Dr. Higgins and his staff are easy to work with. I have not had to wait several weeks for an appointment. The doctor is willing to work with the individual instead of using a herd mentality. Not everyone responds to the same treatment. He is a good listener and treats the person as well as the symptoms. I will continue to use Bay Pointe Behavioral Health for future needs.

Ive been seeing Dr. Higgins for 3 years now and Ive never met a more caring and professional psychiatrist in my life. Highly recommend!

If i could rate this place 0 stars i would. I consider this place a pill pusher the doctor my son sees is not personable at all. You can tell this is is job and not his passion. He asks basic questions, surface level questions, not really trying to understand and their disability. When you make an appointment youre most likely going to be seen 30 minutes later. The place is dirty, the books they sell is overpriced, and half the time the receptionist doesnt greet you. Will be moving my son somewhere else soon. To a place where they have his best interest at heart, not trying to make money. Judging by the way they do things, theyll probably misdiagnose your child or prescribe them too much medicine. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I definitely will not return here. If you schedule your appointment at 3:15 you will be seen by 4:00. Every time. I was seen over half an hour late at least for five appointments, if not a total hour. The staff is rude and again extremely slow. If you feel like wasting your time then go here.
