You pay for 1G of Business Internet Service, you get download speeds of 0.08 and upload speeds similar. You call their tech support (BTW, 4mins 47 seconds of automated back & fourth before I got a customer service rep). Had to repeat my issue for the 7th time. We have had techs over three times. One time the tech was late, had me waiting in the business until 11pm to get a call he would not be able to make it, that needed to reschedule. The tech left a request to rewire the internet. No one followed up. I called, again - was told it would be escalated and that a Supervisor would call me back. So today, again slow internet. Call, they find the notes on the system. However, no action documented beyond the request to have someone come and rewire the internet and NO CALL BACK from a Supervisor as promised. If you have an option, DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. I will be escalation now to BBB, check to see which state and federal regulatory agencies have any level of jurisdiction over them.

Great customer service! I was having such a rough day dealing with another provider, long story short, I am a customer with xfinity for life because of this wonderful staff.

If I could give 0 stars I would xfinity has been nothing but horrible in service and customer service . Have had horrible signal for 2 weeks and they tell me to stick my Sim card out a window (in what world does this make since) then they posted my number publicly so now I have a bunch of spam an unwanted calls they refused to offer any other assistance besides what I already did 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER!!!!

Never had such a terrible experience in my entire life, really frustrated, I cannot believe that all they do is Transfer call from one department to other but do not care about fixing the issue. I will definitely tell everyone not to do business with them

Do not use their phone system for business. Overpromised on capability of system. Plagued with issues. We decided to invest in our own server after how pathetic and constant their random issues have become.

Speed and reliable COMCAST

I thought this was Xfinity. My dude this is T-Mobile. Pictures are Xfinity, number is T-Mobile, and website are phone repairs. My dude make up your mind.
