The wait was small, but Jose and Nathan were a great help! Be warmed though...the renovation for Target is taking up half of the parking lot so finding a spot sucks.

Not sure why there are so many 1 star reviews. The store is open and very nice. We exchanged our DVR quickly and the service was excellent. The store is located on the right side of the Target store when facing the store.

Terrible experience using them, this location itself is great but the company is Terrible!I had xfinity since February, my internet in June had went down for 2 weeks, they sent out an agent to swap out the internet box wx, once to check all the plugs and connection strength, and a Second time which only worked for a few hours then went down again.I then had to go to this location to and get a new box and a new streaming box, they never credit the out they said they would for the internet being down 2 weeks.Then when I call they always act like they lose connection and hang up when you Try to get the credit back on to your bill. Definitely not worth the hassle, het even gave me a huge hassle to cancel with them and later charged me 2x for the service agents who came out.Would give no stars if I could ! Very lousy customer service. 😔

I was told a service technician would be out to my apartment to set up my INTERNET connection But at 4PM I still had no signal. When I called the 1800 number I was told nothing had been schedule..Now I will have to wait until tomorrow morning and I think employees should know how to do there job. Next time Ill ask for a confirmation invoice

Not happy with them.You cant call the store to make arrangements. I went to pay my bill today and they said I could not because there modem was down and couldnt take payments wasted day and gas

When my wife and I went in to turn in some devices the cashier I.L was slouching over the counter was not answering my question because he was worried about who was calling his phone. Then he gave us our new wifi modem without a gray bag. I heres your stuff . If Im paying 200$ a mouth .we want better service then this. Poor service!!!

Do not bother signing up at this location. Received the wrong information and ended up doubling my monthly bill after a transfer request to the exact or similar plan. Plan I was signed up for was supposed to be $60 with a $20 discount amounting to just a few dollars higher than the original plan before the move. I see my first bill and WITH discounts it’s going to be $60. NO CONFIRMATION of bill amount during the registration process to confirm the final monthly billing amount. I had to call Xfinity to fix the issue and register for a different plan.

Worst experience ever the young lady didnt catch her name but was quite rude i saw a few customers infront of me who pick up equipment and both got there stuff in a bag and explain everything to them but in my case she gave me my stuff in my hand and was told instructions are in the box no bag no nothing smh 1st and last time stopping at this location

I’ve had to work from home during the pandemic and having reliable internet service is of utmost importance. I live in a wealthy urban area with lots of businesses and would expect to have outstanding internet service. At least once a month for the past 6 months Xfinity has had 4 hour internet outages in my area during work hours. This is unacceptable and extremely frustrating because I am unable to conduct business. I cannot emphasize more my hatred for Xfinity and hope people don’t use them and suffer as I have. I will never use them again and tell everyone I know not to use them.

One of the worst rudest customer service person works here. I have talked to this lady twice and she talks very rudely. Her response both the time was always call Xfinity customer service. I cant even ask this lady. She cuts me off in the middle both times. I guess i disturbed her while she was watching TV at the store

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM XFNITIY. we have had xfinity wifi for a few years now and we are continually disappointed. the wifi does not work and shuts off randomly. if you hav ethe patience to deal with this then go ahead and buy from them but we are NOT amused.

Very bad customer services. Went there for an upgrade and the Hispanic guy tried his hardest to get me to leave so he wouldnt have to help me. He gave me an outrageous price I would need to pay (not true). He wouldnt even put the info in the system. As if I didnt have money to pay (prejudging). Went to different location and got my phones upgraded with no problem. Not to mention I been a customer for over 5 years.

Miguel, the Store Manager helped me out with everything I needed, I went to buy a new phone and the process was fast and easy, he answered all the questions I had, he even explained to me about a protective coating you put on your phone screen that makes it scratch and shockproof resistant instead of the regular phone screen protectors, if you need a phone or you have questions with any Xfinity questions, you need to talk to him. Thanks Miguel, I’ll be coming back to this store to get a new phone for myself as well. 10/10

Shoppers beware! this downtown area Xfinity store may be no longer open. GPS and Waze showed I arrived at 1901 Taylor St., Ste. B (zip 77007) and could not locate store at all. Asked businesses near this zone. Drove to S. Voss/Westheimer (77057) location and experienced great service.

Called this number, it went to automated service and it asked if I wanted my NEAREST dropped off location. I selected yes. It requested my zip code. It said, “ sorry there are no locations in that area”. Well, “NO DA”. If I knew the zip code where they are I wouldn’t be asking. 🙄😤😡.

I had Xfinity wifi service and was told an unknown person gave permission to cancel my services, after being with Xfinity for almost 2 years I was told Id have to pay a deposit of $100 to reinstate the SERVICE I NEVER ASKED TO DISCONNECT. so anybody who calls xfinity and gives an address to disconnect can go ahead and do it?? nobody in the call center OR in store was able to explain WHO called or HOW THIS HAPPENED?? seems odd and very concerning. I still have a mobile line with Xfinity, will another random person be able to disconnect that service too??
