Sure enough, the first table we looked at had the most beautiful ring Id ever seen. Erica did an excellent job explaining everything to us and providing all the information we needed. She was so kind and helpful, and everything came in when she predicted. We were novices on jewelry, and Erica was so thorough and informative. And to top it all off, the price was so reasonable. We were extremely fortunate to find this gem of a jewelry shop.

The whole experience with Erica was top notch. She has access to a great selection of natural and lab grown diamonds as well as diamond alternatives. We left her shop with a custom, all diamond and platinum ring that was cheaper than a moissanite ring from an online jeweler.

Erica went above and beyond to make sure that our custom wedding bands were just as we wanted them. The results exceeded our expectations. The cast design of the wedding bands was very difficult but Erica and her team were able to make it happen and get them to us on a short timeline for our wedding day. Erica also made a custom necklace for my wife that matched perfectly with the theme of the wedding and with the wedding bands. I love the work this shop does. They do amazing repair/restore work on unusual pieces. I had an ring that was badly designed and kept breaking because no repair would fix the bad design. Very nice quality sweatshop free work. If you are buying a gift though, know that all sales are final. What I really wanted was a kayak and instead I got some jewelry that I couldn’t get refunded. The particular set didn’t suit my style either so now I have a credit. I will have to go back sometime when I have some time to find something I like which I’m sure I will find but still I would have rather had a kayak.
