I just read their add about say goodbye to slow internet service. What a joke! If you sign with them its say hello to the headaches that are about to come your way, especially when you have to call them for assistance, because they top the charts in BAD customer service. I called them 11 straight days, because my internet wouldnt come on. Each day they would have me type in some numbers and the internet came on- for about 5 minutes. When I called them back, they would say they were checking some things. I would call back the next morning and the process would repeat. Three times they scheduled someone to come out. I stayed home patiently waiting, but no one ever showed. I gave up and just use my phone now. Then again, maybe you can say goodbye to slow internet service. To them that means no service at all.

Beware of using this service!! This company has terrible customer service, never returns calls and charges unnecessary fees. Technical support team is joke and phone lines and internet always are terrible! Do NOT use this company!!! If I could of given 0 stars I would of!!
