Horrible service. We were stuck in long term contract w Cogent expecting top tier service instead we ended up using Comcast. When Comcast provides better service you better avoid. Also agree antiquated billing/website.

Truly disappointed with this company and there buisness tactics. I would not recommend doing buisness with this company at all. We have been hung up with a long term contract that they won’t let us out of without paying the entire contract off. Not good buisness! We have had to use another company for the last few years in there place so we could have the speeds and dependablity needed for our buisness property.

I love cogent communications! They are the best ISP provider GLOBALLY!

Their invoicing is the most screwed up I have ever dealt with. They will try to screw you over by posting a past due balance, that was paid and cleared the bank 4 days before the actual invoice is generated. Watch out for shady businesses like this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
