The technician they sent us was not very competent. He came twice and charged a hundred dollars each time for the same problem. He came late to every appointment, with many different excuses. That was two weeks ago and we still dont have a signal. Ive been calling everyday and left multiple voicemails, never receiving a call back. I definitely wouldnt recommend this company.

General Communications, Inc and Bob Lim Jr far exceeded my expectations with my recent Dish Network installation. The technician showed up on time and was professional and patient as I had a plethora of questions as I like to know what is going on. A very smooth process and I will certainly use them in the future for my needs. They even saved me money on my electric bill. Woohoo!!!!

I just signed up for Comcast and I really like it so far. My wife was home when they come to the house and she said they were very friendly and efficient. Will update review when we have had it a little longer.
