Wont deliver, will make up excuse like insufficient address when a quick google search will pull up the address. Will not answer the phone and will literally refuse the call on 1st ring. When USPS is better than you that is very sad. I thought DHL went out of business and I hope to God they do and very soon.

Not the address, gps routes you there for 11515 Woodham. Actually the place is at richy rd and woodham. C & S brought out Grocer Suppy.

I went to a job interview there the staff polite, courteous, professional and there level of efficiency was amazing. They. Are so focused and you could. See everyone looked like they were well trained and proficient at there jobs clean work stations, clean break room and lastly the two members of the hiring staff that where over the hiring new the company well and answered every question I had for them with out hesitation. Thank you both for the opportunity to be considered for his position

The service is horrible and your packages will just sit there for days even if they arrive before the delivery date. I would prefer a mule or a pigeon to deliver my items instead of dhl.....

MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN SITTING HERE SINCE THE 24TH OF APRIL!!! Can someone tell me how to get in contact with them??? I need my glasses I cannot see!!! It was supposed to be delivered on the 27th!!

My package supposed to be delivered on the 24th of June. Then they switched to the 27th. NOW it’s the 1st of July AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY PACKAGE ‼️This facility don’t even pick up their dang phone!!!!I wished I could give Zero stars. They don’t deserve even one!

I order my package April 15, the date said it would arrive April 22. It’s already April the 28 and I have not seen my package move from this area for 9 whole days! It arrived there on the 19th!

Been waiting for my package over a month and it hasn’t got here. Supposedly it was gonna come on Friday and today is Monday and it just arrived to this facility

They never answer phone calls. And run late on packages. Learn how to answer your phone when it rings, otherwise cut y’all’s phone line. And deliver packages on time.

My package has been in yalls facility for more than a week, I call and they state that I will have my package one day next thing you know I dont. I will be filling a complaint with the BBB in regards to this. Poor customer service and no help whatsoever. No wonder people prefer UPS or FedEx. Never again.

They havent figured out the packages wont deliver themselves. Hopefully they will be cut out of the delivery loop soon so we can get our packages in a timely manner.

The number listed here on google is wrong. I have called and a woman answers the phone stating the number is incorrect for contacting DHL.

Held my package hostage for a week and still going with no notification of when the package will be delivered. Address is very clear. Friends have also had trouble with this specific facility before. LAZY WORKERS!
