Nice staff but now and then it takes a while to get the load ready but once they start loading it takes about an hour 😔

Nice warehouse, clean restrooms, coffee and water for drivers. When you have the opportunity to deliver here, you will love this warehouse

Less than 1 ⭐ nice nasty dock slow and proud of it!

Parking lot is a little tight, took almost 4 hours to get loaded, had to check and ask at shipping office 3 times to finally get a dock door, best way to get to place is from highway 45 service road, other streets in area are non-truck friendly and barely wide enough to fit with the rig.

Drivers: Check in between doors 22 & 23.MUST WEAR MASK & CLOSED TOED SHOES WHEN ENTERING WAREHOUSE.

First time to be with a kindness people in all over. I wish to work with this company in future.

I have been delivering here for almost a year. It was rough at first but for the last 4 months they get me in and out. I know the other drivers have seen it too. I understand they are building a drivers lounge with free coffee and snacks. Andrea is great there, ask for her if you have any problems.

THIS IS THE WAY I TOOK COMING HERE WITH A SEMI TRUCK // C&S WHOLE SALE GROCER OVER FLOW WAREHOUSE//// I-45 SOUTH EXIT 66 GO STRAIGHT SOUTH ON IT FOR ABOUT A MILE OR SO PASS THE FLOOR AND DECOR STORE AND THEN TURN RIGHT ON CYPRESS STATION DR THE WAREHOUSE IS THE FIRST BIG WHITE BULDING ON THE LEFT TAKE THE 2ND ENTRANCE TO SHIPPING AND RECIVING .. THEY OPEN AT 0645 AND THEYLL NOT TAKE YOU EARLIER THAN YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME, THEY UNLOADED ME WITHIN 30MINS, BUT THEYLL CHARGE YOU A LUMPER FEE, IT WAS 150$ IN MY CASE

Checkin by door22Wait for phone call, get a door. Fair unload time 30-45 minutes.Receive phone wait for call to go back in and receive paperwork.Overall decent place. Little tightNo overnight parking like most McLanes.

The slowest and rudest people ever. Over 5 hours to het loaded when they even have 2 or 3 trucks only to get loaded.

The support received from the warehouse clerks is always through and timely. any issues will always be resolved, and they are such detailed individuals with an awesome attitude! #phenomenal

First of all! The atmosphere was professional and clean! This company is really coordinated, careful and precise. I was really impressed with how they function and pleased with their services. You can also keep track of your shipment which is extremely helpful and needed so Im glad its something that they can provide. Oh! There hunger solutions should be noted as well. I think its great this company has something like that when many other companies who have the capability to do so dont. So kudos to them!

All these 5 star reviews are TOTALLY bogus. This place is AWFUL. I will never come back here again. Load booked as a drop and hook, they have empties, they refuse to drop and hook. They want to fine you up to $500 if youre 60 minutes late. I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment time, still no door to back into after 2 hours. This place will make you late to your next load or dispatch. Truckers avoid this place.

Driver check in is between door 22 and 23. Pull in and back in to park along fence, check in and they will call you with a dock number. Backing into dock is tight with other trucks around. Had to have help myself. Had an open window for delivery. Arrived at 510am, started unloading at 810am. No to bad.

This place is awesome for loading and unloading . Very good courteous shipping employees. The loading and unloading crew are also good and care about truckers time . Wasn’t my first time there but I always appreciate when I get loads to drop or pick from here. Awesome waiting room for drivers with black leather couches and bathroom for truckers .i’d definitely recommend them anytime 💯 .

We ran a load for them back in April, and we are in July already with no pay. THey are so horrible to pay. We are at 90 days past due, and they keep giving me the run around. Its impossible to get someone from accounting on the phone or any one that is helpful. Only email, and that is if they want to respond. Please be careful with them.

Drivers beware they will give you an appointment and when you get there the appointment doesnt matter they take forever unloading so make sure you take lunch before you get to this McLane warehouse and one more thing you will lose your pick up load.

Fast and organized

Very efficient company, well organized, staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Drivers lounge is clean, offer free coffee,water, leather recliners to kick back and relax. Any driver will be more than happy to have this stop on their route....

4.5 hours just to get a dock door and another 6.5 hours to get loaded. Staff was courteous but results of the performance was god awful. As a driver picking up a load it was miserable. Staff seem to want to joke and bs and not jump onto correcting the situation of getting me loaded. One of the worst experiences of my 8 years driving as a professional trucker for getting a load.

Slow keep you waiting expect a long wait

Very professional, courteous, service is second to none. And a very Nice waiting area as you are being loaded. This would be an awesome dedicated account to pull for.

If youre picking up or delivering on a Friday be prepared to wait for hours on end before they even open your trailer.

Maya Vega was very helpful in scheduling our delivery and getting us unloaded quickly. She was professional and courteous.

Disaster, 5 hours for off Loading.3.5 hours before getting door.1.25 hours at the dock.15 minutes actual off Loading time.I had to cancel my next pickup. One extra day in over 40°.Avoid this place as much as possible

No phone call no nothing. I guess they too busy. Sat for 8 hours to get unlded. Had to finally get pprwrk back to leave.

This is the worst warehouse I have ever been to. My appointment was for 8am and I didnt get unloaded until 830pm. I had go into their office and practically beg for a door. Once I recieved a door they opened it for 10 minutes and then closed it for some reason. Two hours later they started to unload me. I will never book a load for them again.

Excellent place to do a deliverthe problem is are so so so busy they can keep up with the appointment are been scheduledbut personal super nice

3 hours trying to pick one fkg pallet left without it. Its absurd. Yes they are nice at check in but still...

Noon p/up appt. Got there 2hrs early and folks were very friendly. Got me in and out 30min tops. BTW coffee in lounge area was great.Superb business!

I did drop the load second time, I am Canadian truck driver, they are very good people off load fast, within 1 hour. There is overnight parking across the street about 7 parking...

1 pm apointment to load,checked in on time, now its 5pm, and I dont have a door yet,i been coming here for 4 years now sand its a freaking mess! The place is totally unorganized and slow,they dont give a dann about drivers hours of service,mclane global logistics should be ashamed to have their name on this place

Was told to be here by noon, arrived 11:45 & checked in, was told to wait in my truck, waited until 1:00, went back in, was then told my appointment was for 2:00 PM, was told again to go wait in my truck, 3:00 went in again, same response, 3;30 they called & gave me a door assignment. Have no idea when Ill get out. I have been an owner operator since 1974, this industry is shambles as to what is was and this place here is a shinning example of why. I fail to understand what possess these places to antagonize the driver anyway they can. Im short for this industry and gladly so

Appointment at 2pm, got a door at 5pm, out at 7pm. Very slow and unorganized, even getting my paperwork took 20 minutes.

530 appointment. Arrived at 500. 9:17 now and still no dock. I checked, and they said they are not taking in order of appointment today. Ummmm?

Last week booked a load driver been waiting on pu location then receive call load has been cancelled today again same thing i already pre booked another load now i have to cancel that one also because of them so bad

The best shipping clerks I have ever dealt with through out my career as a driver period.

Fast to load, however, I am giving 3 stars because they have absolutely no idea how to load a trailer. Maybe it was just bad luck and I got the new forklifter. But if you load here, go weigh in the nearby FJ as soon as you get out.

Very poor place to pick up at. 5 hours to get a load is unacceptable. More people should rate places like this and then when they cant get their freight covered they might get the hint.

Had noon appointment. Didnt hit the door till after 2 pm. Then an hour to load. Not very effecient.

Appointment was at 0900, I arrived at 0530, they let me hang on the property. Called me at 0800 and I was empty st 0845.

Arrived at 8 am for 9 am appointment. Finally docked at 11 am. 12 pm, still waiting.....

Unpleasant place to load and unload more than 9 hours to make a delivery. exceedingly bad. Truckers do not bring loads to these places. after they pay little is another problem for you to pay the arrest.21 hours pass to give me door and download. agree MCLANE. Friendly people but super slow the download arrived and my cargo was not mounted on a pallet and they told me that I had to wait the next day at 5:00 am that they were going to unload me and it is 11:00 am and only halfway down of the load 🤬🤬🤬😩😩😩🤯🤯🤯

Very quiet and fast, if you arrive late you have to pay 300.00 dollars fee. They start at 5:00 am for semi - trailers.
