GREAT staff. Extremely helpful. Very clean environment and machines. Equipment in good working order. Wash and fold services available. Best experience I have ever had using a laundromat. I normally wash/dry at home but will consider using this alternative for larger loads (quilts/comforters) and when I have multiple loads (over 5-6) to do, in the interest of time. I got 7 loads done in under 2 hours and appreciate the free time it left me to enjoy.

People that work here is friendly, prices are fair, theres washer and dryer machines always available, the place is always clean, they do have comfortable rest areas, arcade games and snack vending machines, also everytime you recharge $20 on your card you get $2 extra credit, I really recommend this place

One BIG factor the laundry room would not be nice and clean if it wasnt for the people that work there The manager Margarita has been there for over a decade and has great customer service now a days is hard to find hard working people, the washers and dryers are good obvious after certain use they may need repair or replace but gets the job done everyone is welcome wash and fold is available card system they be having specials like the 2 dollar bonus for every 20 or bring a new friend and get a load on the house max 4.85 free coffee 🧥🧦👔👕

I like this laundromat. They try to keep it neat and tidy. My one complaint is their dryers never dry my clothes completely even after 42 minutes of drying. This is a consistent issue for this place, however, I would still recommend it.

I literally just finished, its 1025pm. The two ladies were very friendly, constantly cleaning, both bi- lingual and very helpful to my needs. I was having issues with the card and the money but they both came right over. Its been years since I have been here, my dryer just went out and I have been letting my clothes pile up to about 20 loads, so I had alot!!!. I used all the super huge washers on the far back wall. No complaints. I do have to say dryer 16 doesnt stay shut, you need to leave a basket in front of the door, should be out of service. My clothes did hit the floor 2x before I figured it out. 😔Im always on the go so it was nice to get the opportunity to complete all my laundry at one setting. So glad I chose tonight to come, i have never experienced such proficient customer service and engagement here before now. That k you girls, keep up the great work, good things come to good people!

Decent enough place to wash your clothes.

I’ve been going to this facility for a while now, it’s always very very clean and the staff is AMAZING! Ms. Margarita has been servicing my laundry for almost a year now, not only is she a big help & super nice, my clothes are always PERFECT. If your in the eado area or downtown area this is definitely one of the best laundry mats to visit!!

They don’t open at the times THEY have posted. They’re not open @6am - it’s 6:45am and no one is here. Ruins my entire day/weekend bc I can’t get laundry done in a timely manner on a Friday morning.

This is my favorite laundromat place to go to. The staff is always nice, the other customers are not bothersome and it always looks very clean. There are also always plenty of machines available.

Great place! Restrooms are always clean. You’ll have to obtain a card to wash and dry, which you could get from the washateria. You have the option to add cash on it, in addition through debit/credit card but there would be a $1 fee for cards (i believe) but you’ll have to ask the employees. They provide free coffee besides the vending machines! I only gave it four stars because sometimes when I dry it gives me 30 additional minutes rather than 7mins or so... which is a bit frustrating because I don’t need to dry 30 more mins.

Place is always clean, the ladies there are helpful. They use cards (their own) so I likey that I dont have to carry coins.

Place is always clean, never really crowded, plenty of machines. They have card read machines that you load only with cash. My only issue is not being able to load my laundry swipe card with my credit/debit card. Other than that, love this place.

Pretty big and reasonable prices. My last visit here my clothes literally caught fire and it all happened when I made it home but I could smell like the burnt smell all the way home. Half of my clothes were ruined.

The place is very modern and very well maintained with countless functioning washers and dryers. The use of magnetic strip debit cards to pay for both washers and dryers is very convenient and once you are done you can request any money that is still remaining on the card and get your money back !

Very good place very clean and huge

Been coming here for a a very long time, since it opened to be precise. Today was a bad experience with a very rude staff member who doesnt know how to address customer service issues in the correct fashion. And also doesny do her job which seems simple enough, what so hard about taping a piece of paper on any faulty machines? Ill give this place one more chance but I hope they fix this place up and train staff better.

Rude staff one in particular today she yelled at me when I was standing at the corner from a table do you need something and when she was wiping down the washers she doesn’t say excuse me she just stands by you like if your in her way meanwhile I was placing my clothes in the washer., I come here every 2 weeks and don’t expect to be treated like royalty but common courtesy would be appreciated in a place of business.

If I could click no stars I would but it wont let me post! There is a Rude old lady that works nights! Turned off the tvs at 830 while the little kids are watching it. Follows you around continually with the mop and broom trying to sweep your feet .when your trying to put your clothes in the washer/dryer she is mopping right by your feet.she yells at the little kids and makes you feel rushed even when you come in at 6.. she also closes the restroom at 830 and turns the people away.... we have been coming here for 2 an half years and this last month has been ridiculous!

I appreciate the card payment system. This washateria has five commercial dryers. I have yet to lack an open machine.

I dont think they are hostile to non-English speaking people, I think they just dont understand and there is a language barrier. They should hire at least one proficient English speaking employee that is there all times. I have had several times that they dont understand what I am having issues with.

I come here always because its the cleanest washateria Ive seen around here. O especially love early morning hours because its empty

On June 8th I went to Lavenderia also known as Spin Cycle Harrisburg. Well this time I washed my clothes and proceeded to put my clothes in the dryer...The first cycle my clothes were still wet went down the street came back my clothes are on fire inside the dryer. The owner who wasnt there finally arrived after the fire trucks and witnesses not offer any compensation and not wanting to give me any of his information for compensation. He also had an elder record Me like I caused the problem with his faulty equipment. Being racist and unsympathetic.I hate Ive spent so much money with racist MFS who have no care for human well being...I have four children and a husband they now dont have their own personalize blankets or clothes and thanks to this dumb ass who owns this place I have to spend more money going to court. DO NOT GO HeRE they are racist and liars.The owner tried to lied to the Fire Cheif and the Fire Cheif quickly stopped his lies.

I have used their wash n fold services and things come up missing. And if you leave anything valuable in the clothes..expect to never see it again.
