We came in close to closing time asking for help to transfer phones for two of our kids. We had planned to come in earlier but something came up this afternoon and we were much later than we had planned. Reggie was so helpful and got us all set up. He never complained about us keeping him here late. He helped us with every step, helped the boys update some of their settings, answered every question patiently, taught them things about their new phones, and was so helpful making sure they didn’t lose any of their content. I’m really grateful he was here to take our call.

Jose was so helpful getting my husband and I set up with new devices and adjusting our plan to one that better suited us and saved us money. He answered all our questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure it was all taken care of before we left the store. His attention to customer service was excellent! Well be back to this store if we need anything in the future.

Its not a Corp store. I wish it were. They are good at sales, but several are not as proficient at technology nor product knowledge. Returns are a pain in the... Keep your boxes. Do all of your OWN research. The staff is very friendly and will execute your order quickly.

I went in with 3 phones to take advantage of the ad. Guess what? Of course none of the phones were compatible... yeah right. So you have to buy a Verizon phone. Then they slap all these other fees. So you go in with a phone for the$50 a month and then you get two bills because the automatic payment thing didnt go through for some reason and 6 weeks after signing up you get a Bill for$283 and your NEW monthly payment is$93. This doesnt include the $69 cash that you paid

Be prepared to pay much more than you would at a real Verizon store. They will give you the same device plans but tack on store fees for the help they gave you (and not tell you until you’re ready to check out). They will also pay less for a trade in than a real Verizon and not tell you, then flip it for a profit. The accessories are also obviously 4x the cost they’d be on Amazon. Great crew working there, just a warning here that you’ll pay $$$$ extra.

I decided to switch to Verizon and let me tell you it was my best bet when I walked into the store I was very surprised at how friendly and comforting everyone was I purchased my first iPhone with Verizon from an employee who’s name was Lamar he was very detailed and made sure he explained how to make my switch to Verizon very easy and successful I’d actually never experienced customer service like that from any other phone carrier Im glad I switched to Verizon

This is not an actual Verizon store. I went in to purchase an HTC Thunderbolt and was surprised when they said I would have to pay $249.99 and that the $50.00 credit that Verizon gives for renewing my service was not applicable to the Thunderbolt or iPhone. I told them that Verizons customer service told me I could use the $50.00 which they offer to all customers that renew service and the sales rep lied to my face and said none of the Verizon stores are offering the $50.00 credit toward the HTC Thunderbolt and iPhone. He then proceeded to try and sell me the Motorola Droid X which I guess is there sales tactic to try and get rid of old inventory. I balked and decided to leave telling them I wanted to think about this. I then drove 10 minutes away to the actual Verizon store at Westheimer & Kirkwood and they told me the exact opposite about using my $50.00 renewl credit. Thats when the sales rep at the Westheimer & Kirkwood location explained to me that the 2673 South HWY 6 store is not an actual Verizon store, but a third party retailer even though they have the huge Verizon storefront sign which makes appear to be an actual Verizon store. Nevertheless she said they should not be misleading consumers on denying them the $50.00 credit. The phone was not in stock however I went ahead and purchased it even though the HWY6 location had it in stock. I just couldnt justify purchasing anything from those people after they lied to my face. As I left the Westheimer location I call the HWY6 store and explain that I just purchased the Thunderbolt and was able to use my $50.00 renewl credit and the sales rep was sarcastically saying well good for you. Sensing his sarcasism and unprofessionalism in his tone of voice I just hung up.So buyer beware everyone. These people have no sense of professionalism and they thrive on taking advantage of people who are unaware of what they are entitled to through Verizon. So take my advice people, STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!!!!!**UPDATE** November 6, 2011Verizon customer support trouble shooted my phone and came to the conclusion that I needed a new sim card and directed me to the Westheimer & Kirkwood store, even though the 2673 HWY 6 location is closer to me. I asked if the 2673 HWY 6 location could replace my sim card and he said I could try, but they are not a corporate store and may charge me for the sim card. So I call and sure enough they charge $25.00 to replace the sim card while the corporate store did it for free. To the other person who left a review (jj), get real! It seems pretty obvious that you work there or have some affiliation with them. If that store wants to make a buck then fine, its a free enterprise. Just dont lie to me and tell me something false. Thats my whole argument. Anyone reading this can research for yourself between the 2673 HWY6 store and a corporate store. Why would you want to pay extra to go to these people??
