Went today 9/26 for the first time to wash my king sized comforters and pillows, it was a pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly and loved on my ESA dog ☺. I downloaded and used the app to pay for everything and it was simple and straightforward. My comforters are cleaner and softer than they are when I take them to the dry cleaners. I will definitely be back! 5 stars

I downloaded the app. The attendant was helpful to answer questions, Ill be back to do laundry again, this was my first time here. Im visiting a friend near the area but Ive noticed these chains, they look clean and efficient. The only thing is that the machine to depense detergent or dryer sheets is not accepting cards or working and I needed that vending machine today. Otherwise, a great washateria.

Wow what an awesome experience! Get this, the machines are operated by an app that’s easy to download and manage. The facility is calm, clean, cool, and welcoming. No more creeps hanging around staring taking up space, I felt comfortable during my visit. The prices weren’t bad, and I even earned some redeemable reward credits for my next visit. Thank you to the attendant Elessa who made the process quick and simple, and my first visit one to remember.

Nice clean place with new washers and dryers

Nice and clean. Everything looks new.They have a 20/10 dollar to 5 dollar bill machine and a quarter machine, and they both work. Lol At my old laundromat it wouldn’t work half the time and only if the bills were literally flat ironed, so this is legit refreshing.

It was clean and the stuff member was nice and helpful. The door was acting weird. Thought I was gonna get locked in for a second. Lol. Clean digs and looking good. Thanks laundry 4u!!

Poot customer service by the lady working days with the bleached, short, curly hair. An older gentleman came in to wash a load on laundry and accidentally put his money into the wrong machine. He literally only had enough to wash/dry one load. He asked the employee for assistance and she was of no help, she her words verbatim, “I can’t do anything”. I find it hard to believe that such an immaculate place does not have policies in place to reimburse customers. I ended up paying for his wash, as I saw he had reloaded his basket of dirty laundry and was leaving. But that’s not the point, I believe there was something the employee could’ve done to assist this man.

Had a great time learning this new tech savy laundromat! Our assistant Teira was incredibly helpful and showed us everything we needed to know to get started! My absolute favorite thing is the value center to change our money to digital currency, no more lose change finally! Looking forward to coming back and doing the wireless transactions again!

This place was almost immaculately clean IE spotless. The woman working the night shift definitely is doing her job.My only suggestion for improvement would be if the owner would please consider certain types of cleaning products that are often more eco-friendly and environmentally friendly they do make some that are still good at sanitizing but a little less vital.I understand theyre trying to keep the place clean and germ-free however I think theres products that are not aerosols that probably have parabens in them etc. I know for people that dont have conditions like severe asthma etc this usually is not even a thought on their mind or of much concern and I understand that.Im just saying long-term exposure to such things can add up on the body potentially. The our companies that make products that are IE low V.O.C. vital organic compounds. For example 7th Generation and then I think theres a Green Cert organization that review certain cleaning products determine how environmentally friendly they are.Im a Veteran who suffers significantly from environmental illness thats the only reason Im mentioning this.However I would still return here. it looks like the building may have had slight water damage at one point in time however it has literally zero mold odor and I can tell from the work they did with the ventilation that they did a pretty good job repairing any damage that had been done apparently. You can still see how shiny the new ventilation ducks are.That tells me the owner of this place is not a slumlord; and does the repairs when necessary.Also the machines are REALLY fast and efficient. Hersch Models seem to be top tier. So glad I found a clean spot!

The washers and dryers work very well, they have the offer that the washing is at 50%, when using the application it alerts us when the machine has finished its cycle and with what is saved in the washing, it can be used in the dryers

I visit this laundry every Saturday, I really like how they remodeled it with all their new machines and new system.

Completely recently remodeled all the new machines and I like that you can program the washing and drying of the clothes from an app this great
