Always clean. Always feel safe. Wash is on par with everyone else. But you cant beat free dryers. And friendly staff. Worth every penny.

Have washers and dryers that load up to 8 loads. Dryers are free. Big place. ..gets a little sketchy around there once the sun goes down and it gets dark but its great to go during the day!

My washer broke and I hadnt been to a laundromat in over 20 years. This is the type of Laundromat to go to for efficiency. Clean and quick with just a few broken machines but enough where there wasnt a problem or wait. Now mind you I went early in the morning. The young lady was super friendly with answering my questions. Yes I would go back if need be in the future.

Always clean no problems with Washers or Dryers Staff is always willing to help with a smile!!

The best, friendliest and cleanest laundry facility in Houston, Texas. I literally drive pass hundreds just to get here. I even talked myself into visiting a few thinking that I would get the same service, but unfortunately I didnt. The experience is worth every mile driven. Thank you guys for allowing me to enjoy doing my laundry.!!!

Nice and clean always. I dont like that they moved the long couches but I like that they added the games brings me back to my child hood. Very nostalgic.

I am a regular here, have been for 7 yrs. I came to dry my clothes and the workers said I have to pay because I didnt wash my clothes there. Mind you it stays packed and parking is limited.last Last week I saw several customers dry clothes even comforters there and nothing was said to them. I told them I will give then .50 to use the dryers. If they feel like that they should have at least one or 2 dryers with the coinboxes in them. Im thinking about going somewhere else. Oh come here twice a week sometimes and spend over 20.00. Oh feel very differently now.

The location is great, not crowded and lots of machines to use including the super load ones where you can wash those big comforters. The prices are fair. The place is maintained very well and very clean, even the bathrooms. The biggest plus is the comfortable seating area and flat screen TV. They also sell all kinds of laundry soaps in case you forget anything. Overall, excellent laundry mat.

I came here before the renovations and its still a great place to wash. The staff is friendly, prices are fair, and the place itself is clean and well maintained. They do sell soap/softener, have a vending machine, ice cream freezer, arcade games, and big screen TVs. They also have a large lounge style sofa (amazing!) so you can relax comfortably while waiting on your clothes. Overall, great washateria!

My first time here and the prices are better than other places, small and large washers and driers, clean place, they sell detergent, ice cream, candy and snacks, they have drink machines, a large flat screen tv, and a few arcade games. The staff are nice and friendly. This is my new favorite washateria and there is no one here but me so its not crowded and I like that the most!

A great place to wash with no rush or loud environment. TV and WiFi...feels like Im washing at home. Everything I need in one place.💯💻💭🎩

Normally when coming in during the day the woman is nice and gives no problem. I called beforehand to ask what the last load time was they said 8:30. I got here at 8:20 just to dry clothes. I get my clothes in the dryer amd the male employee informs me I cant dry because I came too late. There are people with their things still in the washer. I will be done becore then but he is adamant about not letting me dry my clothes. The woman in the next dryers has 52 minutes on her dryer and I informed him I only need 27 he still refuses to let me dry because his manager Bernice says so. I asked to speak to the her and explain to her how it didnt make since, she rolls her eyes and waves her hand and say fine. Unprofessional and rude !

Very clean and well managed Laundry mat. Washers and dryers are fairly priced and dryers do not over dry your clothes. The only issues is that they have this one old black man, who lives across the street in the Innwood Pines condos who just will act like he is working for this establishment but he just beg ppl to go and by a beer at the local corner store cause he has been banned. He is the worst example of a employee ever. I almost had to punch him in his damn face for rolling up on me like he knew me.
