They dont want to do business. Tried to ship toothoaste, just one tube of toothpaste for relative overseas for her autististic child and they refused just because the ingredients shows it has one percent alcahol
I had a package arrive in town on a Sunday and I needed it by that week Wednesday. I tracked it for days and it sat at this warehouse untouched during that time. I finally called the service number and they said I could go pick up the package from this service point. I drove an hour, got here, and they said the package hadn’t even been sorted yet, was not “ready” for pick up.
They get the job done. Customer parking and serene environment.
Too expensive to ship internationally, they ask me 1100$ for 11b, but went to the post office paid 150$ big difference
Dhl service has zero customer service when you call the 1800 number.It is a waste of time.If there is anu urgency use other means if possible. Im not referring to the local office here in Houston but Dhl in general
Amazing incompetence and carelessness from DHL: for three days they promised me on the phone that the package will be delivered to my office during office hours (9am-6pm) and 3 times they did not make it, with a note saying that nobody was there in the evening....speechless in front of such disregard for the customer
Missed my delivery because my leasing office was locked when the courier attempted delivery. Went to this location to pick up my package and Mariam was beyond helpful. Thank you Mariam! We need more ppl like Mariam in the service industry, I can’t thank her enough!

Very unprofessional. They don’t communicate with each other. I’m supposed to receive a package and the driver told me it was at the location for pickup. I go to the location and it’s not there. They were going to deliver again on the next day from 1pm to 5pm and didn’t receive a cancellation notice. I been waiting all day home for the package! What a waste of time, and gas.

Terrible customer service. Incorrectly sorted my package for delivery when I needed to pick up my package, and would not even attempt to make up the mistake by at least trying to get me my package today.
The employees, well at least one of them is a thief. I got the alert that my package was delivered but when I checked outside there was nothing there. I called Customer Service and had to wait 5 days for an update. They ultimately sent me a picture to confirm the delivery and it was a picture of just my house number and one of a my porch and it was empty. No picture showing the package on or around the porch. I was told that they do not hold the delivery drivers responsible for NOT taking accurate pictures and that I was ultimately on my own because the shipper didn’t purchase insurance. Why would the shipper be responsible when the package was supposedly delivered but actually was not. Needless to say, I was not refunded for my purchase and had to reorder the item. I would advise anyone not to order from shippers that do not PAY for insurance (which is just a money scam) because DHL DOES NOT CARE if you actually receive your packages, they’re only concerned about the DRIVER CLICKING “DELIVERED”.
When it works it works, but when theres an issue they are hopeless. Status says no one answered the door when we were home and waiting for the package. Called next day they said come pick it up, then status says out for delivery, then we call again they say it will be delivered the next day. The package had plants which could die in these delays. Theyre either lying, grossly incompetent, or their software is dysfunctional - possibly all of the above.

I received a message that delivery was attempted but no one was home. I called early the next morning and was told that I could remove the signature requirement and my package would be left at my front door. Just in case I rushed home checked and the package was still out for delivery. Around 7:30 tonight I got a text notification that delivery was attempted and no one was home! I was sitting right here at home, waiting for my delivery!!! NO DELIVERY WAS ATTEMPTED - THE DRIVER LIED!!!! I called DHL and customer service said they were behind in deliveries and they may try to deliver it over the weekend????? I am going out of town on Monday and the package is a special gift for my husband that I WILL NOT HAVE! DHL SUCKS!
Worst service ever! Driver claimed no one was available to sign the package so will try in the next business Monday lost 2 days of business. I checked my camera driver never came to the location or try to deliver. Very unreliable driversI waited all day for this package now I can’t get it on time. Bad service.
Ordered an item on January 1st. Today is the 21st and still nothing. Try their online tracking and the number doesn’t even exist. Call the place I ordered from and they tell me DHL is the hold up. What the heck.

Update: One month later, i received a DHL text message that the package is still in HK and would deliver to me in 3 days, i received the package finally, so here is question, DHL was lying about the GPS thing, they said the courier was there when delivered this package, but that package was actually in HK, DHL is trying to fake those thing to avoid compensation for lost package, never trust them.I have an international package, the tracking shows that the package was delivered on Mar 11, but I did not receive it. Call DHL, the first agent told me that the package may deliver to my neighbors, so I checked with my neighbors, they did not receive it neither. I called DHL again, the second agent told me that the GPS showed the delivery guy was at my location when delivered, then told me they would close the case and advised me to get refund from the international seller. I said this is not about money, I need my package back, I need proof of delivery, who signed for the package, where did you drop it, they can not even provide this information, the agent said they will continue the investigation, I still not hear back from them. My customers are pushing me for these orders and I need to refund all these back orders.
This is the absolute worst delivery company there has to be. Thank goodness most of the companies I order from use FedEx or UPS. I have never received a package from them directly or on time. They always just drop it by USPS and it takes another two days from there. If I order parts for overnight, they will make it to me in 3 to 5 days usually. Sam Hamilton was faster at delivery and he rode horseback. Someone should by the company just to shut it down.
The people were nice but they need Better signage showing where package drop-off is. Also they need to make it clear that they will inspect packages. This is insane no other carrier inspects packages and I have used them all.
I mailed some documents to Europe and they arrived safe and secure. The online tracking was very helpful. One of the counter attendants wasnt so friendly but the other one was very helpful. I would use them again in the future.

This is a international express shipment package.We suppose to receive package from India to houston,TX on Friday Nov-2-2018.i called multiple time to the customer care and they said you can come and pickup from office if you want.otherwise we will deliver on Monday .i am about to go to collect my package on Friday morning .then I got message that it’s in truck to deliver before end of day.i was at home and eagerly waiting that package.because it’s time sensitive material.at 8pm I got update that attempted deliver no one at home.i watched in my cameras no one came at my home.when I call customer service they are simply saying apologies and we will deliver at Monday.it’s very irresponsible behavior.please don’t choose DHL .worst service .Shame on them to tell all these lies.
I got there 1 min before they opened and once they were opened, the customer service lady try to turn on the computer but it just didnt come on fast. She then took my tracking number and went in the back to find my item.... that was really nice of her
I dont get door tags anymore. Please fix this. The actual cashier was very competent. The building is impossible to find (short, gray, lots of glass, and behind FedEx)
My flat package was delivered to its international destination ahead of the expected estimate. I was given a discount and the service rep was courteous and pleasant.

Absolutely the most incompetent delivery service I have ever used. It is 2018 and you have access to Google maps. The excuse, I couldnt find your clearly labeled townhouse does not work anymore. The packages were not returned to the building until after closing so I couldnt pick them up either, and of course you are closed on Saturdays.0/10 I wouldnt recommend this service if they were the last on earth.

I NEVER want to deal with DHL EVER AGAIN!!! Delivery drivers are LIARS! Its the holidays EVERYONE IS AT HOME!!! WHERE IS THE STICKY NOTE YOU SHOULD LEAVE?!?! I usually get packages from the more reputable companies and NEVER have an issue. For me, any seller using DHL will not get my business. Now my package has been placed on hold and I have to fight traffic to go get it. Package came safely from Hong Kong, got to Houston now its issue after issue!!

I instructed the Corporate I will come personally pick up at this location.Called again for confirmation, Corporate said my package is at this location.I drove 30 minutes to get here, just to know my package “is at home” and now have to drive 60 minutes home.Not even sure my package is home or not!
There is a lady that works here by the name of Carla. She is the nicest, professional, cursus, friendly, will go out of her way to help you. Carla is a 5 star person and does great for DHL!

Waiting eagerly for my package, but never arrived. Delivery man is hopeless, doesnt know how to deliver package to apartment complex. Even though I demand that my package to be dropped at the leasing office, he keep calling me at home, and every time he calls I am not home. Due to safety reason no delivery personals is allowed to deliver packages directly to the residents. That’s my apartments policy. I have received packages from FedEx and UPS without any problems. Now I have to drive all way to their office to pick up the package. I do not want anymore msg saying Delivery attempted, resident not at home. RIDICULOUS.

Unfortunately i can not give less than 1 star. otherwise i would like to give -5.Package Delivery schedule was on 22nd, but as it required signature, i requested to pickup self from nearby facility and i have been told you can pickup anytime on 23rd. On 23rd before i start driving to DHL pickup location, i call and verify package is ready at pickup location and i have been told it is ready for pickup.i draw 30 min, lady check my tracking number and went inside to bring my package. she came after 20 min and told we dont have received from main facility.Now i need to drive to main facility to get it today(Friday), or they can delivered on Monday to nearby location where i initially requested for pickup.Worst service ever seen.

Horrible management! They should immediately replace the manager at this location. They seem to running their own ship and totally over look dhls protocol. Ive waited over 3 weeks for a packet to be delivered. Now theyre making me pick up and hour from my house. Ridiculous. Worst mail service ever...I called 5 days in a row, to correct their mistakes. They got my adress wrong 3 times....
Delivery was scheduled for end of day, took off work and stayed home all day waiting, only to get a msg, DELIVERY ATTEMPTED, PLS ARRANGE A REDELIVERY. Driver didnt show up but i still receive the above message. This happened for two days straight. The annoying part was that on the second day, i actually just got off the phone with customer service notifying them that am home, and that i have not seen the driver even though it was almost 7pm. Moment i got off that phone, i received the attempted delivery msg. this clearly shows that the drivers NEVER showed up. PATHETIC SERVICE
Waited all day for my package. 22 hrs later and I still dont have my package. Was told by end of the day. Called the next morning and was told that the driver was in my area between 12 & 2:15pm the day before to deliver my package.

I was supposed to pick up a shipment at this location after they didn’t deliver my package to my house although i was at home, i went there and after 45 minutes waiting for lady that told me my package is there somewhere she told me the driver didn’t follow schedule and its not there for me to pick up, i had to meet the driver in nowhere to get it, they waste 4 hours of my time for a little package.

Easy location to send packages internationally from. They do not accept cash, just keep that in mind when you go.
