Mani-pedi $40 with shalack polish. They did the normal remove polish/shape and buff nails/and color as well as taking a pumice to my feet, a sugar scrub followed by a lotion massage on my feet and calves. My feet, calves, and hands feel fantastic and smooth and I feel like a princess ❤️. Overall, quality work and good atmosphere.

I would never recommend this place to anyone, they’re prices are outrageous. They asked for $70 for a pedi with shellac when most of the nails were on crooked even after I told them multiple time to please fix. Definitely would not come back ever again.

I dont usually complain but I used to always go here but since moving far hadnt visit. Went for a mani and pedi and the pedi was good but my manicure could have been better!I had a simple manicure done but these nails feel like press ons. If youre not someone that always comes here youre getting the minimum in service and work done. It was full so she basically rushed with my nails these wont last a week already coming off on the sides 😑 my mom was charged the same for a rushed mani and pedi as well I think everyone should be given the same customer service since we all spending money

I love this place Brandon and Angie have been doing my nails since I was 16 . Over a decade. I love the new employees, and the customer service. When Im spending money I have to be treated like that, but like Im bothering you. Well. Ill be back! It was a great visit for my Birthday weekend! Dec. 2020

I asked for gel nail polish for hand and normal deluxe pedicure for my legs but they did gel polish for legs and charged me more amount .I clearly told them gel manicure for hands and normal for legs but they kept insisting i did gel for lega which i did not and cindy started shouting at me as i was trying to explain to them .

I love this place been going there for years now. Everyone is so friendly and good at what they do. They go above and beyond to make sure the end result is worth every penny. My nails always look bomb, natural and they last long. I would definitely recommend them!

I use to go to this nail shop all the time. Man today I’m over it and will never go back. I went in to get a pedicure. I always get overlay on my big toes. Well one of my toenails looks like it’s sticking up. She literally did the bare minimum to my feet. Barely scrubbed them, didn’t remove any of the dead skin. She didn’t clean under nor around my nails. I usually get a pedicure and shellac, I didn’t even bother to get the shellac as I already had to go home and do my feet over myself. I’m beyond upset and disappointed. Hey

Only go to this nail salon. Take time doing your nails right. Good atmosphere. Very clean and comfortable. Nails last and prices are reasonable. Recommend to everyone.

If you like acrylic nails then they are alright. But they suck at natural nails! I got shellac on Saturday which cost me $45 and by the following tuesday 3 nails were missing paint. When I came back to ask for a credit or some type of compensation they refused to oblige me. The staff was nice taking my money but the tone changed when they needed to correct what they messed up. Beware

They did a mediocre job on my nails. Yes they where nice but i dont inly care about that. I care about my nails looking nice. They made it bulky the uv gel was cheap my white nails are brown in one day my nails are shaped bad. Go there for basic things not next level nail art.

This is my first experience @ this establishment. My nail tech Kevin really took care of me. He didnt rush me and he gave me advice about my nails which I found refreshing. I will definitely be back. Thank you for making me look good for my birthday exclamation point

My first time here and the staff was very personable and she did a wonderful job on my nails. I moved to the are 3 years ago and hadnt found a nail salon I felt comfortable in until now.

Susan was great! I came in for a color change 30 minutes before closing (which I know is not a good idea) and they were patient while I picked my color. Susan kept the conversation going and made me feel really comfortable. I have never been here before, but I will definitely be going back!

The shop is very professional and service was affordable.

First time bringing my sister to get her nails done here last Thursday 12/15 and by yesterday Sunday(2 1/2 days later) several of the nails were already chipping on the edges and looking like they are about to break. Pretty bad job if you ask me. Brought her back today to get them fixed and they keep questioning who did them(since lady who did them isnt here today) and asking what chair she sat at. Sorry but what difference does it make its one of your employees fix the issue so you can have a happy customer plain and simple.

Nail ladies here dont know a bit of English to communicate but are still extremely rude. The nail technician could not understand a word so it was very hard to explain her anything. Went in for nail removal and she did not even dip my friends hands in the solution simply started pulling it and didnt even stop when my friend complained it was painful! She kept saying it will save time. Ridiculous! Then she made her dip the second hand in the remover but did not file correctly or shape the nails to the same length. If you dont know a word of English you might as well tone down on that damn attitude. You dont just start pulling nails just because you want to save time. Her license needs to be taken away. Very questionable nail salon.

I enjoyed it except Im a stickler for polish on the entire nail..I had to have her redo several nails due to this. Also i wasnt put under the normal uv dryer. I was just left to the fan..it was a Sat amd nowhere NEAR busy. That being said, I do like the ending product and i will give this place another chance

Very rude personnel. They dont make any conversation with the customer ask thou if you like it. Apparently shellac doesnt come with a manicure. Which I thought out was an automatic. Very disappointed!!!! I had tho get the duke Anns even out my own nails.... 1st and last time for me....

I’ve been going here and only here for a little over a year now spending about $60 to $65 a time but I will not be returning. I pulled up today a few minutes before 7 (they close at 7:30) to get a fill and the door was locked when I pulled it. Employees and customers are still inside so instantly I start to think that maybe they just change their hours and they close early now. The problem is that all the employees completely ignored me even though I know they saw me (it’s broad daylight) looked at me at the door didn’t acknowledge me to even say we closed early. I honestly just wanted to find out their new hours, a guy gets up opens the door and says we’re closed because people come at the last minute.Issue was not them even closing early just the poor customer service. I’m a small business owner as well there is a way to treat paying customers. I noticed a difference in service when Brandon and his wife aren’t there.

Worst experience at this place, the young Asian man was rude, (2nd table from the door, rt side). He was rude, disrespectful and lack customer service. I been going to this place for a few months spending $40.00/ $50.00 every 2 wks. The last two times serviced by this guy I spend much less and I was disrespected in the worst way. ... He lost my continued business for ripping me off $3.00 (what a fool!). The quality of work is no different than any other place. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE. I deserve to be treated with respect whether Im spending $6.00, $10.00 or $50.00 its good money I worked hard for. Hopefully he learn people will spend what they can afford.Nail Spa, Respect your customers, they are the reason why you are in business!

I just walked out after being disrespected for asking my cousin how did they look. She put a pinky nail on my ring finger and before she could put the acrylic on it I was trying to hold my hands up to look and make sure it was glued on straight and I had to snatch my head away to do that. That’s when I discovered she had glued pinky nails on my ring finger so the nail was extremely small and thin that my fingers were were bigger than the nail. When confronted she said “I’m not done!” In a very rude and disrespectful manner. Then the “Owner” chimes in and tell me “she’s doing what she thinks looks good for you!” If I’m paying and I’m telling you what I THINK LOOKS GOOD FOR ME, who are you to tell me otherwise?! I walked in and gave praise to how the shop looked and how beautiful I thought it was, but just because it looks nice doesn’t mean the people there are nice if I could I’d rate this as ID RATHER GO TO THE SOUTHSIDE THAN GO HERE! The old me would have flashed instead I walked out of there crying my eyes out other customers were displeased with what happened and left and I’m sure will not be returning. I don’t get my nails done so when I do I go all out I’m they type that will pay $200 because I normally don’t get them done and I want what I want. For someone to basically tell me I’m paying them to do what they want to do is beyond disrespectful. Have they ever hear the saying THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT or do I live in a world that that no longer applies💁🏾‍♀️. I highly recommend never going here even the OWNER IS DISRESPECTFUL and comes at you disrespectful instead of correcting the employee. The emotional disrespect and degrading is not worth it. Came here to get my nails done and the lady did a horrible job. I explained and even showed her what I wanted and she did a totally different thing and still messed it up. It was such a half-assed job. I was so angry I did not want to say anything to cause a scene but for sure I wont be going back there. I am so disappointed.

Ive always been a returning customer but when your door says you open at 9am. You should be open not having customers in their car in the parking lot waiting for you to unlock the door and turn on your open light. Just lost a customer. Time is everything for people with a busy schedule.
