnt be good for my skin color (she suggested it in a very polite non intrusive way) and she was right! The color she recommended was close to the original but definitely popped more. Highly recommend!

Great service, fairly priced and very clean. They wrap the pedicure tubs in plastic wrap so each customer has a clean experience. I walked right in and didnt have to wait at all. You even get a back massage while your nails dry!I will definitely be going back soon.

This place is good for pedicures, and Nails that dont include shellac or dip. Save your money and go elsewhere. I was there last Friday to get ready for my bridal shower and I really like how the dip looks on my nails, but $95 dollars later, the dip is cracking and my whole freaking nail is trying to come off next day. Plus, it wasnt even the right color and she didnt want to change it. Maybe its just the lady, maybe not, but every time I get my nails done here, they do not last and sorry to say this plainly, but she doesnt do a great job. I dont think Ill be back here again unfortunately.

The moment I walked in, the serenity hit me. I was welcomed with smiles and such a great aroma. I had a pillow for my back. My nails were treated with all the attention, my nails look AH MAZE ING!!! I had a hand and arm massage! I left very happy with my gel nails!

Everyone at Nail Zone is very professional and they are not pushing you through to get more done within the hour. They take care of you and it may take awhile but you definitely get the best customer service and thorough pedicures and manicures. If you want a quick one and done dont go here - they take pride in what they do and it shows. :-)

Love the excellent service by Ken! First time coming in, I probably waited about 2 minutes. Had a deluxe pedicure and shellac Mani. I pretty much got through an entire movie because he took his time and massaged thoroughly. I so didnt feel like he was just counting down the time. This was an awesome pampering moment. Ive only come here for waxing. They did an amazing job, it was nearly painless. Its been 3 weeks since my last wax, and my hair is just now starting to grow back. Have to make an appt for a mani but theyre always very booked for a quick lunch time pampering.

For my first visit, I decided to go with a gel manicure and glitter coating over the ring fingers. The women working were very nice and attentive. Service was quick and price wasnt too high. Will definitely be back.

I was turned away by the manager right after walking in because they were “too busy” to help me. I was shocked because I’ve never been turned away before. They did not offer a wait time or anything they simply turned me away.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE !! they are so rude !! I made an appointment and when I got there, they told me to come back in 30 minutes! I left and came back in 30 minutes and the owner yelled at me telling me he couldn’t take me because someone else showed up ! WHAT A WASTE OF MY DAY !! this was only my second time going there ! I still went back after POOR service the first time and that was a BIG mistake !! I don’t recommend going to this place at all . They will rush on your nails and charge you a fortune all while giving BAD costumer service!!

NailZone does a superior job! I love how fast they are for walk ins even when its busy they work fast! I love my gel manicure it has lasted almost a month! I will be coming back to this place on a regular basis!

I went there to have my eyelashes done, they were not friendly at all. The person who did my lashes was a MAN, which i’m okay with that as long as he’s a professional and good at it right? Well no he wasn’t, he poked my eyes many times, there was glue as over, when he was done I couldn’t open my eyes, he glued my bottom natural lashes with the fake ones, so it was a struggle just to try and separe them, he was using tweezers which he was not gentle with. Anyway the final product looked like a hot mess. I understand they’re individual lashes, but I have done them before and so far this was the worse experience

Out of town visitor, nail shop offer customers 10℅ off any service for a review. Rude lady refused to give 10% for Google review, stated I did it wrong and I can try next time. A review is an review and there will be no next time visit.

I went in for a full set of gel nails a spa pedicure and to get my eyebrows done I have no complaints with the pedicure or with the eyebrows but the very next morning one finger nail fell off so I go to another nail salon close to me to get that fingernail replaced and they had to repaint to match the paint on my nails and when they took the paint off of my nails they were all coming up the very next day. So I have that nail salon take them all off put new ones on called the lady she told me its not her problem she never has had that problem before. Cost me $67 and another $45 to have the removed and redone properly.

Went in for a pedicure and shellac on Friday. Today is Monday.The pedicure is fine. The girl who did it was nice and did an okay job. If I had only gotten a pedicure Id probably give the place 4 stars because it was cheap enough.The shellac, however, is terrible. She painted all over my skin so it started to peel off my nail the day after. It barely lasted over the weekend and this stuff is supposed to last for two weeks at least.Dont go in for anything other than your basic pedicure.

Waited over 30 minutes to get my eyebrows waxed (a 5 minute process) when I was told it would be 10. I left and was tired of waiting. Rude staff and took forever to acknowledge me. They obviously dont need my business. Will not return.

This place is horrible...I usually go to my nail tech but she is out of town. So I decided to try the salon... The tech I had was so rude she kept yanking my hand. I kept telling her the shape that I wanted, Showed her pictures and it’s really not hard because I just literally got a refill. She messed them up I wish I could upload a picture of my nails right now because they literally are lumpy and lopsided. I will not be going back to the salon. Granted I am super picky about my nails as you should be if you are paying good money for a service.

The man who did my nails went out of his way to do the best job he could. Basic pedicure is 25$ and it was an above average experience.

I don’t think the technicians know what they are doing I bet they are not even certified because they don’t have it posted anywhere. They are rude and complain about how your nails are and that they have to do so much work to do them. They talk about you in a different language and have zero customer service. I will bash them all over social media so no one ever experiences what I have today.

They are not courteous and friendly at all, the way they interact with their clients is like they are doing them a favor. My last visit they cut me many times and my nails did not last not even a week, I gave them a second chance and it was even worse. Not recommended.

I went in to the salon to get a gel type polish that is supposed to last up to two weeks. I had them done on 11/30/12. The salon owner was so rude to me that day, I felt so embarrassed by the way she put me on the spot in front of other costumers. I wanted to get up and leave immediately but I decided to let it go since I needed my nails fixed badly.Today (12/05/12), less than a week since the nails were done, I went in to the salon and showed the owner how my entire nail polished had chipped. I have used this type of product before and I had the polish last at least ONE WEEK!I asked the salon owner if she could please fix them or at least remove the gel and use regular nail polish.She first denied that she had done my nails because she (the owner) was out that day; she had me go through her credit card receipts to find my transaction. When I showed her my receipt she was adamant that “they had never had this happened before”.Again, I asked her to please fix them. Her response was “come back later, call me and then come back” then she told me to “go home and do something and come back”.There was another operator available and I asked that she fix them, the owner said that the manicurist had a 12:30 appointment and if her appointment didn’t show maybe she could fix them. Meanwhile, the available manicurist was giving herself a nice pedicure.I waited until after12:30 and I had to go up to the other manicurist and asked again.When I finally had the defective gel polished removed I noticed that the manicurist put back in her drawer all of her tools without sanitizing them. The 12:30 appointment that the manicurist “had” never showed up. It was just the owner’s way to blow me off!I would NEVER recommend this place, the salon owner is horribly rude, she does a horrible job, the manicurist use inferior products and do not even sanitize their tools.

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND HORRIBLE JOB DONE. I have had gel nails for years and always in very good condition and lasted for about a month between fills. The lady kept telling me how bad the job was I had on my nails and proceeded to remove the artificial nails I had on and replace them with hers. It was costly as she charged for both the removal and new nails instead of a fill. While she was doing my nails she received several calls from what seemed to be customers or a customer trying to reach the manager. She was very rude on the phone and the last conversation I heard she finally told them that they would not be talking to the manager and dont phone again!!. My nails started lifting in only a couple of days...EXPENSIVE AND A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE....

Worst place to get a full set done. The owner assigned a technician who is either learning or has never done a full set before. She was very sweet but not experienced at all. She was rough and I had to ask her to move her hands a couple times because she was clawing my hands with her long nails. It took her 1.5 hours to complete just the full set. The cuticles were left uncut and not pushed back.I specifically asked her to clean them up for an extra $5 but she forgot and got the drying gel on them and said she couldnt do it anymore. The nails are bumpy and not even. The top coat/gel was either old or she did not use enough. I will not be going back.

Tina is horrible! I went and got my nails done on the 11th of May and the next day on the 12th one nail broke off. Went and got it fixed no charge which was fine. Then on the 14th another nail broke off which it was Mothers day so I glued it back on. So on the 17th, not even a week after they had been done, another nail broke off. When I called she told me to come in but due to circumstances and having to get my son I cant keep going in. I asked for a refund at this point because Ive never in the last 6 years of getting my nails done has this ever happened and Tina proceeds to tell me that they can break after an hour of getting them done. If this is ok to her as a nail tech that is highly unacceptable. Nails should not be breaking within a week of getting them done. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!! Tina does NOT do a good job and they DO NOT stay on your nails for long. They are expensive to!

Okay so I went here because my usual nail place had an hour wait. Made a huuuge mistake. Came in for a pedi. So she had me sit in a chair with my feet in the water and I assumed someone would come over and start. 20 mins and a cold water foot bath later still no one. They had me move yo a different chair so at lease I got a whole new tub of hot water to wait my feet in. So maybe 15 more mins of waiting before my pedi started. I guess its my fault doe assuming I wouldnt be waiting 45 mins.Anyways this is the slowest pedi I have ever had. Currently sitting in the chair now and I could literally scream how slow she is going. I noticed everyone else goes very slow also. Must be why I had to wait forever.Well guess I learned my lesson.

Terrible job, got a re-fill for $45 dollars. Too expensive. Nails are already chipping and it has only been a week. My job only consists of me typing on a computer, so they usually last 3 weeks. Ridiculous, expensive, bare-minimum tools and equipment.I do not recommend!!!

This is the WORST and the most expensive mani and pedi I ever got. I had one lady do my mani and other my ped, they both did a horrible job. First of all my nails look uneven, second of all she cut me and it hurts like paper cut, third of all, she did not put top coat on two of my nails. I was tired and did not realize how horrible my nails looked until I got home. I dont mind paying more if they are gonna do a good job. This place is horrible and its not wroth a penny. DONT GO THERE LADIES!!!

There are a lot of nail salons in Houston. Do not go to this one. They charged me $30 to do acrylic nails, way overpriced horrible job. I dont mind paying for something that is excellent but this was the worst Nails Ive ever had done and the most expensive. Try Zen - cookie nails thats were Im having them done from now on.

This has got to be the WORST and most expensive gel manicure I have ever gotten. This is the first time ever Ive been told to let gel dry out. My nails felt soft and when I pointed it out to the lady that did the manicure, she applied another layer of finishing coat, which cracked and got lumpy after drying under UV lamp.My mom also got a gel manicure and instructed the lady to please not cut her nails, just buff them. The lady responded they are too long and cut them anyway!!! but the cherry on top of the ice cream: two days later our gel manicure is already chipping.Also, this same lady kept on rearranging her shirt, exposing her tummy in the most unsightly and unprofessional of manners. Terrible place.

So rude. All I asked for was nail removal and she asked what kind of nails did I have; I said powder. She said she couldn’t do it because they were busy. As she was sitting barefoot with headphones on, at the pedicure chair. Never again.

Unfortunately I wont be going back there, the lady was so rude but mainly unkind, I thought she was going to cut my toes off, I really felt sorry for her, how can someone be that way?
