These are not the people to speak with. They’re untrained volunteers. Call the National hotline, please.... don’t give up!

If unfortunate that there no back-up system to answering urgent phones calls when people are in need. We all understand the need.. Its a clear example of just how great the need for help in our community is.... Hope these feedback will give them a chance to make the necessary improvement thats needed it.

Called 4 times really for the first time wanted to talk to someone... my phone went dead and no one ever answered the phone. I would not donate to the organization; because when I got the courage to fill any ask for a ear to hear... NO ONE WAS ON THE OTHER END>>> SO IM NOT TRYING ANYMORE< PEOPLE REALLY PEACE IM OUT

I was on hold for almost 20 min. Call someone else if you have a crisis.

On hold for over 37 minutes, no answer. Great crisis intervention there guys...
