Fast and friendly service the first time I stopped by. Unfortunately, things quickly deteriorated when I tried to go back a second time. I recently called the owner to schedule an appointment for watch repair service. He gave me an earful of how busy he was before agreeing to a 2 PM appointment that Saturday. So I arrived to the store 5 minutes before 2 PM. I called at 2 PM to see if he was on his way since the store was dark and the door was lock. No answer! So I called 2 more times in a 15 minute span, and you guessed it, no answer. I was very disappointed! I will NEVER patronize this business again!

Called about replacing a battery in my omega constellation and the guy quoted $85 this is robbery when I questioned him about the price he hung up on me

Best place in Houston to buy watches and clocks, and best watch repair!! Their prices are great. Ive been a customer at Jewelry Watch Service Center for over 20 years and I wouldnt go anywhere else. Its a family run business and they are helpful, honest and just very nice!

My family and I have had a personal relationship with Miguel since meeting him over 20 years ago. Wouldnt use anyone else for our treasures he does it all. Fair pricing, timely and honest. I highly recommend him for all your jewelry and watch needs.

Appointments are recommended. I unfortunately didnt know this ahead of time, but Miguel stayed a bit later than when he was going to leave in order to adjust the metal clasp on my watch. Excellent service and very friendly.

I needed the pins replaced in my clasp. Miguel asked great questions to get to the bottom of the issue. He was up front and honest about what I needed. He finished the work within 24 hours and even cleaned my watch without my request. Very thorough job.

Called to check how much they would charge me to add a link to my watch the gentleman replied 35 to $50 ridiculous high prices called the mall gentleman told me they will charge me 5 to $10 wonder why they have no business.. any repairs for Jewelry watches rather you just drive 5 minutes towards the mall and then go here....
