This is the first time I used someone to store my fur. What made me choose this man was his guarantee that if I ever needed my fur, all I needed to give him was 1 day notice. He explained to me that everywhere else in Houston would require much more time than that because they ship your coat to Jersey or other places far away. Well low and behold, we will probably have snow on Friday so I call on Thursday to have my coat ready. Guess what? I cant get it until Saturday because everyone is calling me for their coats .... He did not live up to the promise his website claims, You can pick up your garment with 1 day notification.I will be picking up my coat on Saturday and will not be returning it to him. I cant afford for this to happen again to me at a time where it is IMPORTANT that I have my coat on time.My question to you the reader is.... how important is someones word to you when it comes to you giving him your business? To me... it is VERY important and Mr. Peters will no longer have my business because he made no offer to uphold to his promises, just gave me an Im sorry, but thats just the way it is
