I had let my laundry pile up and decided to send it out. I decided on MC Washteria as their updated furnishings and equipment and a welcoming and user-friendly layout, prices reasonable, they do wash and fold as well. My laundry was picked up and delivered on time and nicely packaged. Since I didn’t have the opportunity to put away my clean laundry for a couple of days I assumed a lot of it would be wrinkled. I don’t know their secret, but everything was folded so beautifully and stacked just right in the bags that wrinkles were very minimal. The towels are fluffy and folded perfectly, just beautiful! I am very happy with their service and will be using them again. Highly recommend.

Anyone who gives this great place under 5 stars is simply dishonest. The place is great and always delivers we love having our laundry folded and shirts/pants on hangers.

Horrible place. Machines are old and overall area look super dirty, with hangers, papers, lint, all over the floor EVERYWHERE. No restrooms. Dryers wont dry properly. High heat is like light on a regular good machine. Will not comeback EVER

With 3 laundromats within 2 miles of one another, this is my favorite one of them. The staff has always been friendly, never had an issue with machines not working, and their prices are the cheapest of the 3 as well (ex: the largest machine is 4.50 per wash as opposed to $7 & $11 for the 2 down the street). Its kept fairly clean. The only complaint i have is that the change machine is kind of in a weird spot, you have to go through where they do the drop off service to use the change machine, or you could just get your quarters from the person at the counter

Hands-down the best wash and fold in town, always next day service (even when I drop off 140lbs of clothes and tell them it’s no rush, it’s always ready next day.) They provide everything all I do is drop off my bags and the next day everything is neatly folded or hanging, and looks freshly pressed. They really do an amazing job. The owners really are good people, honest and trustworthy people. My husband isn’t the best at checking his pockets and I’ve sent a couple different pocket knives to the wash and fold and they always put them and anything else they find in a little plastic bag with my bags and let me know. I alway recommend them to any of my friends looking for a wash and fold service.

Drop my laundry off and get it magically clean and folded or on hangers next day. Kind, older couple, Ive been coming to them for a few years now. You can also come use the machines and do it yourself.

Their service is great. The best Wash and Fold service in the area. I have been to many before finding their service and I can say they have my business. Check it out if you dont like doing your own laundry! They provide it all, which is great.The people that work it are very sweet and kind.

The gentleman working was happy to stay a few extra minutes so we could get our bedspreads dry. Granted we were late. It was our fault but he was nice enough to let us stay until they were dry! We will be back if we need the service again.

The management was friendly and accommodating to assist me. The equipment was good and worked well. If you have a lot of laundry it is a bit small but if you pick the right time of day it would be good. I will go back again this was my first visit.

Friendly Staff & Help... Very convenient location to wash clothes. Alot of Washers and Dryers in good working condition. Had supplies and change when needed. Great people friendly enviroment. Not crowded at all. Vety peaceful.

Great location and good machines. Only reason why 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is always so damn hot inside.

Gets the job done.First time at this Washateria. I needed quarters for the machine(no change machine). Took the dollar bills to the counter and he handed me the equivalent in a roll of quarters. Not the most well kept but not horrible either. Machines have all digital button controls. Overall I just need to do laundry and this place works.

I give it three stars because the place could be more cleanly AND the bathroom usually doesnt have soap to wash your hands with and when there is soap its like a tiny piece.... as for the people who have given bad reviews about not being able to only dry clothes is NOT a good reason to give a negative report because that is their Policy that the owners enforce and probably for reasons not understood... one more thing, i found disturbing was that my two year old daughter was sitting on one of the chairs that lines the front and a grown as man goes and sits right next to her all the while there were PLENTY of other empty spots! Not a reflection of the owners just their clientele.

Reading all of these reviews before I went today and was a little hesitant to go but since we have a plumbing issue, I needed to wash some towels. Overall I had a pleasant experience.. I guess other people have higher expectations but come on people its a self service WASHATERIA. Its clean and the owners were really nice. I had zero issues getting change and working the machines. There were several dryers that were out but it was not an issue and I was able to wash/dry/fold in less than an hour. I am giving 4 stars just due to the fact that there were a few machines that were out of order which could be an impact during peak times.

Never go here! Very rude greedy people. We had been doing laundry here for two months when our washer broke. Dirty nasty place but thought we had no other choice. We got a new washer then our dryer broke. We went to dry clothes here and owner chased us off. Told us only people who wash here could dry here! Was really nasty about it too. What an idiot! So what if we didnt put money in his washers. He still makes money on dryers too. This only makes him greedy AND STUPID!He actually gets -5 stars. Had to put at least one star just to post this.Found a great place on HWY 6.

When your washer goes out, you have to go to a washateria. This place was very clean, reasonable prices and I got my laundry done in a few hours. The other people there were friendly too.

I stopped by early one sat morning. The place wasnt open yet for anothet 5 minutes.The owner pulled up and parked 2 spits away, came over and started yelling at me because i was sitting there waiting for them to open. There are 2 more that have opened up down the road. This type of attitude has happened once before as well with another patron .Thank god i only had to go there a couple of times when my washer was broken.I guess they have a lot of business ir just dont like their customers.either way, i will advise everyone to not go there.

Cant use the dryers! This laundromat is large with plenty of machines. The place seemed to be clean early in the day. However, as I was loading a dryer the manager told me I couldnt use the machine because the clothes hadnt been washed there. There was only 2-3 customers there, so it wasnt a problem of the place being crowded and other customers needing dryers.

Best place to wash and fold.got into a wreck and came back next day clothes still there and clean.they even put them in the dryer to dry.service is amazing.

Im here every Thursday faithfully. I love the service, they keep their facility clean, & its never packed so youll always be comfortable while washing clothes. No More waiting in the car. They dont have wifi though

I really liked the layout. Lots of tables to fold and chairs to sit, but my favorite thing was the dryer was 10 minutes per quarter, not 6 minutes like others.

I dont write reviews ever. But after what I saw yesterday, I felt like I needed to so that this business doesnt lose business over some of these negative reviews.I come to wash my clothes once a week. I come in, exchange money, and wash my clothes. The man and woman that work are generally always nice. I come in and do my business and get out. The store is clean. Come on people, its a self serve washateria (You dont need much).Yesterday, as my clothes were in the dryer, I started to hear a little bit of arguing. A lady and her daughter were pulling their clothes out of the washers. Apparently, one of the machines didnt wash her clothes. She said she put money in and washed it, but the man was telling her that there was no way that the machine would have not washed it.Things began to escalate and the woman began to raise her voice and started to use profanity. The man was just trying to tell her there was no way and she kept cussing and saying that she did put money in. It was such a scene and uncomfortable to listen to. The man gave her money back and she still was creating a scene and then started to use racial slurs and insinuations. As an African American woman (and that woman was also an African American woman), it was offensive for me to listen to her using such ignorant verbiage. People of color have made such advances, but to hear such crudeness, it felt like we were taking our nation back and not forward. Sister, do better.The argument ended and the woman and her daughter left, only after speaking poorly of the man as other customers came in.The man apologized to the remaining clients for the scene. The mans son ended up puling up the video cameras of the incident. He showed me the footage of her entering and putting her laundry in.LONG STORY SHORT: The woman DID NOT put money into the machine she was making a fuss about. All of that commotion and she was in the wrong.Just thought I needed to share that because I was offended. The man could have handled it better, but he was accommodating and gave her money (When sister was wrong).Anyways:- clean facility- nice staff- watch your clothes

Extremely rude staff. They need to learn how to approach people. I did not appreciate being yelled at like a child. Next time I will drive the extra 3 miles to the other washateria with 4 stars. I try to give the benefit of the doubt that most people are leaving hateful comments just for the fun of it, but that was not the case here. This place has few stars for a good reason.

Not crowded in & out

The staff is extremely rude!!! My dryer needed repairs so I decided to use this place...never again. It was clean, but the management staff was awful!!! Thankful my dryer has been fixed and never will I return to this place

Close to where I live & even if I am not washing clothes there... They always are friendly & have no problem exchanging my dollars out for quarters...And they even help folks out near closing time instead of rushing you out!

My dryer broke with the clothes in it so I drove here to put the clothes through the dry cycle and they came over to me just to tell me I cant dry only have to do wash and dry. I came in with the laundry in one hand and a carseat with an infant in the other.

Very rude owners. Im glad the fire has shut them down for awhile. As the owner of a small business myself, Im amazed this business treats customers in this manner. I only go to wash comforters, but have started going elsewhere.
