Went in for a second opinion on my psych diagnosis. The Psychiatrist who i wanted to potentially change to, said to just talk to my old psychiatrist and tell him what i wanted to do.I paid for 45 min and spoke with Dr. R for 20min for $150. It was an Utter Waste Of MoneyGo somewhere else! He was very unhelpful and dull.

I love the Doctor. BUT...no one answers the phones here...they dont respond to email...They call when they want to contact you. Which may not be a problem for some. The Doctor is very nice, and professional, but for some reason can never talk with their staff unless they call me, and I answer. Otherwise its phone tag to reschedule an appointment. I also have to call in a few days before one of my prescriptions is due to fill, which is a hassle. I leave a message. Shouldnt they just submit it the same time every month? I will be having an in-person appointment soon, and will get to see someone(s) in person :)

I have never had an issue with them at all. I love going to see Dr Wayland she is awesome and easy to talk to. A+

Long-time employees bogged down with insurance protocol and a tiny office so only one maybe two personnel can fit back there. They all care for the poorest of the poorest and the most affected people. The Psychiatrist worked with me only on my symptoms not on any diagnosis. I finally felt better.

Great people and services. The assistants are helpful too.

I love Dr. Rubashkin. He has helped me through one of the hardest times in my life and was so caring and understanding. The staff was so nice and helpful. I also did my TMS treatment there and I had the best experience.Love this place and the people in it!

My daughter was an established patient at this location until today. She is having a severe mental breakdown and called this office for an emergency appointment. The staff were at lunch and the answering service told her that a breakdown doesnt constitute as an emergency appointment. WOW!! I do NOT recommend this office to anyone who honestly cares about their mental health. After years, Ive discovered that Bernadette Williams isnt even a psychiatrist but a nurse practitioner. I recommend doing research before making any appointments with this clinic.

Ive never had a problem here. People who do well here might not be wanting to post that they take medication for fear of being judged or trolled or something. Its disappointing to see so many bad reviews, I suppose that some cases are more difficult? I hate to blame those patients and I wont. I think generally speaking the more mild the issue, the easier it is to treat it. The more challenging the issue, the greater likelihood that something could go wrong. I like this place. I wish I could have gone here a long time ago.

Like many other reviews, Dr. Rubashkin was very nice and helpful but the staff is very rude. Particularly April in the prescription department. If you leave a message good luck getting a call back from anyone. They seem very lazy and nver answer the phone. Your best bet is to just keep calling till someone answers.

I agree the staff is very rude they are no compassion whatever. I had a very unpleasant experience with April she’s very nasty! On the phone and in person. I call a number of times concerning my son’s refills, because they were not sent Electronically to Walgreens. He missed his meds for a week. They are just responding to my call 6/25/2019 I was told the Dr. will not refill his order until his visit. Not only that we always wait over thirty minutes for appointment visits. They act like their paying us to visit the Dr.

Ive never had any problems with the front office staff and I am always able to see my clinicians.

Sitting here for an hour waiting for our appointment . Still 3 people ahead of us when i just checked. Others were late and weather problems . Doesnt matter that others, lime myself, did what they had to to be on time. We have to suffer and wait while those that showed up late get to coast on in. We have to sit and wait if we want the medication refill.Weve had to wait before and I was patient. But weve never had to wait almost 2 hours!!!

My daughter sees Bernadette Williams and is finally at a close to perfect mental health level. She has suffered for many years with bipolar disorder. The medication regulation took time as do many things in life yet Im impressed by this doctors care. However, the office staff is HORRIBLE!! My daughter has spoken numerous times to the lady who is the first individual one sees upon entering this office and is greatly disrespectful. She charges for items that dont require payment. She lies about who she has consulted with on issues that HR should handle. She has told my daughter that she ignores her phone calls due to caller ID and that she just doesnt like her. I have audio recordings on certain instances. My daughter uses speaker phone on every single call to this office. It is utterly ridiculous that this lady has a job in mental health when she clearly uses a mental disorder against patients. Im disgusted by the harassment and defamation of character displayed. ****The doctor is magnificent!!! The front desk receptionist should be FIRED!!!!!!!!!

Anyone under the impression that Bernadette Williams is a Doctor has been devceived she is a nurse practitioner that works under apsychiatrist the front desk staff is icy and withdrawn and not the slightest bit warm.

Ms. Williams told me to make sure I never run out of Seroquel. Yesterday, July 28, 2017, April refused to call my insurance company to authorize my seroquel be authorized to be refilled by calling my insurance company to give them authorization to refill my medication as the they wanted prior authorization before they would refill my seroquel. Now, and for several days, Ive been going through terrible withdrawls. Ms. B. Williams was not in the office so I could not speak with her, yet April, (knowing this) told me she would connect me to her. Ha! Connect me with a temporary dead line. Now I am severely suffering from extreme anxiety, irratability and many other withdrawl symptoms. Walgreens on N. Fry and Park Row can verify the prior authorization needed as well as Leah, at my insurance that I had to have this. April refused to help me in any way. She stated she could not as she was working on the date of July 19 prior authorizations and could not even make a call to authorize this. Bad office staff and now I must suffer. Thanks a lot Dr. Rubashkin and Ms. B. Williams for such capable staff who wont help a patient with a simple phone call.I Rate them POOR, POOR and more POOR!!!!!!! All I needed was my prescription for 300 mg Seroquel and all of these terrible withdrawl symptoms would not exist. Is the purpose of an health organization to help a patient in need ?

My son went to Bernadette Williams for a year with pitiful results. I showed her a video of him prior to the cocktail of medication she prescribed, and she didnt even watch one minute of it. His new psychiatrist watched it and asked if he had head trauma or had been in a car accident between then and now, so i suggest you stay away from this office if you dont want your loved one over-medicated and possibly permanently damaged.

My problem actually isnt with the office staff, they were all very nice to me. I didnt like Edward Bitter or Bernadette Williams.

Always willing to go out of there way for there patients.

If it werent for the service being less than satisfactory Id give this place five stars.
