Cleanest and best running laundromat I have ever been to. I love that I can use an app instead of hunting for quarters. Its also right next to a great coffeeshop.I just wish the hours were better. Either opening early one day or staying open late would be great because it is hard to get there during the week days when I work.

Very clean facility with owners that demonstrate their commitment to providing a great environment for us to come and get our laundry done. Really cool apps to pay for laundry and keep track of the machines from your phone.

Came down here after my dryer started acting up. Location was clean, machines appeared to be in good working order, and there was a cash to coin machine. Dryers cost $1.50. I thought the washers were a little pricey at $6, but I may have been looking at the largest ones. Staff was polite and helpful. Decent parking onsite with additional street parking in the neighborhood. Coffee shop next door was nice to wait in.

The best washateria in town! great location, within a few steps from a coffee shop where you can sip and wait for your clothes to wash or there is seating in the washateria (with nice, cool ac). Not sure what the other reviews are talking about regarding staff, every time I have gone I am greeted by a very friendly and helpful man that is attentive. they have a super clean inside and great equipment that thoroughly washes. This place is in a league of its own when it comes to washaterias!

The equipment is very clean and new, however I had a problem with management. The older gentleman, Im not sure if hes manager owner or what, but he has a very bad attitude and is very rude, almost like its an inconvenience for you to be there. He was walking around asking people when they are going to leave and how much longer until they were done because he apparently doesnt like customers spending money. They werent causing any type of problem and the place was empty. He made me decide that it is worth driving further and hitting rush hour traffic to not have to deal with his mouth

First time here but I honestly love this place. I had never been to a Laundromat but everything was pretty self explanatory, super organized, clean, and overall quick and easy. Everyone is minding their own business, calm, quiet, not crowded. Theres 3 different sizes for washers and big a*s dryers which I believe there’s only that size for dryers. Washers go from $2.50, $4.25, and the big one for $8.25 I believe. Also a $6.00 one. There’s plenty of washers and dryers, there’s pleeenttty of folding station/ tables for your things, and the owner is very friendly and helpful. He didn’t help me but I saw him helping others and definitely seems inviting. I used the app to track how much time I had left and to pay with credit card. It’s super easy- you download the app and then you load credit onto your account (minimum $10) then you scan QR of the machine you wanna use and you’re set. It does take coins too and there’s a bills-to-coins machine if you have cash but no coins on you. It smelled so good in here? there’s a bathroom which is super clean by the way, and it’s also cool, so it doesn’t get super hot even with a bunch of dryers in use. Comfy, clean, quiet. I’ll definitely be back.

Y’all! We are displaced from Hurricane Laura and was so apprehensive about finding a laundromat not knowing the surroundings/ neighborhoods. Well, let me tell you, we hit the jackpot here! This place was so clean and friendly. They have change machines, but also has an app available to pay at the machines 🙌🏼 There are 3 different size washers and big dryers! The owner, Mrs. Susan, was such a pleasure to talk to. They have all high end washing detergent and fabric softeners available too!!! Mrs. Susan has SO MANY more plans to make it even better (which seems like it isn’t possible)! They were so accommodating! I didn’t have hangers for my clothes that we don’t dry. The staff seen me draping them over my basket and offered me hangers to allow them to dry while my other clothes was in the dryer! They didn’t have to, but they did and just confirmed some of the BEST customer service I have experienced in quite some time!! Give them a try! There won’t be ANY regrets!

The fake blonde bimbo that owns the place is rude, disrespectful, and obviously a miserable person!!! She shouldnt take her misery out on customers. Running a laundromat is the equivalent of running a lemonade stand!!! Youre not all that!!! Get a clue!!! Youll be strong!!!

I live very close to here but avoided it because it closes so early, I decided to give it a try 2 weeks ago after going to another laundromat and my clothes still being wet after drying them for almost an hour. Firstly, its great that mercantile is right next door, you can grab a coffee and relax while doing laundry, it honestly doesnt feel like such a chore anymore. Secondly, the washers and dryers work off an app so that means NO MORE CHANGE! That really won me over, not to mention the dryers actually dry and it only takes 30 minutes, amazing. Only thing is I wish they were open later, oh well I have no bad things to say!

Been coming here weekly for about 2 months now. Always clean, never crowded. Jimmy is awesome.Cute coffee shop next door (Mercantile) with good cold brew and free WiFi; always get some homework done while I wait.Spend on average 5 bucks for whatever laundry from the week, and another 5 grabbing a coffee. Not bad at all for the area.

I remember about 3 years ago this place was kinda shabby but I went there yesterday to do my laundry and was thoroughly impressed by the amazing transformation they underwent. All washers and dryers are brand new. Everything works great and they have several choices as far as the capacity goes. And not only they have change machines now but apparently you can also pay with an app. Staff is friendly and professional. I happened to leave my headphones there and when I called the next they still had them! Definitely my favorite place to do laundry from now on

Each time I go there, Im greeted with a hello or good morning from the gentleman working inside. The machines are nice and I leave satisfied that my clothes are clean.

Upon arrival at 4pm theres a sign on the door that said last wash at 3:30 even though it says they close at 5:00 online.

First time here, place, machines and tables very well kept. Definitely recommend this place and would come back if needed.

I love this place. They have an app for their equipment, which makes it easy and quick.

Sense the ownership change renovations this place is so nice. However, these changes did come with an increase in load prices. Which does no longer make it the cheapest laundromat in the area. I wish they had kept some top loading washers at the old prices as they only have the more industrial front loaders now. Also there are some aspects of the renovation that seem unfinished. Such as the open and exposed backs of all the washers. Can get busy especially if there are a lot of drop off service costumers as the general machines are also used for these costumers. I believe the app system they have to pay for the machines does also show how many available machines there are, but not sure as I have not used the app myself yet.

Im really impressed with the great job they did on my laundry. Everything was folded and organized, and the price is right too. Plus theyre renovating the inside and its much bigger with new machines. Im not doing my laundry anywhere else from now on!

This s a great place but it’s going to be even better once the new owner puts in all the updated machines with the app and everything, you can go away and the app will let you know when to come back for your clothes! I can’t wait to try that out! I heard they were going to also have like a patio seating area too and she loves dogs, the new lady! I think it’s just what the neighborhood laundromat needed was a little sparkle and shine and new faces!

I left my clothes in there too long on accident, the gentleman that owns the laundromat came in to open the doors for me so I could get my clothes WAY after it had CLOSED. ITS ALWAYS CLEAN AND I THINK THE BEST PLACE IN THE CITY to do laundry! 😍

Perfect place for the OCD clean freaks out there !!! Extremely clean stainless steel washers and dryers and SHINY surfaces everywhere ! Super duper clean place perfect for those of us that DEMAND a perfect environment! Also, next door the coffee shop offers WIFI and dine in!

The machines here handled my heavy weighted blanket with ease. It was clean in one wash cycle, and dry in one dry cycle with these machines. The gentleman working here was extremely nice and helpful. Ill definitely come back when I have large or heavy items that my home washer/dryer cannot handle.

I leave my sheets, towels, t-shirts, jeans, etc. here every week for Duke to wash. Its always very clean and nicely folded when I come back to pick it up. Great prices and saves me lots of time.

This places closes at 5:30 pm. I arrived at 5pm and was told to leave immediately. Definitely won’t be coming back here.

Was there at 4:40 pm. I was told in a very rude way he will close at 5. He would not let me in. Why is it saying 5:30? Could easily made my laundry till than.

Ive done my laundry here every week for over a year. There is hardly ever a wait for machines, theres a TV and seating. The owner and staff are nice and accommodating. Plus, it is right next door to the Mercantile Coffee Shop. The prices have increased, but it is competitive for the area. $1.75 for a wash and $1.50 for the dryer. The dryers are huge and can fit a lot of clothes. I recommend this place!

The store rep was extremely rude and even insulted me, calling me an idiot under his breath when coins I had inserted got stuck in one of the machines!On a more positive note their washing machines and dryers worked pretty well.

Theres no change machine and the owner refused to do change (quarters). The place is in horrible condition so the poor service is no surprise.

Very rude man, sign said they closed at 5:30 I started my dry at 4:30 and he tells me I only have 30 minutes and that he’s waiting on me. l started the dryer and it said 40 minutes. He huffed and puffed so I ran home grabbed my baskets went back and took my wet clothes out told him have a nice day ...he then claimed he felt bad about the situation, but he was very rude at the beginning, will not return.

Duke is the owner, he does all the work himself. His laundry service is a life saver. We have been using this laundromat and his laundry service for 5 years so far. Duke is a great guy.

The Owner is very conscientious about his Business. The machines are kept repaired and its in a very good location.

Cheap enough. The only have toploaders, which only refresh the clothes, rather than clean them properly.Watchout for the beggars outside. Just ignore them.

I like it. Its clean and next door to mercantile Montrose. So you can entertain yourself while your clothes wash and dry.

The cheapest washer is $1.75 not $1.25 and it is $1.50 for 30 minutes of drying. I only washed one load. I gave two stars because it wasnt that clean and a bit ran down for a laundrymat.

Ive been going to this laundromat for about 20 years. Duc runs the place well, keeps it clean, and is always there to get you quarters. Washers and dryers always work and there are several types of each. Best thing is the dry cleaning service is open 7 days a week so you can pick that up even on Sundays, though its not done on site. Its also not too crowded on the weekends. Duc now works there alone, although he used to have some help. Cool coffee place next door and a Starbucks is down the street. You can pick up the Wifi from the next-door coffee place ;)

I showed the owner my towels and informed him the washer did not rinse them. He said what do you want me to do about it I said rinse them or at least give me my money back. He said no its my fault. I showed him I did no over fill my washer and that it was not my fault. He again said nothing I do about it I said you can AT LEAST give me half my money back. And as he went to get my 75cents he called me an idoit anoung other words. If my towels werent so soapy I would have jua t taken my wet clothes home to line dry. I most definitely will not come back or let anyone I know support this rude business owner.
