Love washing there. Its always clean and they are very helpful

I went here for the free drying, as nothing is worse then not having enough coinage to fully dry.I used the 6 loads ($5.25 base price (bp) for cold water; no extra rinses). I was doing a TON of laundry (was seriously out of clothes) and wanted heavy soiled with an extra rinse (all cold water) and it came out to $6 for the 6 loader washer. There was a 2 loads machine which was (bp) $3.25, with extras it was $4, there was also an 8 loads (which is probably what I should have used in the first place!) which was (bp) $8.50.The place was clean but EXTREMELY HOT. Make sure you either get a water ($1) or bring one. The sodas were $1.50.There were also vending machines for laundry stuff,There were massage chairs, I believe (dont know for sure) that there gambling machines and a very lonely looking auto insurance guy (no business).The employees were always walking around, taking care of the things that needed to be done.All in all, a good experience (except for the HEAT, which was due in part to the doors being open as it was busy!).

For those who keep saying this place is not open 24 hours… it clearly says open till 24:00 meaning till midnight. The owner clearly did this as a gimmick of some sort and used military time.

I changed a $5 to quarters but only got $4.25 and the lady claimed I was lying about it. I’ve also had quarters stuck in the washing machine and there’s a lady that helps but the other one just says to add more.

This washateria is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. This is the first time I have ever seen FREE driers. Yes!, you dont pay to dry your clothes, only to wash. The staff keeps this place in good condition. I give them 2 thumbs 👍up.

Pretty clean, and good size washers. The dryers are free if you spend at least $6 or more on your wash. We saved about $2 from what we normally spend.

Never been more happy to come washing like today an awesome gentleman that works here comes out and helps us with unloading our laundry from the cars so awesome first time here and it wont be the last. Very clean too😁

Would like at least 1 person in there that speaks English to communicate with about the place..

I have never been to a laundromat where it was SO clean. The employees are awesome...they are friendly and actually help their customers bring in their laundry. While we were there, all I saw was the employees clean, clean, clean. I will definitely return. And free dryers are abplus as well

Is expensive but the machines wash good and the dryer dry the clothes the first time

Very rude male attendant when you are washing for some reason they will try to move your cart and then get upset with you if you say something. I will never wash here again due to them being rude to a paying customer. Needless to say they are not 24 hours.

Clean plenty of machines love the free dryers.

My husband and I checked the website for times and online, it says they are open until 1 am.in front of the store is a big banner stating they are open until 24:00 hours, aka Midnight as well as on the door. We got in and started to put our clothes in a machine and they came up telling us they were closed. This was around 10-10:30 pm on a Friday night. I will give them another chance, but not happy when it was my only change to get to do laundry for the next week.

I arrived about 10 p.m. on a Thursday. The store exterior was clean, debris free, well lit, with ample and spacious parking. Baskets were readily available outside. I wheeled my basket overflowing with laundry inside and was met and greeted at the door, as well as my 3 year old granddaughter. I was immediately assisted with finding the largest of their washers (8 loads), and helped a few times figure out how to change the water temperature from cold to warm, added a pre-wash cycle, and an additional rinse cycle - and was only $8.75! The dryers are free! Here I spent less than $1.10 to wash and dry EIGHT LOADS - at the place I usually go to I spend $2.25 a load and usually have a few items to still hang dry for a little while. As I waited for my washer to run, I treated myself to a 25 minute massage for $5.00, in one of their massage chairs! Snacks, cold drinks, free wi-fi, and plenty of entertainment was readily available! The facility was clean and smelled clean! Attendants are smiling, cheerful, helpful, considerate, and extremely polite! Q Washateria has a new loyal customer! For me, this has been the best wash day ever!!!

NOT OPEN 24 HRS AS THE FLIER OUTSIDE THIS PLACE INDICATES. THEY CONSTANTLY CHANGE THE TIME OF CLOSE. I liked the place and that they help you from your car with things. Thats a 5 star . The free drying is a 5 star as well. The reason for 3 star for 2 things. Washers cost more then where I usually go and washers are smaller. Also I dont know If people actually watch there washers but I sat there looked at all the washers because I thought it was just mines and the hardly use any water. Thats why Im not coming back. I mean whats the use washing if the clothes arent washing right.

Not crowded and they have a pretty good selection of popsicles and ice cream and they have 2 quarter drop arcade games to kill time while your doing your laundry. This is my new goto laundromat.

Wonderful place on Antoine! Very clean.. Wonderful staff. Tiffany is the best. She told me about the app tracking the wash time, the card, discounts, etc. I’m definitely ditching my old Washateria 😂👍🏽. I would give it 10 stars if I could

So clean, staff are amazing, and the dryers are FREE! Super fast dry time too, lots of space so you never feel crowded, and the washers are all brand new! I have a very large family, and have never spent less than $30 a week to wash elsewhere. But since Ive started coming here, Ive never spent more than $19 (and that was when I washed bedding in addition to our usual weekly amount of clothes)

They were asking to wear mask for every customer and they try to keep it cleaned everyCorner . It was nice to be there.👍

I love this place, the staff always offers to take your clothes in and out, it is very clean and the machines are plentiful and work great! The washers may cost a little more than other places but the free dryers make up for it. I wont do my laundry anywhere else!!

Very clean. Friendly AND helpful staff. They always help unload and load your vehicle. Never been to a washeteria that had helpful staff before. The employees keep busy and dont sit around.

There washers hardly use any water at all. They charge more for the hot water cycle and they do not even have any running hot water in the building. If you want your clothes to be washed correctly then you have to add a gallon of water into the machine as it is washing. Dryers are free but you pay double the price for the wash!

I enjoy coming to do my laundry staff help in every way from taking your clothes down from your car to helping u to put it in the dryer to making sure you feel good on coming back this is definitely my spot to wash I would give them a 10 love love this place even my kids said wow 😊
