Marcos heartwarming personality is reminiscent of a bygone era. We were met with kindness, patience, and a willingness to go back and forth until our expectations were exceeded. Forget scammy salespeople and soulless pieces from the big box jewelers, and give these truly local craftsmen a try. They also happen to have fair prices, so its a win-win situation. Surely, well be back in the future.

Eklektic Jewelry Studio is not your ordinary jewelry store. They are artisans- genuine artists with precious metal. I had long wanted a particular design made for a ring made of gold for my daughter for her graduation from college and I went into Eklektic to discuss whether the design could be made and to learn of the process for making it. Marco, the extremely welcoming, friendly and informative proprietor explained how they could do it. They were fast and were very good value for having created a unique piece of jewelry. We could not be happier with the result. Not only do they make jewelry, in their studio they also have cases filled with beautiful pieces ready for customers. This is a special place for Houston.

I love this place! They are so wonderful to work with and really know how to make a vision come to life! Marisette, Marco & Marco Jr. are all so welcoming and treat you like family. Great atmosphere and you really have fun while youre in there.I started with a charm making class (where you actually get to make a charm yourself with their guidance!), and later moved on to them designing an engagement ring with me! Next up is a ring making class...so excited!Highly recommend for some custom jewelry for special occasions or just to spoil yourself.

Wonderful, LOCAL jewelry shop that does custom jewelry and repairs. They used gold from my old jewelry to make my wedding band and helped design my wifes wedding band at a fair price. I will definitely return and I highly recommend them!Edit: Stones within one piece of jewelry I had them make keep falling out. I was only told AFTER I paid and had the ring made that the material that owing to the nature of the stones that they are going to fall out. WHAT?! So, now I have to keep coming back every 4 months to get 1-2 stones replaced? They offered to do the first 5 for free, but otherwise Id have to pay.... what a rip! No thanks, I will be getting a different piece of jewelry elsewhere.They do good work on your own jewelry and for custom made orders, but I did not appreciate the lack of certain details on the one we made.EDIT (12/13/2020): Re: Eklektic response about inconsistent names. I use a pseudonym when I post reviews, doesnt mean I didnt use their store. Still disappointed with the longevity of the ring we got (less than 1 year), and the response about trying to fix it. Ended up getting a ring made with a different jeweler.

Marco is one of the nicest guys Ive ever had the opportunity to work with. This is a family business and everyone is sharp, professional and honest. Life is complicated enough without the distraction of having some awkward business deal. I keep coming back because its easy and seamless to get things done here.

Amazing people, both Marco Jr. and Sr. are fantastic hosts and artists. The level of customization and their willingness to go back and forth with us on minor design changes was incredible. I cant recommend them highly enough! And the quality of the end product was the best you could ask for.

Very personal touch when choosing an engagement ring. Marissette was very helpful in going through the process of designing our own unique ring, picking the stone, and getting the ring made. Absolutely wonderful! My boyfriend had proposed to me earlier in the day, but my ring was too large. For a very fair price and amazing service, my ring was resized and polished no more than two hours later. I honestly could not be happier. I will return to them for all of my jewelry needs.

This is probably the best place in the city where you can go to get your repairs and evaluations done on jewelry pieces both large and small. Marco, the son of a master jeweler runs the business and his dad, with a million years of experience, works at the bench. Its a family business run the way family businesses used to be run. They are thoughtful, careful and treat each customer like they are a VIP. You get tea or coffee when you arrive, sometimes a tour of the facilities - its just a great place to do business for jewelers, jewelry owners, diamond appraisals...etc. They do custom work, repairs, replace stones - they do it all and they do it nicely. I cant recommend them highly enough. Definitely a cut above the rest. And not too expensive. Truly an amazing find...
