Nice people, dry cleaning is find. Do not recommend for alterations. Very sloppy work, couldnt do basic hemming, pantsh had sloped/crooked bottom ends. Seem to not understand the concept of straight lines.

Where do I start? The staff is absolutely amazing! The owners daughter did not stop going the extra mile for me! I felt so loved from the moment I walked into the building! Ive never had my clothes cleaned so well ever as well! I even take my undergarments here! I trust them with my life! Truly the best dry cleaners in the world!

Would rate 10 stars if I could! Ive searched tirelessly through houston over the years for a reliable cleaners and bad experience after bad experience I finally found the one!!! The staff is amazing!!! And they really do a good job!!!! Ive trusted them for several different wedding courts attires and other formal events and they have always exceeded my expectations!!! Would recommend to my closest friends.

Been coming here since 1998, the elderly lady used to fix little things like loose buttons - she was an angel! Senior staff members are kind and professional and my clothes have never been lost or mistreated. I am grateful for the 2 for 1 Thursday deal, thats been going on forever. I know and trust these people so I dont mind paying a little more than the discount cleaners charge.

We’ve used Wolfe’s for almost two years now and any time we encountered a problem they fixed it right away! Staff is friendly and service is quick. They have a drive through and a special on Thursday for 2 for 1 (of the same item, ie two shirts for the price of one)

They are VERY EXPENSIVE compared to other cleaners Ive used. Their prices are not posted so if youre a new customer be prepared for sticker shock. They greeted me when I dropped off the clothes on a Thursday and said it was 2 for 1 Thursday. When I went back on Tuesday to pick up my garments they forgot to give me the discount. For ten items of normal work clothing (blouses, skirts, light suit jacket, dress) it was a whopping $58! When I asked why the prices were so high and how much per piece they charged, the clerk said Oh youre new and he should have given you the discount for the 2 for 1 let me fix that. I asked for the price list which she gave me as a register receipt without any care or concern . The discount took a mere ten dollars off the bill. At other cleaners I expect to pay around $25 for ten items. I wont ever be back. Way overpriced and my clothes were no better or cleaner than the other cleaners Ive used before. Buyer beware if youre budget conscious. Let me help you out here with their price list: Blouse $5.25, Shirt $4.25, Dress $8.25, Skirt $5.25, Pants $4.25, Sweater $5.25, Mens or Womens 2 pc Suit $9.25, Mens or Womens Suit Jacket $6.25, Tie $4.25, Scarf $3.25 and to not clean but just press a shirt or pants is $2.75.

Seconding the sticker-shock review. I called and was told shirts are 1.75, and that heavy starch was not additional. When I picked up my 19 shirts, I found I was charged 2.25 per shirt. They werent even heavy starch. Note - the 2-for-Tues is only on actual dry cleaning services, not regular launder/press. The shirts looked okay and I was treated well, if you use them just be aware of what you are paying.

Very professional service. Friendly staff greet you when you walk in the door. The young attractive lady at the register is very professional. Would definitely recommend this place to anybody. Very resonable prices. Hands down best service in Houston.

I’ve used them over the years and it’s been spotty. Lately, they haven’t clean my clothes at all, just press a little. I’ve brought the same clothes in twice to see if they’d clean them, and both times I get them back dirty. Don’t waste your time.

So sad. I would give them 5 stars for service and courtesy, but I have yet to get back a pair of pants or sweater that is as long as they were when I dropped them off. :( Every single sweater comes back with shortened sleeves. Every pair of pants is a little bit tighter and shorter. I have to throw them away.

This place is pretty shocking. They have misplaced two items now (on two different occasions) of which they admitted to on one of them. I have called a dozen times, filled out a claim form, and I apparently always call when the manager is not there. Both shirts were pricey so it’s a bummer, and I’ve been a customer for 5+ years. They don’t hold themselves accountable for anything. It’s really frustrating. Go anywhere else unless you want to risk losing your clothes.

Absolute WORST! I never write reviews but I was so blown away by how horrible this place was that I had to warn people to never go. I dropped off a suit on a Tuesday afternoon. They told me it would be done by 5pm the next day. I ended up picking the suit up that Saturday morning on my way to the airport (I was leaving for a very important job interview...hence the need for a freshly cleaned suit). 1) they cant find my suit anywhere. 20 mins goes by and I even go back there and start going through the racks in panic (I had a flight to catch soon + I was visiting Houston from out of town, this is my only suit for the interview). 2) finally they find in the corner my suit wadded up in a ball (I had brought it in neatly hanging, wrinkle free, but still in need of a clean). I now had a suit that was way worse than before! 3) they never apologized once! They just handed me over the wad saying I guess it didnt get done.Job Interviews are stressful enough, but having to rush to the airport to make it to the interview in time now with a wadded, smelly suit was the worse feeling. Absolutely unacceptable service. And incredibly rude about their screw up. NEVER GO!

Expensive Expensive Expensive! I have never paid that much for dry cleaning and I even took my things in on a Thursday for the 2 for 1 special. Maybe they mark up their prices because you can always get coupons and deals so that helps cover that but I am just in shock as to how expensive it is. I paid $45 for all my items and at my old dry cleaners this would have only been $25.. and again that’s with 2 for 1! I cannot believe I would have had to pay $90 if it weren’t for the 2 for 1. I wanted something closer to home and that’s why I tried Wolfe’s but never mind, it’s worth the bit of a drive to my other cleaners. Go somewhere else and save your money!!! They did do a good job but so do other cleaners for much less.

Not impressed. The 2 times I used them... 1) my items were not ready the next day as promised and I had an event to attend. 2) Gave them another try and brought 2 items in on the 2-for-1 Thursday. Didnt know that it had to be the same type of items. Told the gal it was only my 2nd time there - you would think she would have told me. Of course, she did seem inconvenienced that she even had to help me when I came in. Way too many other places I can give my business. Oh, and I recieved an email survey request after that 2nd visit. I took time to complete it, thinking they should know about my experience. I didnt even recieve a response. That was 6 weeks ago. Really? Things happen, but customer services is about how you can fix a wrong. Not even responding is a huge no-no in my book.

I asked before I left my childs pants how much they would charge to hem them and the guy told me 5.00. I was charged 14.00 each pair totaling $90 for 6 pair!! He goes on to tell me he never said this, I would have never agreed to pay 14.00 to hem up an 8.00 pair of childs pants from Childrens Place. Ridiculous!

Brought 5 shirts and 5 trousers in at 7:10 am — 10 minutes after they open. Was told same day service wasn’t available. This place is a joke.

The Heights is a barren wasteland for dry cleaning services. Wolfe’s charges EXTREMELY high prices for cleaning, pressing, and suits/dresses.I’ve never had an issue with the 2-3 day turnaround and the cleanings are par for the course.Not the best value or timing available.

Terrible service!! Lost our clothes on TWO separate occasions and had to go searching for them based on our descriptions of the items. They were extremely unprofessional and rude both times!!
