I came in upset about nails I had gotten done at another shop earlier that day. Linn/Lynn (not sure how it is spelt) fixed them for me! She was so nice and did a wonderful job! Made my day 100x better.

So I just moved to Houston, I had been looking for a nail spa that uses liners. Unfortunately Ive found that a dont or if they do they dont change them. I went to here & they were so nice, & professional && they used liners that they change after every client. The even have the plastic separators which was kool considering whats going on. I loved my pedicure it was overall a really nice experience. Definitely will be my spot.

If I could do zero stars I would. This place has no idea what they are doing. My powder manicure lasted one week and then two nails just completely came off. See picture. I tried to soak them off myself ( using both nail file and foil with acetone). 45 min later nothing came off. I returned to salon asking them why this would not come off. She said for $10 she will take it off. The point is any other salon I have been to, the gel soaks right off. She didn’t even bother looking at my nails or apologizing. Another customer in the salon stated she also experienced the same thing bc the liquid they use is from the black market and not even safe for human use.NEVER GO HERE. terrible service and shady products!!!!!

Went in for a pedicure and left very saddened and dissatisfied. I was getting my pedicure by An older nail tech woman, she was very rough while digging and cutting and made me bleed. I couldn’t continue my pedicure because of how much it was stinging and burning. The pedicure lasted what felt like 5 minutes. Quick and in a hurry. I was still told to pay the $25. I will not be returning...

My nails were not shaped right, I asked for yellow and the put a white base color and you could see both colors. While NOT return.

Worst place ever I asked for white shellac and they came out looking like gloobs of toothpaste. One fringer was way longer than the rest the lady laughed and said ok I fix. I was there 3 hours and the lady was rude

Nails bulky shape is not even ...not worth the money

I and my 5 daughters have been going here for several yrs. Great staff. Great quality. Due to my allergies, I cant go to many other shops due to smell of acrylic, have never had that problem here.

Went for refill and my nails were horrible. Had to go to a different salon to get them fixed. I told the nail tech that they werent right and she ignored me.

So in order to post this review you HAVE to get at least one star. PLEASE believe I would have rather given NONE. This was the WORST experience at a nail salon in my life!! I will NEVER go back here, nor will I refer anyone. They did a TERRIBLE job on our nails, laughed at the fact that they broke my friend’s natural nail, and had the AUDACITY to ask us to pay for a terrible job that was NOT complete. One of the women began to literally YELL at us because we preferred to leave than to continue to be served there. I have never in my life had ANYONE yell and scream at me, let alone a nail tech. I have never been so disrespected in my life. DO NOT GO HERE. Aside from the customer service, all other aspects are low quality. If you like a relaxing, high quality experience like I do this is NOT the place for you. Do yourself a favor and choose another nail salon of the many in this location. You will thank me later.

Went in.Greeted us.Asked me and my man what we wanted.Sat in the chairGreeted us again( seem so nice )Went to go take care of our feet.No complaints!Left out happy!

They are great I get pampered really well on my feet love the massaging on my legs and feet the women that work there really take good care of me especially with me having diabetes extra careful. My wife enjoys the attention that the give her as well always courteous if youve never been we highly recommend going

UPDATE:Ive had to say farewell after being a faithful customer for 4 or 5 years. The acrylic would either be too thin and the edges would chip away, or the acrylic would be too thick. This polish would be uneven and have streaks. I am not the one to complain. I expressed my concern about my nails chipping away 3 visits w/in about a month. They are nice ladies, but the quality of service has declined over the past few months.(If you agree with this review &/or if you find it helpful, please LIKE.)==========================Ive been a customer almost 2 years. Tom and his ladies are great! My nails always look perfect. The salon is always clean and well decorated. I have been coming here since they opened and I have never had a bad experience. I recommend Palace Nail Spa to all of my friends and clients.

If I could give zero stars I would.. The manager fixed my nails twice and sent me to the girl who messed up my nail originally. Like how does that make any sense. I don’t like to complain but this was the worst !!! Don’t go here. I didn’t want to pay but I’m not like that . I was like can I at least get a discount and of course fixing was an only option which they couldn’t do. Don’t come here!!!

So far this is my favorite nail salon in Pearland. I’ve been to many salons trying them out and looking for the best price and quality. They do a really good job, I never have to wait and they are very clean. Plus they have great prices!!

Worst nail experience ever !!! Got my nails done Saturday spent $70 then Sunday one came off went back the same day and the next day the same nail she fixed came off !! Do not recommend coming here at all!!! I could’ve used that money towards something else !

I have been coming here for a long time...many, many visits and I only had one bad experience. It was a manicure with a new girl, about 2 years ago. All of my other visits were great. Especially love Hanna for manicures and Tiffany for pedicures ❤

Over priced shellac and it had bubbles in it while curing and ended up peeling off before 1 full week. 😢 customer service is good but I want my nails to last if Im paying $70 for a maninpedi

Only because I have to give a star. They broke one of my daughters toe nail, they cut too much of my other daughters toe nail and they scraped my foot so bad. As soon as I walked in I got a bad vibe because they felt so rushed but i decided to give them benefit of a doubt. Will definitely sue Them if I incur medical bills for these injuries that appear infected.

Rose gave me the perfect pedicure and she was very easy to talk to having a glass of wine was a plus and my eyebrows are on fleek thanks to her.

Tom and Jenny are wonderful. Everyone is very nice. I have never had a problem with the in the year in half I have been going. The ladies do wonderful pedis and massages.

I always love my visits here. All of the technicians are very friendly and accommodating. This is where I bring the ladies in my family to relax when they come visit.

When I first came in this place the first thing said was, “Woah! This is like HEAVEN🤣”! This place is AMAZING!! It is very fancy and the people here are soooo kind and helpful! I messed up a nail and they were totally fine with it! No atitude, nothing! I would post a pic of my nails but it wouldn’t let me on my phone. I did white for the very first time and it was perfection!👍🏻👌🏻 I LOVED IT!😍🤤🤤 They probably have the most options of color EVER!! This was an amazing experience for me. Now this is MY new place!!✨💅🏻💚

Finally!!I found a nail shop in the area near my job that isnt overpriced, does quality work, doesnt take all day to do a full set and last but not least I left with no sign of a nick, cut, or blood shed.

Horrible customer serviceI watched as one of the techs tried to force a lady to get something she did not ask for and when the lady refused the tech then slammed the ladys hand down on the table hard enough to hurt. The lady was still very polite and asked how much she owed her for what she had already done and told her she was leaving and the tech just laughed in her face. Couldnt have been me!!! Then as the lady tried to talk to management about what happened, he cut her off like whatever and rushed her out!That there made me get up and leave as well!These folks are a joke and I wouldnt dare step foot in there again!!!!

All they did was up sell me and give me a bad manicure. No i didnt do this to myself, she put on way too thick of coats it wouldnt stop bleeding and smudging

I used to like going here but it had been almost a year since I had been due to the hours I work and I will not go back...lady tried to get me to do Shellac on my toenails and I didnt want it after saying no several times...then the pedi went to the pits...I still have rough spots on my heels and my daughter does also and the lady who painted her toes put so much polish on it was cracked around the edges 15 minutes later...the obviously dont have anyone from previous times

The lady that was fixing my nails had an attitude with me because i didnt want them longer. I am a hairdresser and have my hands on a lot of water and that is besides the point i should get what i pay for whether you like it or not. Then when i went to explain to the guy at the front desk what my problem was he just cut me off and didnt even listen so i gave them the five dollars for what they did and left. I dont even know if they do nails well because i had to leave because of how i was being treated. I ended up going to the nail place across the street and they did exactly what i wanted with no problem. They didnt laugh at me about wanting short nails either.

Horrible-horrible job. I wanted black matte nails and instead my nails turned out ashy with little bubbles. Im so disappointed with my nails and even more disappointed that none of the nail techs seemed the least bit interested in correcting the problem. When I got ready to pay I told the lady I was disappointed and that I did not like the work that was done. She told me she wouldnt charge me much money and then she rang me up for $25.00. Ridiculous!

Horrible customer service. The nail tech slammed my hand down on the counter when I told her a style of nail that i wanted, that she did not like on my hand. If Im paying for it, I want the style my way. wont be going there ever again

Will never go back to this place. Very unsanitary...my nail tech was reusing the same buffer that she used on the last customer. And she was rude from start till when i had enough of her rudeness and walked out.

Today was my first time and also my last. My daughters nails looked like they were painted by a five year old! The prices are too high for such childish work. NO WONDER THE PLACE WAS EMPTY!

This is the worse place the i never been there so rude they did my nails shellac and next day my nails had air bubbles and went back with a ugly attitude they try to fix them shame they were still the same dont go and waste your money here
